During your stay at Home A Wave, you will have 100% full access to the entire houseboat. This means you can make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities and spaces available.

Getting Around:
Getting around from Home A Wave is a breeze. The property is easily accessible via Highway 17, with public buses servicing the area regularly. Ride-sharing options like Uber and Lyft are also available. For local attractions, consider walking or renting a bicycle. For further exploration, car rentals or taxis are a good choice. Boat rentals are also available for waterway adventures.

▶We are happy to accommodate small to medium-sized pets (20–50 lbs, 15–20 inches tall). This guideline helps us maintain cleanliness and protect the condition of the property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay applies only if noted at booking. If not, we’ll request the fee manually. Pets outside the size range or undeclared may incur a $250 fine.
▶ NO SMOKING: This apartment is strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee.
▶ QUIET HOURS: No disruptive parties or events, regardless of size, are allowed. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down after 11 PM.
▶ NO FURNITURE MOVING: Please do not move any furniture in the apartment. A $250 penalty will apply for any violation of this rule.
▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.
▶ TRASH: Please dispose of your trash responsibly.
▶ BATHROOM USE: Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Use the provided bins instead. Flushing these items could clog the septic system and result in damage charges.
▶ WINDOWS AND DOORS: Please keep all windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. If they're left open while the AC is on, you could be charged up to $500. For your comfort, keep the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ OUTDOOR ITEM USE: When using the grill or any covered areas, make sure to store covers properly to avoid them being carried away by the wind. You will be charged for any missing covers. Similarly, please close and tie the umbrella when not in use to prevent any wind-related damage. Keep in mind, it can get quite windy at times.

You will have access to RV parking and fire pit area as well as full use of the chicken coop if you have a dog you need to leave locked up to go out for the day or night . Also, access to the pond for scenery.

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with farmers, ranchers, and other property owners to offer unique outdoor accommodations on beautiful private land. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature! You'll have the entire campsite to yourself, as you'll be the only Campers enjoying this piece of paradise.

Each campsite includes a 10'x12' safari-style canvas tent on a raised platform, and you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed inside (each site is different, see photos for the exact setup). Larger groups can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided (you’re welcome to bring your own camping gear too). You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!


Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. Line the bucket with a CleanWaste bag supplied at the camp (or another appropriate plastic bag) prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. We got this idea from bathrooms used on NASA spaceships, and we've used the Tentrr Loo countless times ourselves- don't worry!

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

Other Things to Note:
I want you to enjoy this wonderful peaceful property! Have a feel of being around nature, while still being around the corner from stores and restaurants. Please don't throw any trash or disturb the land. Help us protect the marsh land and river by maintaining it clean. You're allowed to get to the river at your own risk, just be careful. As the land is by the river, be careful of any existing animals nearby. You can bring an RV to the property depending on the size. Please let me know the size to make sure you can fit through. You will hear cars on the road from the site, as it's still located within city limits. Please send me a message the day prior of check in to let me know what time you will be arriving. I will send you instructions to how to enter the property in your messages, so be sure to check them. If you didn't receive instructions the day before check in, please contact me directly. You have the option to park by the gate or drive in. Driveway is a dirt path, so check it out first to make sure your car can handle it. Please leave all your trash in the designated trash can located on site. Be sure to read campsite rules when arriving at the site. Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

The site does not have water or electricity. Battery operated lights are located in and around the tent. It's encouraged to bring extra AA batteries. Bring your own lights as well if you need more. Packing list will include, but not limited to: bedding, extra drinking and wash water, firewood, and any other camping supplies that you will need!

Please use trash can! We do not want to disturb the land by throwing trash around it. Clean up after yourself before checking out. Please lock up the property with the provided lock at all times. You may bring extra a small lock for the tent to secure your things while you're not there. If you're bringing children and/or pets, please supervise them at all times. We are not responsible for them or any loss properties during your stay. Explore at your own risk!

Get away from it all and unplug in an RV on private property, one mile from beach access at Hanna Park and Mayport Navy Base. Beds: 1 RV Queen, 1 fold down couch. This is camping. No wifi/TV/phone or laundry is provided on site. No smoking in RV. RV does not move. Water/electric are included, as well as 1 propane tank every 2 weeks (enough for average use). Additional propane provided at your expense.

In the City, but, like not in the city. Prime location, you are so close to everything, but feels like away from its all. Beaches 10-12min away, Mayo, Walmart, Target, Costco, Town Center mall , Sam’s club, all kinds of restaurants- all 5-15 min around our property. ‼️‼️ For about 1/4 mil the road is not paved, but driving small sedans 🚘 is ok.

