couple or small family to stay while you visit Dothan. Pets are welcome but need to be crated if they will be alone in the apartment at any time during your stay.

The space
The space is located above our detached garage (does have an outdoor walkway between garage and home).
It provides a simple space with a kitchenette, dining area, living room with sofa bed, desk and smart TV as well as a cozy bedroom with a smart TV.
Guest access
The Airbnb is above the garage and is safely tucked away behind the house, secured by an iron gate. The space is priced for the Airbnb only - our property is currently undergoing some renovations (pool, gazebo) but we hope to offer access to those and other fun spots in the property in the near future!

The space
Our 600 sq ft carriage house is located on the back corner of our property on a quiet gravel alleyway- perfect for evening walks! This carriage house includes a full kitchen (sink, refrigerator, range, microwave, basic cooking needs), living room/ dining space with pull-out couch, bedroom with queen bed, spacious closet, and bathroom. There is free parking for two cars. There is a balcony and yard area that is facing away from our house, keeping it private for your enjoyment. We do have two children so you may see us in the yard area closer to our house from time to time.
It should be noted that you have to climb a flight of stairs. If you need help carrying your luggage, we are happy to help. Our English Setter, Milton, lives on the property and stays in his fence or in our house. He is very friendly!
Guest access
The entire carriage house is yours! There is a washer and dryer in the bottom bay that is for your use only. You are also welcome to leave any extra belongings in this area. We occasionally access the second bay for lawn equipment and are happy to communicate this as to not disturb you.
Other things to note
There is a laundry room underneath the carriage house that is for your private use.

This studio apartment is centrally located in the Historic District, Dothan's first subdivision - blocks from the Dothan Country Club, 1 mile from downtown, 3 miles from each hospital, and 30 minutes from Ft. Novosel. Enjoy a peaceful stroll through the neighborhood to experience true southern charm surrounded by century-old houses. Prefer more activity? Play a game of pickleball, volleyball, or basketball on the lighted court.
The space
This is a one bedroom/one bathroom suite. It is open with love seat, TV, dresser/desk combo, and a kitchenette. It is all fresh and new and also includes a washer/dryer unit in the bathroom.
Guest access
You will have the guest house to yourself. This includes a porch, patio, small yard, and shared access with our family to the sports court (pickleball/basketball/volleyball). We will provide balls/equipment upon request. We'll even give you a pickleball lesson, if you like!
