- "We had a great experience." - "We had a great stay at this property last week! The unit was spotless and very nicely decorated and relaxing! The unit came with bad linens, towels for the bathroom and even beach towels were there as well as boogie boards. The beach was easily accessible and very nice. We enjoyed the game room that had ping-pong and fooseball. There were some great restaurants in the area, including the Thai restaurant across the street, the pizza restaurant down the street, and the great empanada restaurant down the street. There is a lot of great things to do in the area or nearby, we even got to see a space launch in a nearby beach. There was some construction going on and no pool, but that really didn’t concern us as everything else was really great! The owner was very helpful in answering all of the questions we had. The only suggestion we have would be to add a couple extra chairs to the deck. Would definitely recommend staying here!"

There is a charming beach access 800 ft south of the condo at Seagull Park Beach. Beginning Nov 2023 to June 2024, we will be installing a mandatory fire sprinkler system throughout the building. We have blocked the dates the specific unit is impacted, but you may be impacted by noise during the duration of this project. - "This is not a beach facing unit, but it was clean and comfortable for our group of five. Everyone we encountered while we were there was so friendly. Walks on the beach were lovely and relaxing. 7-11, pizza, and other entertainment within walking distance. We had a great week." - "Great beaches within walkong distance and nice area. • The only exception is in the case of a fire, where guests should use the walkway to the North Gate.
• Please refrain from using the back stairwell unless there is an emergency.

• Both garages are currently closed. With limited parking due to renovation efforts, guests may need to briefly unload at the front and park across the street.

Crews were spraying, sanding, repairing stucco on the front side so cars ending up being covered with crap. The days we were there was concrete sawing & chipping - both very noisy. Also had 2 diesel rigs running in the back."

The condo had everything we needed for a cozy couple of days at the beach." - "Be aware of some construction being done on the property. The noise wasn’t much of an issue, but there is no direct access to the beach or places on site to lounge in the sun. It is about a 5 minute walk to get to a beach entrance. This is a pretty residential neighborhood so there are not a lot of restaurants or things to do within walking distance. Also, this part of the beach has rocks/coral at the shore line so you need to choose a spot to swim carefully. the unit was clean and comfortable and has a great view! The unit owner/manger was easy to deal with - no issues. It meet all of our expectations. We just felt that the location didn’t offer much to do. So it really depends on what you want to do for recreation."

- "Do not stay here. We were very disappointed and left early. It was not at all as described. No public access to the beach “across the street”, despite claims that it was “just steps away” and “a stone’s throw”. Located in unsafe area, next to high traffic intersection, auto body shop, and cannabis dispensary. Not a family friendly location. Sofa couch was very small and not clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Walk for miles on our family-friendly beach. The sand stretches for miles in either direction. Enjoy surfing, boogie-boarding, collecting shells or just relaxing in the chairs we provide. This beach is never crowded so you'll have plenty of space to yourself!

IMPORTANT: On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit by Hurricane Nicole. While no damage occurred to my unit or the building, our seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result the entire back portion of our building grounds is closed until repairs can be made. There is construction taking place on weekdays to replace the seawall and rebuild the pool and grounds. Until this is completed, the POOL IS CLOSED and THERE IS NO ACCESS TO THE BEACH FROM OUR BUILDING. To access the beach you must exit the front of the building and walk about 100 yards south to the public access at Seagull Park. There will be ongoing construction in the back side of our building throughout 2023 and 2024 as we work to restore the grounds and rebuild the pool. Most of the time this should not affect your enjoyment of the property and will not affect our lovely direct ocean view.

We do not have a reopening date yet for the pool but we know it will be some time in early 2025.

Our listing price is currently discounted to account for this inconvenience.

Kick back and relax in our cozy, garden view, studio apartment style guest suite, that is a short 5-10 minute walk from quiet beaches and centrally located to many Central Florida attractions. It is perfect for singles or couples.

We're just 20 min. from Cocoa Beach (Ron Jon Surf Shop), and 45 min. from the Kennedy. Space Center. Orlando theme parks are just over an hour away. For eco-tourists, Camp Holly Airboat Rides and Viera Wetlands are both highly recommended and 20-25 min. away.

The space
Much care has been taken to provide a home away from home, where you have everything you might need to make your own meals - you provide the food, of course!

Enjoy our cool, cozy, romantic guest suite, that includes a 32" Samsung TV, Roku unit with many free channels (or login to your subscription services), mini-split A/C and heat, and well appointed kitchen. Outdoors, enjoy our resident woodpecker couple and other birds gathered at the feeder, the plentiful butterflies, our permaculture garden, and the inviting hot tub.

The kitchenette includes butcher block countertop, a 2-burner stovetop, Black & Decker convection oven/toaster/air fryer, mid-size refrigerator, drip coffee maker and a stainless coffee press, stainless steel pots and pans, and all the basic cooking necessities. Out on the patio you have a stainless gas barbeque grill (grill utensils in the suite), as well as home-grown herbs and seasonal vegetables from the gardens (subject to availability).

The very comfy queen bed features My Pillow brand pillows, Egyptian cotton high thread count sheets, and a lighted bookcase headboard with electrical outlet and USB charging capacity for 2 devices built in. Remember to bring the proper cords needed for your devices.

