Private Carriage House above detached garage comfortably sleeps 2. Awesome location just minutes from downtown - perfect for exploring all that is Birmingham. The Carriage House is located off the alley behind the main house. You will feel like you are in your own hideaway. There is a furnished kitchen with full sized appliances and the tools you need. If you don't want to explore all the nearby restaurants, cook up a meal and enjoy the cozy space. We have a fold out dining table that can accommodate 4 easily or 2 can sit comfortably at the bar!

The TV is an Amazon Fire TV. You can stream all the shows you want through Netflix, Prime, HBO or other apps with your accounts. WiFi is solid and should provide for all of your needs.

You will be sleeping on a Murphy Bed which can be folded into the wall if you need a larger space for any reason (say setting up the dinner table?) The mattress is a super comfortable queen designed especially for this type of bed.

There is an extensive security camera system covering the entire perimeter of my property and used exclusively for outdoor areas only. There are no cameras inside nor directed toward the inside of guest quarters. The camera for the hot tub deck area has a manual hinged blind you can swing in front of the camera for privacy. Please swing back open before leaving the deck area. The cameras were installed years ago strictly for security purposes.

Our largest suite has 1,200 sq. ft. of elite hospitality. It contains a a king size bed in the main area and also a king size bed in the magnificent, rare architectural pointed turret. Private ensuite spacious bath with bathtub and shower above. Included is a private living room. Two exposed brick surfaces show the 1898 construction technique of how the roofing crew and the fireplace crews from below resolved the vertical and horizontal brick displacements. Located on 3rd floor accessed via stairs.
