We'd let you know that there's an RV parked next to your camper! You'll be sharing the lovely deck with them, which is a great opportunity to meet fellow guests. The deck, fire pit, and grill are all common areas that everyone is welcome to enjoy, so please feel free to make the most of these shared spaces. Have a wonderful time!

We’d like to remind you that our location is in the heart of Clearwater, just 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach! While staying in a Camper offers a unique experience, please keep in mind that this area is not secluded. Being close to all the local attractions means you will be near other campers as well.
We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the convenience of being so close to everything Clearwater has to offer!
We want to assure you that the property is secured inside a fenced yard with privacy gates. You will access the property through the gate using a code, which will be provided to you once you’re about to check in.
Additionally, you will receive a key to your Camper for added privacy during your stay.

Before you book my place, just a heads up that my family and I also live on the property. I'd love to get to know you and whoever you're bringing along before they arrive at my doorstep. Welcome to our unique getaway, featuring both a 32ft RV and a 21ft camper, perfect for accommodating larger families or two families traveling together. The RV sleeps 4 guests, including a full kitchen, bathroom, and living space.
The camper fits 5 guests and a full kitchen and bathroom. Together, these two spaces create the perfect setup for family bonding, making it easy to enjoy quality time while also having the privacy you need. As said: it fits 9 people, but it’s up to you bringing more.

You may use all that is inside of the units, the picnic table on the outside deck in between them, all that is in the propriety: grill, outside furniture, beach toys, beach towels, beach chairs, fire pit, kayaks, and the gym that’s at the end of its construction.
Other things to note
Once you’re settled in, I want you to know that your privacy is fully respected. You’ll have access to the part of my backyard I’ve set up especially for Airbnb guests with everything I’d personally appreciate having as a guest. If there’s anything you feel is missing, I’ll do my best to provide it. Your comfort is my priority, and I won’t enter your space unless you ask me to.