There are light blocking curtains on all windows for those who may need to or want to sleep during the day.

Our bathroom features a rain-type shower head and thick towels. In the closet you will find plenty of hangers for a short stay, a full-length mirror and adequate shelf space.

Please Note: We happily allow and accommodate infants who aren't crawling yet (no problem if that makes a third person in the suite). Message us for details, and please be sure to let us know if you are bringing an infant so we can have the crib set up for you in advance.

The a/c unit has a UV light installed to disinfect the air. Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, toys, and beach towels included. Great for families. Military friendly. There is a Murphy bed queen bed credenza downstairs that is very comfortable. Upstairs is a king size bed in bedroom on right and a queen bed in bedroom on left side with a daybed and trundle. There are 3 separate sleeping areas. Short/long term TDY accommodations with long term discounts available.

The space
I only allow small dogs less that 20 pounds in condo. The dog must be trained to go outside, not paper trained. The unit is on the second floor and the bedrooms are upstairs within the unit. There is no elevator.

Guest access
The condo comes with washer and dryer, full kitchen, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, blender, mixer, keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, air fryer, and crock pot. You have access to the pool and of course the ocean. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off. Please use shower after day at beach. It is for your convenience and to keep sand out of pool and units. There is also some beach chairs, toys an umbrella, and a cooler in the unit.

Access the beach via the adjacent boardwalk or lounge in the seating provided on the property. Great views of Space X and Cape Canaveral launches. Walking distance to local restaurants and live music. Very private unit. Complex consists of 12 units total.

There is a charming beach access 800 ft south of the condo at Seagull Park Beach. Beginning Nov 2023 to June 2024, we will be installing a mandatory fire sprinkler system throughout the building. We have blocked the dates the specific unit is impacted, but you may be impacted by noise during the duration of this project. If you are booking this property, you are acknowledging the current property status and understand your rates have been updated to reflect these amenity closures.)

The space
This top floor Condo provides Gorgeous direct ocean views to the East and North from the balcony, living room and kitchen. Watch Launches from your Private Balcony, the living room sofa or kitchen window. Your new private balcony comes with comfortable, polywood chairs and tables.

From the balcony (and living room) you can see the ocean directly in front of you to the North and to the East. View the Banana River, although a distance away, to the West.

This unit provides the best views for sunrises, sunsets and launches. We provide a set of Leupold 10×42 binoculars for guests enjoyment.

Entirely Remodeled with all new furniture May/June 2023. This Luxury Condo is one bedroom, one bath, kitchen, designated dining area, and designed work space.

The bedroom has a king size bed, new mattress. There is a queen size air mattress with linens available. Although the bedroom does not provide a direct ocean view, the sunsets are beautiful to watch while relaxing in the new king bed. Once again, although a distance away, you have views of the Banana River from the bedroom.

Fully remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower and luxury shower head. The Kichen has all new appliances and all the comforts of home. Everything you need for a Beach Vacation. There is a designated dining area with ocean views that comfortably seat four.

We are installing a new seawall and new pool. Therefore, Beach Access is 800 feet to the South. We provide a beach wagon with sand wheels, a small backpack cooler and beach chairs for your short walk to the beach, which is on a sidewalk. If you prefer, you can drive to the beach where there are 15 parking spaces, and an outdoor shower. Beach entrance is a small park, Sea Gull Park. Please see photos of Sea Gull Park.

Our building just received full concrete restoration and the contractor is finishing up on the front of the building (West). You might hear noise from the seawall work from 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday. This noise should not be constant. Your views will not be blocked as you are an end unit on the top floor. You can vacation knowing you are in a safe remodeled building.

Rental of this unit comes with high speed internet, one free garage parking space, big screen tv's and cable. The living room tv is 65" with a sound bar and speakers. The bedroom tv is a 50".

Our inviting, newly remodeled lobby is welcoming with a coffee and tea bar. We think you will find our building to be friendly and inviting. We are 8 miles South of Cocoa Beach right next door to Patrick Space Force Base.

There is a Keurig coffee maker with plenty of coffee pods. There is a king size bed in the primary bedroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and a single bunk bed. Free parking for one car.

The space
Direct Ocean Front, Two Master Bedrooms, Newly Remodeled Condo.

**IMPORTANT NOTE:
Due to damage from a hurricane last year, our pool is currently closed for repair.

Wake up to the sun rising over the ocean from either master bedroom. Although we are installing a new pool and sea wall, this does not block the exquisite ocean front views from every room or watching rocket launches from your own private balcony.

This spacious unit is newly remodeled (2023). Previously, the condo was three bedroom, but has been converted to two for an oversized living room and dining area. The condo has 2.5 bathrooms. With both master bedrooms having a private en suite bathroom, this unit is the perfect vacation for two couples or a family.

Our building just received full outside remodeling with new balconies. Your private condo balcony has ample room to enjoy meals, watch the sunrise and launches or simply relax. Our inviting lobby has been remodeled, but our library and game room are not available, as they are also being remodeled. This unit is situated on the 3rd floor of our six story building.
