Due to hurricane damage the end of the dock is not usable and there is still visible damage around the exterior of the property. There's still about 175 feet of dock to use. Would stay again." - "I loved staying here! The apartment was very clean and the host was communicative and willing to answer and help with any issues or questions that I had during my stay. There is so much to do in the area. My boyfriend, dog, and I all stayed here during the holidays to visit with family. I don't usually stay with my parents because we like our space and we really enjoyed staying here. This area is not far from Orlando, Daytona, and there are many awesome beaches! While you are in an apartment here, it is peaceful and people aren't making loud noises all the time. There was plenty of space to walk my dog and there is even a nice dog park nearby. We don't drink alcohol and took advantage of being close to so many kava bars! The back porch was a nice touch to wake up slowly in the morning and sip some tea. There is a pool at the complex but we didn't get to use it during our stay because it was a bit too chilly. Everyone at the complex seemed very nice and even helpful to another couple who was trying to enter the building with a bunch of luggage in their hands. There is an elevator which is very nice if you have large bags.Celimar (our host) was so kind and wished us Happy Holidays and stayed in touch during our visit to make sure we were set up properly. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is a nice touch if you want to do laundry before you head back on the road. I would definitely stay here again! Huge thank you to our phenomenal host! "
