The DVD player in the living room was missing the HDMI chord so it could not be used unless we moved the chord from the cable box to the DVD player. The beds were comfortable except for the fact the master bed squeaked and wobbled every time we moved. I believe the frame needs to be replaced. I had to put in a maintenance call for a leak and it took over two hours to get a response."

NON SMOKING RENTALS ONLY, this includes the balcony area and we do not permit vaping, e-cigarette etc. and no pets permitted. Additional cleaning fees for having any pet onsite or smoking in the unit or on the balcony start at $1,500.00.

Please Note: Parties are never permitted, this property has a RING camera on the front door of the unit which records shorts video clips as well as sound when activated. We also offer a Google Assistant to help with questions about weather, tide schedules, local information, play music etc. It's located in the kitchen, and you can simply say "Ok Google" to activate. This is not a listening device; it is for your convenience but if you are not comfortable you may unplug it at any time.

There is a private/locked storage area within this condo where cleaning supplies and extra linens/towels are kept for the cleaning crew. Access to this closet is not included in the rental, please do not attempt to open the locked closet in the north bedroom. There is another closet in this bedroom as well as plenty of furniture to store your belongings.

But this stretch of shoreline is not busy at all and there are plenty of excellent restaurants/diners, etc. just a few minutes away. You might even be able to catch a view of some dolphins! Las Olas is not a new or modern property, but it is kept very clean, secure, and the staff there is super friendly and helpful. The beach is easily accessible and not crowded at all. The location is also great - just a short ride to Cocoa Beach, Cape Canaveral, and Melbourne Beach, and it's only an easy hour's drive from Orlando. There was some confusion with the thermostat batteries running low but Mark, the host, immediately called us when we reached out and was very helpful. The only downsides were no direct beach access and no laundry in the property. However, there is a lovely park 3 buildings down that has beach access and there is a wagon in the unit with chairs, umbrellas, toys, even a cooler to take with you! And there is a coin operated washer and dryer down the hall that is just fine to wash a load of clothes. Overall, the condo was beautiful, clean, cozy and my entire family loved it there. I would recommend this property to anyone!"

- " When I say in my title "directly on the ocean" I mean it literally. When you step out onto this gorgeous condo's balcony, the ocean is your backyard. My husband and I practically lived on that balcony...morning coffee, breakfast, and when we were not out dining or having our meal on the beach, lunch and dinner! The condo itself is more beautiful than the photos do it justice, we think. It is spacious, impeccably clean, and if you are a person with a highly sensitive sense of smell as I am, it is completely free of any unpleasant odors and no "air fresheners" to mask odors. The fully stocked kitchen is a pleasure to cook in, and we made frequent use of the Keurig in the morning and the blender for some tropical frozen drinks.The towels are super thick and soft, the bedding comfy, and the beds themselves are excellent for sleep. As the description states, there are spectacular views of the ocean from every room! During our stay, we left the shades fully open except in the bedrooms at night, so we could enjoy the views all times of the day. We also enjoyed watching all of the sea life right there before us, and even were treated one morning when we realized there were five turtle visits during the night leaving evidence with their tracks up from the ocean and the disturbed sand where they buried their eggs. We have decided that this condo is the one we will return to time and time again. Every part of this Vrbo exceeded our expectations!"