Cute and cozy large RV. Living room with recliners and fold out couch. Full kitchen and dining, including utensils, cookware , toaster, Keurig with coffee. Large shower in bathroom. Master bedroom with Cali king and walk in closet. Your own small patio right outside your door. Outside you have a very large pool, outdoor shower, kitchen with grills and a sink. Also a great sitting area with couches and chairs . The large patio has loungers with a table and umbrellas. Each umbrella has plugs with USB charges on them. Also a clothing optional deck with hot tub, lounger and a massage table. It’s a private more secluded area. Great for losing the tan lines. Enjoying a massage under the stars or just conversations in the hot tub. It’s clothing optional so you can use this area to your comfort level. You can make it as spicy or vanilla as you like. There is also a dock for kayaking and fishing.

Guest access
The RV is all yours to use. In the storage in the side of the RV you have access to a beach cart, sunbrella, towels, cooler and a mat to lay on. Should you decide to go spend a day at a nearby beach you have most of what you need . Also a pair of fishing poles and tackle are available should you decide you want to fish off the dock for Reds. You will find your private entrance behind the RV to all the amenities in the backyard. Pool, hot tub, patio, grills, kayaks, yoga equipment, some light weights for working out, outdoor shower, outdoor massage table. The private clothing optional deck is 2/3 covered so on rainy days you still stay dry. Since we live on the premise we are just a text, call or knock away. We totally respect your privacy. Should you want alone time in the nude area just let us know what times and we will make sure to give you your privacy. Please feel free to reach out with any questions

Other things to note
We have worked on making this a great place to relax and unwind. There’s a lot to enjoy. During the day you can wear as much or as little as you wish in the backyard, you will not offend anyone and no one is going to judge you. There’s a lot of privacy. There is s 4 foot high picket fence in the back with a gate to the left. This is where you access the dock area. There’s s separate door to the raised deck area to the backside of the outdoor kitchen. This accesses the hot tub, massage table and loungers up there. The room does lock. There are yoga mats and massage supplies in the cabinet in this deck as well as towels for the hot tub and pool. This is a very secluded area. We consider it clothing optional. Great place to really connect and spend time enjoying each others company without worries. We recently added a fire pit. Great place to spend some time during the cooler part of the year. Wether it’s making s’more or just talking. All the wood is there as well as accessories to help you start the fire and/or put it out.

FYI … due to the atmosphere of our place we do not allow anyone under the age of 18. We are an adults only rental. There are adult themed articles such as decor in the RV. These can include masks, play hand cuffs, lingerie, costumes, whips, feathers that can be used as props for your personal photos or vids. There is also a tripod to hold your personal cell phone. Most of these items are stored in the closet of the master bedroom. Some may be used as decor on the bed. In the closet you will also find some manual and battery operated personal massagers.

There is also an item we rent out. It is a Sybian. You can research it on line. It is available upon request for 50.00 per night, 80.00 for 2 nights or 100.00 for entire stay. It’s always sterilized.

If these types of items or decor are not to your taste please let us know and we can remove it before your arrival.

During your stay at Home A Wave, you will have 100% full access to the entire houseboat. This means you can make yourself at home and enjoy all the amenities and spaces available.

▶ NO SMOKING: This apartment is strictly non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fee.
▶ QUIET HOURS: No disruptive parties or events, regardless of size, are allowed. Please respect our neighbors and keep the noise down after 11 PM.
▶ NO FURNITURE MOVING: Please do not move any furniture in the apartment. A $250 penalty will apply for any violation of this rule.
▶ We are happy to accommodate small pets at our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 per pet per stay will be applied only to guests who indicate they are bringing a pet when making their reservation. If this is not indicated at the time of booking, we will request the pet fee payment manually.
▶ TRASH: Please dispose of your trash responsibly.
▶ BATHROOM USE: Please do not flush paper towels, wipes, trash, or feminine products down the toilet. Use the provided bins instead. Flushing these items could clog the septic system and result in damage charges.
▶ WINDOWS AND DOORS: Please keep all windows and doors closed to prevent insects and mold. If they're left open while the AC is on, you could be charged up to $500. For your comfort, keep the AC between 72-83°F.
▶ OUTDOOR ITEM USE: When using the grill or any covered areas, make sure to store covers properly to avoid them being carried away by the wind. You will be charged for any missing covers. Similarly, please close and tie the umbrella when not in use to prevent any wind-related damage. Keep in mind, it can get quite windy at times.
