It would have been nice to have instructions (suggestions) on what to do with the couch... but we moved furniture around to suit our needs. Bathroom is large and clean. Priced right for this time of year. Several restaurants nearby, within a 10 min walk. Stonewood Grill (w/ live music and fresh oysters), Lulu’s Seafood for breakfast, lunch & dinner, and around the corner was Tomoka Brewery... tasted some good beer. Pizza was “ok” though. As I said, good location.."
