The bottom wooden bunkbed is number 3. This is a shared room with four beds, two sets up bunks so two lower and two upper bunks. It is a bit tight, there is one computer desk. There is other space in the house and two decks outside. The wifi is good and there is a camera system monitoring the living area and entrance. There is no lock on the bedroom door but there is to enter the house and there are three private rooms on the other side of the living room.

The space
As it is almost army barracks type setup we need to be mindful of snoring, hygiene, etc. Thanks for your understanding.

The space
Our Airport House is a four bedroom house with 2.5 bathrooms. It has a capacity of ten people. At least 5 guests will be men. We have 4 person men's bunk room on far side of house, usually for longer term weekly guests. The women's shared room is adjacent the full bathroom and in close proximity to our permanent residents' room.

Our Airport House is ideal for single travelers. You can enjoy our shared spaces to socialize, relax, make new friends, catch up on work, sit on the patio drinking morning coffee, or enjoy BBQing on the electric grill on the back deck as the sun sets.

This house is usually filled with weekly long term guests that have been allowed to extend provided they are good tenants. We only allow guests to stay longer than a week if they get along with everyone else, clean up after themselves and respectful & follow the house rules. We ask the longer term residents their opinion so be nice ;-). The house has a long term guest that monitors general behavior and noise. Instead of a full time live in host, I rely on cameras with audio which are in all the common areas.

Guest access
The common spaces are available to all residents including outdoor areas, kitchen, living room, patio, etc. The shared women's room will be locked at all times with keypad. The men's room just has a curtain and steps. No women should enter the men's room and vice versa.

Other things to note
This room is currently Co-ed. It is sometimes women only and at times only men. We will let you know. Also we generally do not book single women travelers with new unknown single male travelers unless we have our live in host there to supervise which is usually the case. Basically we have multiple bunk rooms and we try to sort the guests so everyone benefits.

If you break a rule, your reservation will be terminated immediately.

The house does NOT have a full time cleaner, and you are living with people of all walks of life, so while we try to get it super clean once a week with touchups when needed, there is no reason to expect it to not look lived in. If you want a pristine clean, you should book a hotel or a more expensive Airbnb with a superhost rating.

House is tucked in under lots of trees, makes it feel like countryside. Large deck on the back for smokers. There is a Walgreen's, 7-11, gas stations and more 6 min. drive, and just a bit further a Walmart, Cheddar's and other restaurants. One mile from airport (PIE St Petersburg/Clearwater NOT TPA Tampa) And one mile from public bus stop. This room has two beds, a bunk bed and a single metal frame bed. They are not connected and will not cause any disruption between two guests sleeping.

The space
The inside of the house has all been remodeled (2021) with new floors, paint, bathrooms as so forth. While this is a nice private room of small to medium size, it is in a house with multiple shared rooms, there will normally be about ten occupants in the house at night although most are out most of the time. You are renting a private room in a hostel with many other guests using shared spaces.

Quaint 1950's 2 bd 1 bth house. You have two 12ft x 12ft bedrooms, Roku, living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom to yourself. Has alarm system. It's 10min to Clearwater Beach with only 1 turn! There's a separated, duplex-like 3rd (carport) bedroom that another Airbnb guest might be staying in, yet they cannot enter your area. Huge yards, plentiful parking, with grocery, brewery, pizzaria, clothing stores, gym and more less than a 5min walk away. No host on site! PETS MUST HAVE PROOF OF FLEA MED

The space
This modest 1950's home (NOT modern looking) is 10min from Clearwater Beach and the yards are gargantuan. This is for two 12'x12' room(s) with 2 windows each, living room, kitchen and bathroom just for you; tile floors, queen sized beds, small closets, wireless internet. Alarm system. No washer/dryer. * The main water cut-off is in front yard, in the ground, about halfway between the big tree and the street.

NOTE: No host on site; it may take potentially 24hrs to contact, but there IS an Emergency no. * Ybor City is 45 min. away, as well as St. Petersburg which has nightlife galore, the Dali and Hallocaust Museum, Amelie Arena, Bucs Stadium, Tampa Bay Rays, Tropicana Field, you name it! Bright House Field is a 7 min away as well! Clearwater Beach 10min away. Creative Loafing is a great newspaper for events. Downtown Dunedin, Tarpon Sponge Docks, Countryside Mall, busstop 1min away, Publix and Aldi 2min away as well as Ross, LA Fitness, Wawa etc.
