Due to hurricane damage the end of the dock is not usable and there is still visible damage around the exterior of the property. There's still about 175 feet of dock to use. Watch the dolphins play in the Indian River Lagoon from your private patio or from the 200' dock. Dad can help arrange fishing and kayaking trips - also reasonably priced. While you are in an apartment here, it is peaceful and people aren't making loud noises all the time. There was plenty of space to walk my dog and there is even a nice dog park nearby. We don't drink alcohol and took advantage of being close to so many kava bars! The back porch was a nice touch to wake up slowly in the morning and sip some tea. There is a pool at the complex but we didn't get to use it during our stay because it was a bit too chilly. Everyone at the complex seemed very nice and even helpful to another couple who was trying to enter the building with a bunch of luggage in their hands. There is an elevator which is very nice if you have large bags.Celimar (our host) was so kind and wished us Happy Holidays and stayed in touch during our visit to make sure we were set up properly. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is a nice touch if you want to do laundry before you head back on the road. I would definitely stay here again! Huge thank you to our phenomenal host! "

Quite cozy and well equipped apartment in the heart of historic town. Come watch the rockets launch or take a walk by the river. Enjoy the many restaurants within walking distance, while also taking in the the fresh air near the river. Great spots to sit and have a picnic. Also only 20 minutes from Disney world.

- "Everything from booking to xheckout was awesome " - "The room is nicely appointed. The unit appeared to be recently remodeled with a well equipped kitchen. The vinyl couch was uncomfortable. The location is peculiar, I would speculate that this was an apartment at one time and there are long term renters that can be somewhat noisy and have pets that bark. The amenities, while new and in good order, are spartan. The building has an office-like feel and is located behind an abandoned church. You eat and sleep there, then go wherever to do something. Outside of the room on the grounds this is not close to a vacation feel. Based on the location alone, I really don't recommend this."

Located in the eclectic and quaint downtown area of historic Titusville, Florida. Only a mile from the intercoastal, Sand Point, Marina Park and A. Max Brewer Bridge. Take A. Max Brewer Memorial Pkwy to get to Merritt Island National Wildlife or PlayaLinda natural beach. Only 1.6 miles to Parrish Medical Center and no traffic! Ten minutes to I-95 and less than an hour Orlando.

Welcome to our spacious waterfront apartment with private entrance. Acreage property with a dock, firepit, tiki hut. Enjoy fishing, kayaking. Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, lots of birds, and bioluminescence. Short driving to stores, restaurants, access to Hwy 95.Only 38min East of Orlando Int'l Airport. Drive 1hr to the theme parks, 50min to Daytona Beach, 9min to NASA, 20min to Cape Canaveral Port, 25min to Cocoa or Playalinda beaches.

Recently remodeled apt with two bedrooms, 1 bathroom, great room with kitchen, walk-in shower, direct view to Indian River/NASA.
Access to the 2nd bedroom is through the first bedroom, so we suggest only two guests unless you don't mind sharing this access or having some sleep on the couch/hide-a-bed in the great room.
The bathroom is off the great room.
There is another door from the great room to a shared laundry room, which may be available upon request.
Outdoor common areas include a dock with a large terminal platform and benches; fire-pit; tiki hut 9 acres of beautifully wooded area to walk. There are many places with hammock hooks and we can supply hammocks upon request while you are here.

Guest access
Acreage waterfront property. You have access to the 265 foot dock, waterfront, and 8 acres of beautifully wooded acres to roam on. There is a tiki hut on the waterfront, a fire-pit for use during the less warm months. There are hooks to hang hammocks on the waterfront. There is a small fee to rent the paddle board or kayaks.
There is a small patio with a barbecue grill we rent to guests for a small gas/cleaning fee.
You may dock a small boat on request.

Other things to note
Every guest included on the reservation can use the kayaks 2 hrs free per day, afterwards I charge $10 each per hour. Everyone must wear a vest.
FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
kayaks, 1 paddle board and vests are under the Solar Panels at the waterfront on the north side of the main house.
You can bring your own kayaks and launch them from my Marina.

The space
In this fully eqipped kitchen, making gourmet meals are a breeze! Paradise Villa welcomes its guests with both standard and luxury amenities; so you can get back to relaxing with family and friends. The way it should be!! instead of running around, grabbing those last minute essentials. At Paradise Villa we've got you! Arrangements for special occasions can also be made upon request.

Guest access
Guests will access the property through a keypad. There will also be an extra key in case of emergencies. The entire home is free to use except for the closet that is locked in the kitchen.

Guests are allowed to park in front of the condo or wherever they like. guests can just park in the circle in the middle of the parking lot. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call or text.

The pool key will be at the top of the stairs along with sunscreen. The pool is also straight across the parking lot past the mailboxes.

Guests can also feel free to visit Quinn's Bar & Restaurant located at La Cita Country Club just steps away from the villa.
