The number one highlight of staying at this house is the location next to the beach. The Andy Romano Beach Park is across the street from the home and offers recreational facilities, gazebos, picnics, a playground, snack bar, splash park, and plenty of parking.

If you want to change up your day-to-day, drive 9 minutes to reach the Daytona Boardwalk Amusements or rent bikes to ride down there. The pier has beachfront amusement rides, games, and plenty of other entertaining spots! Be sure to visit the farmer's market for their outstanding local produce.

On cloudy days, drive 33 minutes to the Ponce de Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum. This historic lighthouse is always a hit with kids and has been around since the 1880's. Some other options for rainy days include the Marine Science Center, Living Legends of Auto Racing Museum, or the Daytona Arcade Museum.

Some other fun ideas for your stay around Dayton include visiting the Rockefeller Gardens, golfing at one of the pristine local courses (Riviera Country Club and Oceanside Country Club are the best), or fishing in the ocean! Kids love making the day trip to Orlando to visit either Legoland, Disney World, or Universal Studios!

On the nights that you don't feel like cooking, the property is also very close to some of the best local restaurants in the area. There is also plenty of great shopping close to the house for souvenirs or gifts.

One bedroom has king bed, dresser and 2 chests of drawers, TV, dvd player. The second bedroom has queen bed, dresser, chest of drawers, desk, chair and smart TV!

One bath has tub with shower, the other bath has walk-in shower. Towels are furnished.

- "We loved staying at the Bungalow! It is so close to the ocean! It was clean and welcoming! The beds are very comfortable and they are very responsive if needed! The kitchen is a bit small with no oven, but a good range for cooking and a full-size refrigerator. There is a microwave and a good toaster oven (we did not use but is there). This was very nice as many places I have stayed had a half size fridge. There are many great places to eat in the area, including a Dunkin Donuts right across the street. I do recommend Riptides for a great meal at very good prices. The beds were comfortable, and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. The beach was sparsely populated, even on the weekends it was not very crowded. Although we did not watch much TV, there is a nice Visio 50" (?) that I was able to cast my Fire Tablet to, so there was no need to login in to all my apps just to watch anything. We really enjoyed our stay here and will come back again sometime."

This property is a separate unit from a main house with its own large yard featuring Hibiscus, palms, Giant Birds of Paradise and many other tropical delights.

When you walk out of the driveway, there is an undeveloped (no hotels) beach just yards away. Feel free to use the beach wagon, folding chairs and beach towels during your visit.

**Important to note- this little cottage has a small efficiency washing machine and no dryer. There is a retractable clothes line for drying your clothes though.

Enjoy your stay in this spacious, beautifully decorated beach home with a large fenced in back yard, fire pit and Weber gas grill. You will love it and never want to go home! The very large master suite has a king size bed, a 50" smart Roku TV, master bath has vanity with 2 sinks, large closet and a fireplace. The door in back leads out to the large back yard, covered patio and dining table. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, 32" smart Roku TV, and a half bath. It has french doors that lead out to the back yard and patio also. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a new full bath (tub/shower) at the end of the hall. The beautiful large living area has a 55" smart Roku TV and a new sectional couch that is very comfortable! The dining area has seating for 4 and 2 bar stools at the granite countertop in the kitchen area. The kitchen area is small but very well equipped. The washer and dryer are in the garage and the garage has plenty of room for storage if needed. There are 2 bicycles in the garage if you decide to ride around the nice quiet neighborhood! Well behaved pets are welcomed, but please clean up after your pet. There is a $150 pet non refundable fee. This home has everything needed for a nice peaceful vacation on the beach side. We are close to grocery stores (Publix), churches, shopping, and a lot of nice restaurants. We are located on a non busy street between the river and the ocean. There is private parking for Riverbreeze people at the condo right across the street (A1A) from us on the ocean.
This home is only available to be rented by the month (or months) I am not able to rent it by the week, This is an Ormond By The Sea restriction, not mine!

