Our pool house includes one queen bed. Full bathroom and kitchenette that looks out to the pool. Access to swimming pool included. Quiet with private entrance. Minutes from Robert Trent Jones golf trail and I-85, @ 12 miles to Maxwell AFB, and a quick 15 minutes to downtown Montgomery. Located near historic downtown Prattville, with restaurants, shopping, and canoe trails. A quick jump on the interstate to Montgomery, Alabama.

Other things to note
The guesthouse is located on a 4 acre property that is shared with our home. The area is private and quiet, while sitting just on the edge of historic downtown Prattville.

*The pool is typically closed from November- April

Located across from one of the beautiful parks in historic Cloverdale. Take a stroll through the shade trees on your way to some local restaurants, shops, Huntingdon College, the Capri Theatre, and many more attractions within a short walking distance. A three mile drive to the heart of downtown and seven miles to major shopping centers. Located 3-4 miles from the entrances of Maxwell Air Force Base. This centrally located cottage offers a queen bed and several amenities.

Our guest cottage is a peaceful retreat that puts you just minutes away from everything Montgomery has to offer. Take in the ambience of the historic Garden District from your own private back porch and courtyard, or walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping.

The main part of the cottage was built in 1910 and features two decorative fireplaces. A newer addition gives you a roomy bedroom, reading area, living room and separate dining area.

Offstreet parking for one vehicle.

The space
Tucked away in the Garden District, the cottage gives you peace and quiet while putting you just minutes away from everything in town. Easy access to both I-85 and I-65 puts you 5 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from the Montgomery Museum of Fine Art, 15 minutes from AUM, and about 50 minutes from Auburn.

The dining room features a historic decorative fireplace and seating for 4. The living room has a Roku-equipped TV and has beautiful natural light. The galley kitchen includes vintage dishes, a washer and dryer, a Nespresso Vertuo machine, and the essentials for cooking. The spacious bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, a reading area, and another decorative fireplace. The bathroom was renovated in January 2023, and is equipped with basic toiletries and a hair dryer for your convenience.

Out back, a porch and courtyard are all yours to enjoy.

The cottage is separated from the main house by a privacy fence, so you have space to yourself. The driveway is shared with the main house and there is dedicated parking for one car adjacent to the cottage.

Guests have access to the entire cottage as well as the back porch and courtyard. There is one step up to the front door and two steps down from the back porch.

Unique above barn guesthouse with great views of the woods off the covered deck. Located in the country 5 min. from I-85 between Montgomery and Auburn. Great for game season, travelers in need of rest on their journey or just a quiet getaway.
Amenities include fully equipped kitchenette, stove, microwave, mini frig, toaster oven and pour over coffeepot. Cozy living room with full size hide/bed couch, tv, games, wifi. Relaxing bathroom with claw foot tub/shower. Bedroom with new queen size bed.

The space
We have listed this space being comfortable for 3 people. There is one bedroom with queen size bed. Living area has a full size pull out hide-a-bed in sofa so the third person or older child could sleep in that space.
There are stairs going up to the guesthouse as it's located above our barn, for safety reason it may not be suitable for toddlers.

Guest have access to entire guest house, deck, outside grill and fire pit area.
We also have a small planter located at entrance of steps that includes seasonal herbs for cooking.

Other things to note
We want our guest to have a relaxing and restful stay! We do not expect you to clean guesthouse before checking out, that is what our cleaning fee is for. It would be helpful if you dropped off your garbage in bin by road that you will pass as you are leaving.
The bunkhouse has wood floors that creak a bit sometimes. Like an old house it adds to the charm.

The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Large living space with a open appeal to the kitchette. Stainless steel appliances, dishwasher and laundry with washer and dryer. This cottage overlooks the salt water pool. W/ Private entrance to the cottage.

The space
A lovely remodeled cottage ,that we call the Savannah on Lane with a total area of 1100 square feet. The cottage has recently undergone a remodeling process land now features a saltwater pool, which is a great addition for those who love to swim and relax. Additionally, the private entrance is a great feature for those who value privacy and independence. Overall, this cottage is a great place to stay for a peaceful and comfortable getaway.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Enjoy the 14+ acres this old paint booth sits on with tons of wildlife and plenty of trees. After a nice day on the golf course, a tiring day at 17 Springs Sports Complex, a fun day at the lake or a long day at Maxwell AFB this is the perfect type of scenery that you need to unwind and relax!

The space
The kitchen is open to the living room where you can enjoy indoor/outdoor living when the garage is open. Perfect for a good time with friends or family playing shuffle board, cards or corn hole on the patio.
There is a Murphy bed located in the living room with a full size bed. The sectional has a pullout queen bed.
The bedroom has a king size bed with plenty of storage for clothes.
The bathroom is spacious and has a walk-in shower.
No smoking and no pets.

Other things to note
We do have air fresheners inside the unit, if you would like them removed before your stay please notify me ahead of time.
I wash everything with Tide Laundry Detergent, Lysol Laundry Sanitizer and Downy Scent Beads.
