Stonewood Grill (w/ live music and fresh oysters), Lulu’s Seafood for breakfast, lunch & dinner, and around the corner was Tomoka Brewery... tasted some good beer. Pizza was “ok” though. As I said, good location.."

This 2 bed /1 bath beach house features a large beachside deck perfect for enjoying coffee and sunrises, watching the kids building sandcastles and just kicking your feet up to relax. At the end of the day, wash away your worries in a secluded Caribbean outdoor shower. Cook up a delicious meal in the kitchen, throw some burgers on the grill, or call for pizza delivery. When the sun gets too hot to enjoy the great outdoors, you can still enjoy an expansive ocean view from the air-conditioned comfort of the couch. This 1 bed /1 bath apartment was renovated with the utmost care by the owners and includes everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Neptune Park is in the optimal location for those interested in visiting Ormond, Daytona, Flagler, St. Augustine, and even the theme parks in Orlando.

The space
Neptune Park is a seaside community of private homes with a private path to the ocean. Our charming beach bungalow is made up of two units with separate private entrances. We are renting our new 1/1 for a minimum of 30 days.
This beautiful and cozy 1/1 has just been fully updated with the utmost care. A cozy bedroom with quality linens let you rest and relax to your hearts content. A spacious living room with couch and recliner, and a 55” smart TV with fast WiFi lets you stay as connected as you’d like.

The updated kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you’ll need to cook a meal at home when you don’t feel like going out.

There is a beach cart with beach chairs to enjoy those copper sands. A shared laundry room has a washer and dryer and includes detergent and dryer sheets.

There is covered parking for 1 vehicle next to your front door. The parking space is tight and will only accommodate a sedan or smaller SUV.

This cottage is conveniently located close to everything.

This apartment is on the west side of the house with a private entrance and private, covered parking. You also have access to the shared laundry room.

Other things to note
You can watch rockets launched from Cape Canaveral while sipping a glass of wine on the beach. If you’ve never seen a sting ray breach the water it’s pretty cool. Pelicans and dolphins also frequent our waters. Vehicles are not allowed on our section of beach so it remains very peaceful. Dunkin Donuts and Publix shopping center is across the street for all your goodies and supplies. There are also restaurants within walking distance from our home.

- zero tolerance for any drugs, alcohol abuse , or prescription abuse
- you cannot appear intoxicated on the property at any time
- you must always keep noise to a minimum ( never any blasting music, blasting television, or loud phone conversations in the house )
- you must always clean up after yourself. All dirty dishes must be placed in the dishwasher or cleaned immediately after use and put away
- quiet time is 10:00pm- 8:00am. You must be extremely quiet and respectful of your roommates during these times. It is preferred you do not cook or use the Kirchen during these times. If you like to cook large meals late at night this is not the right place for you

You’ll have a private bedroom with shared bathroom. Walk eight minutes or drive right onto the famous 26 mile long beach. Parks, restaurants and the historic “Casements” Rockefeller home are nearby. Some days you'll hear the waves from the house and nearly always feel the ocean breeze making this getaway somewhere to create great memories

Your private bedroom has a Queen Posturepedic bed, 55” LG Television and Roku Stick. A shared kitchen, bathroom and living room await you. The well-equipped kitchen provides a drip coffee maker, French Press, cutting boards, blender and grilling utensils for the propane BBQ. You might just walk down to the beach for sunrise, have a siesta in the afternoon and stroll over to Rockefeller Gardens by the Granada Bridge to enjoy the sunset. It's all about you!
