- "Very clean, had everything we needed." - "This is the cutest little apartment. It’s got a Murphy bed (with a great mattress), and in the daytime, when the bed is up, you’ve got a comfortable living room with a view you won’t believe. The kitchen is tiny, but pretty and functional, and stocked with stuff it probably hadn’t occurred to you to pack and you wish you had. But seriously, it’s about the view. The space includes a nice balcony – again, with the amazing view – where you are likely to spend much of your time when you are not on the beach itself, which is right in front of you. The building itself is a vintage treat, like those old motels where your grandmother used to stay, and it’s nicely maintained. We have been coming here for several years, and we have been pleased to see the energy with which management is constantly making little upgrades and cosmetic improvements. It is probably the smallest building on the beach, which is simply wonderful. No crowds, no milling about, just a nice little pool and the beach, which, as I have already mentioned, is right in front of you. We love this place."

Enjoy our loft by the sea in beautiful Ormond by the Sea. Large 2nd story across the street from the beach with a public walkway. All brand new appliances, kitchen , and bathroom. Includes a washer and dryer. Do not be deterred by the one bathroom. We have made it so every room has a "make up station". I have traveled plenty of times with multiple people and know the importance of having plenty of room to get ready! After a day on the beach you can relax on the upper deck with your favorite cocktail while enjoying the Ocean views. In the morning you will capture some extremely beautiful sunrises and as the day winds down you will be in awe of the incredible sunsets! You are steps from shopping and restaurants. Lenny's New York Pizza is a must! Publix supermarket and plaza right there. A short 6 mile drive south gets you to world famous Daytona beach and Main Street. An 8 mile drive north will get you to Flagler Beach. St. Augustine is just north of there.

This 2 bedroom 1200 sq. ft. loft has a king and a rollaway cot in the master and a queen and futon in the other. There is a pull out sofa in living room. The pullout couch, futon and rollaway cot have memory foam to make it very comfortable! No one wants a cot to sleep on, but I've made it so comfortable they'll be fighting over it! Lots of parking for trailer, boats, motorcycles, motorhomes, big rigs...
You will enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails on the large deck while watching the sunset on the sea.
I have little extras in our Loft to make you feel more at home. Our mission is to make a space for our guests that is cozy and welcoming with the little special touches. We created a space that is inviting and a place we would want to stay on a vacation.
We now have exterior cameras to monitor the exterior of the Loft. The hallway, parking lot out back and back lot. It does not monitor the private deck to ensure you have your privacy. The Loft is equipped with fast Spectrum Wi-Fi. Internet speed 300mbps.

Please know that we do get you started with a roll of paper towels, toilet paper, dish detergent, laundry soap and trash bags. We do not supply more than you need to get started. You may need more of these items so please plan accordingly. Thank you.

While the race/events were a blast, it was also nice to be able to retreat to a place out of the crowds- the location was a short drive & Ormond has many great, local restaurants/things to do. The loft was clean, decor was bright & fun. Sandie was easy to get a hold of & when we needed to stay an extra night because of a rain delay for the race, she was so kind & accommodating. If we come back to the area, this place would be our first choice!"

The driveway is more than large enough to accommodate 3 cars, or 2 cars and a trailer/boat. As well as all your toys; bicycles, kayaks and canoes (no HOA restrictions). The living space is 690 sq feet and can accommodate up to 2 guests It has a brand new king sized bed in the master bedroom , the sofa can accommodate 1 more guest and full kitchen with a microwave, new gas stove/oven, new refrigerator. The living area has a 65 inch television with cable tv and internet. The house is very clean and uncluttered. After a day spent on the beach or kayaking in the river, relax or grill on the private balcony of your Ormond Beach, Florida rental. There is a very nice cement boat launch just down the road with a bait shop.

We had the cutest Studio room. It was perfect. We also loved free lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach. We loved the pool with table & chairs with umbrellas. We loved the big Ga’s grills. Loved I didn’t have to use my beach towels. They provided you large beach towels and I didn’t have to wash. They provided paper towels, Angel tissue paper. Anything you needed just text and they will provide. The resort was kept spotless. All personnel was awesome. Hope to come back next year"

The space
Neptune Park is a seaside community of private homes with a private path to the ocean. Our charming beach bungalow is made up of two units with separate private entrances. We are renting our new 1/1 for a minimum of 30 days.
This beautiful and cozy 1/1 has just been fully updated with the utmost care. A cozy bedroom with quality linens let you rest and relax to your hearts content. A spacious living room with couch and recliner, and a 55” smart TV with fast WiFi lets you stay as connected as you’d like.

The updated kitchen is fully stocked and includes everything you’ll need to cook a meal at home when you don’t feel like going out.

There is a beach cart with beach chairs to enjoy those copper sands. A shared laundry room has a washer and dryer and includes detergent and dryer sheets.

There is covered parking for 1 vehicle next to your front door. The parking space is tight and will only accommodate a sedan or smaller SUV.

This cottage is conveniently located close to everything.

Guest access
This apartment is on the west side of the house with a private entrance and private, covered parking. You also have access to the shared laundry room.

Other things to note
You can watch rockets launched from Cape Canaveral while sipping a glass of wine on the beach. If you’ve never seen a sting ray breach the water it’s pretty cool. Pelicans and dolphins also frequent our waters. Vehicles are not allowed on our section of beach so it remains very peaceful. Dunkin Donuts and Publix shopping center is across the street for all your goodies and supplies. There are also restaurants within walking distance from our home.

Only 5 blocks from the quiet, no-drive beach and 15 minutes from the Daytona Boardwalk, this apartment is a mother-in-law suite with a private bath, private kitchen and a separate entrance. We have a private fenced backyard.

The space
The apartment has skylights and windows that make it very bright. That is very nice during the day, but when the sun comes up in the morning, the room is lit!

The kitchen does not have a stove, but we have an electric burner and an electric frying pan available on request.

Grandma's Garden is a gorgeous beach side studio apartment. Across the street from the Atlantic Intercoastal Waterway. A short walk to beautiful Ormond Beach and the Atlantic Ocean.

This Spacious and lovely 2-bedroom home in a wonderful quiet neighborhood, with the ocean at the end of the block and the beach only a 5 minute bike ride away! The space
Many amenities .... The house has two large driveways, with an attached in-law type apt. which is occupied by the owner of the property.