This private fully fenced house is located in a quiet neighborhood that explodes with visitors during Daytona bike week with multiple concerts 🌱

The Space:
Tropical oasis nestled in the Daytona/ Ormond beach area directly on the canal that connects with Tomoka River and Intracoastal. Excellent for kayaking and fishing. We currently have 3 single kayaks and 1 tandem kayak available for rent. We supply the life jackets, the paddles and invested in a super easy kayak launch from the floating dock located at the property. This devise is called KayasArm and detailed information about it can be found on YouTube. Cute beach house style decor with tropical wallpaper throughout. Bar top area and soft chairs in the living room with high speed internet was designed as a work friendly space. Remodeled bathrooms are decorated with beach theme artwork and include white towels and toiletries such as soap, shampoo and conditioner. Guest bathroom includes a tub and master bathroom includes a newly remodeled shower.

Master bedroom includes a queen size bed and a huge closet as well as hand painted dresser and night stands and a separate seating/ reading area and overlooks lush tropical landscape.

Another large closet is located in the hallway. Second bedroom, includes two velvet tufted single beds and more tropical decor and another huge closet.

Laundry room includes a full size washer and dryer available for guests’ use.

There is a picturesque seating area directly by the water with cushions stored at the cute little boat house. Seating area includes heavy chairs and a small glass table to enjoy your morning coffee provided by the host. On the right, you’ll find a boat lift. You are welcome to bring your boat, your jet ski or kayak and park it along the dock directly at the property.

There is an additional floating dock with KayaArm system to make it super easy to launch kayaks from the floating dock. I highly recommend kayaking if not directly through us then at the Tomoka Outpost park located minutes from the house. Please see my guidebook for more information about the park and its exact location. We have seen dolphins, manatees and a myriad of different species of birds when kayaking and boating and enjoy collecting shells and driftwood. The backyard includes a fire pit and a two burner grill with grilling utensils stored inside. A seating area with a large dining table and chairs and a lounging area. Beach lounge chairs, table umbrella and basic fishing rods are stored at the adorable boat house by the water.

Guest Access:
There is an additional fee of $50 per guest per night in excess of 4 and up to 6 guests. There is also a pet fee of $150.00 for each pet brought to the property up to two under 30 lbs. Bring your boat, jet ski or kayak or rent one from us. Entire house and boat house, beautiful multilevel outside deck. Boat docking for a boat/jet ski available as well.

This is a relaxing, peaceful cottage. Located a short 5 minute walk from Ormond Beach for ocean fun and a few minutes to the Halifax River for kayaking, fishing, and canoeing. It has 2 cozy bedrooms that feature queen beds and will sleep 4 comfortably. It has a full kitchen, full size refrigerator and electric range. Dine in the beautiful Florida room or relax in the spacious living area. There is an entertainment center and a 55 inch Smart TV. It features a dedicated workspace with 300 mbps wifi and a printer for those working remotely.

- "The property was very nice, clean, and quiet. The only noise I really heard was the dogs in the street. I was happy to see that everything I needed in the kitchen was available, as Im a chef, I like to cook alot. Everything we needed, besides the trip to Disney was within a 15 minute drive. The residence is in a small town, right outside Daytona, with lots of places to go. Diane was very quick to answer any conveebs questions. I ended up with the flu, I was happy to be in there in the peaceful surroundings, anywhere else I probably would have ruined my trip and I would have left early. Would recommend staying to friends and family, and would definitely go back. The only complaint I could make was the toilet ran unless you stood there and messed with the handle, and maybe could use a deadbolt on the garage entrance, but that's having to look for something to complain about. Really, everything was wonderful, and I felt was priced accordingly. Was a pleasure to stay in your rental."

The space
2 bedrooms , 1 full bath, kitchen, den and dining room in a single family home. Outside shower on left side of home to get the sand and lotion off before getting in swim spa. Charcoal grill in back yard. There are no stairs to get in the home but once inside, there is one step up. There’s a separate guest studio on property which may or may not be occupied by owner. You might find me out back on the patio having coffee or happy hour in the evening! Our resident lizard, Iggy, might just show up too! 🦎

You’ll have use of the entire two bedroom house. When facing the house, your door is on your right. There is a small guest studio with separate entrance on the property which is usually occupied by Maria/host.
Other things to note:
DOGS ACCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS. No extra guests or parties allowed. Not suitable for children/infants due to safety concerns. Separate guest studio is typically occupied and may share the back patio. No toddlers or infants in swim spa. Hot tub is exclusively for guests only. Child under 18 must be accompanied by an adult in Swim Spa. Be aware there may be hot tub maintenance person in the backyard working to keep it sparkling clean and lawn maintenance on site as well.
