- "We were a group of 4 and this home was exactly what we needed with plenty of space for 2 more people! It’s a close commute to BayCare park, St. Pete’s, restaurants and grocery stores. The home was very clean and spacious, and with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, everyone had their own space. 1 queen bed with bath downstairs and a second full hallway bathroom. A king bed and bath upstairs, powder room and a second bedroom. The second floor living area was very nice for those wanting to slip away from the rest of the group and watch something different on TV, read or just quietly relax. There is also a kitchenette with beverage refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave, and a nice desk area if you need to work remotely. The host was quick to respond but we had no issues, only questions. Everything was updated, kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated. Ample lighting, lots of ceiling fans and a rustic motif gave this property a comfortable, at home feel, certainly a pleasant surprise! Looking forward to returning next year."

This cozy bright villa has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully-equipped & overlooks the dining & living rooms in an open concept design. There are high cathedral ceilings in the living room & ceiling fans in all the rooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed & ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds with direct access to a 4 piece bathroom and there is a double futon in the lanai . This villa fits 6 people comfortably. There's a newer washer and dryer in the villa

The Florida/lanai room in the back, opens up to the patio in the backyard with a BBQ for you to use! There is a 4 chair patio set for meals or for morning coffee. The back yard is quiet and is shaded in the morning until mid afternoon, enjoy the avocado and banana trees while you eat or drink your morning cup of jo.

- "My daughter and I stayed at this property for 6 nights in June 2023. This property is located in a community with a pool that is not busy at all and is away from all the beach craziness, specifically traffic and people. There are beaches easily drivable in 15-30 minutes. They are fairly close but there is lots of traffic to get anywhere so somewhere that is 5 miles away will take that long to get to. The owners were extremely respoomsive before and during our stay. The house is really cute and would serve a family well. There is a kitchen, dining room and large living room so plenty of space. Definitely as listed. Plenty of drug stores, gas stations and grocery stores (Wal-Mart and Publix) nearby. The back yard/patio area has a privacy fence, seating and a gas grill. I would definitely recommend and visit again if I was going back to this area!!"
