Each bedroom features a bed (1 queen and 1 full), dresser, nightstand, and full closet. The kitchen is fully furnished with a full-sized fridge, stove, dishwasher, and sink. We also supply cookware, dishes, utensils, and small appliances like a microwave and coffee maker.

The living/dining room area has two couches (1 of which is a sleeper sofa), a coffee table, television, and a dinner table w/ chairs.

You also have your very own washer/dryer unit in the house.

The neighborhood is extremely quiet and safe with a park located 1 short block away on the other side of the street.

Restaurants, a grocery store, etc. are located all along nearby Main Street with Target and larger stores located just a few miles away on local roads.

The house is a 4 bed:3 bath, split level home. The kitchen and common areas are on the main level, and bedrooms are on the top and bottom level.
Each guest has keys to their room and the entrance to the house.
This room shares a bathroom with one other bedroom.

Guest are free to use and occupy all common areas in the house including all areas on the main level; the kitchen and bar/sitting areas; the laundry area on the bottom level; and the outdoor back deck and firepit areas.

During your stay
While I do not live on the property, I manage the property and am always available by phone.

- Guests who check out after the designated checkout time will be charged $60 per hour. For example, if the checkout time is 10:00 am and the guest checks out at 11:30 am, an additional $90 fee will be applied.

4. Cleaning Fee for Stains:
- If a guest causes stains on the carpet, bedsheets, or pillowcases, a cleaning fee of $32.50 per hour will be charged.

5. Damages:
