Check in was lovely except the person who check us didnt realize we paid for breakfast when we paid. The next morning we attempted to get breakfast and had to pay so my husband had to go back to the front desk to show proof and then were given a voucher.... The walls are thin and we could hear our loud neighbors but that's not the hotel's fault. You will park behind the hotel and want to park on the 2nd level only. Signs are limited or not comprehendable. We were lost for several minutes. You will go thru the doors into the hotel. Then find the elevator to the your floor. Look for signs that say hotel guests only. If you park first, you'll want to go to the lobby and then check in. There is a great place to eat within the hotel. I think it was $25 per person for buffet breakfast or you can buy a normal breakfast. They have a grab and go stand as well. They have a bar area as well. Someone is at the front desk and/or available 24/7 which is also nice. As far as my room, it was certainly clean to my standards. "

This Holiday Inn Express is fairly brand new and the building and room were very clean and nice. The room was very comfortable and felt like good quality and designed modern. It's also right next door walking distance (2 min walk) to a Starbucks, Chipotle, McDonalds, etc. Target down the street and Walmart. Very convenient and only a 7 min drive to the airport. The free breakfast at 6am was also surprisingly good and a lot of options to choose from including eggs, pastries, biscuits and gravy, cereal, etc. Would recommend for the price free breakfast. We were in town for a concert at Amalie Arena which was only about 2.5 miles away. Great proximity to downtown, restaurants, and shopping. The neighborhood was family-friendly, and the fenced yard is great for anyone traveling with pets or young children needing a safe space to run/play. They provided most amenities, and allowed access to the washer/dryer, and outdoor grill. The open floor plan allowed our family to comfortably enjoy our time together.We enjoyed our stay and would love to return on future visits."

It was a bit out of the way of attractions but definitely everything is within day trip distance. Highly recommend getting a rental car if you plan to site see. Shoes are not allowed , which is fine, we do not wear shoes in our home either but the carpets and rugs are dirty and stained so it felt uncomfortable wearing no shoes in the house. So I let them know I have reservations and they tell me they booked someone else to stay and hotels.com never sent the info so I got a lot of apologies and an offer to rehouse just 2 of us this was a nightmare and I do believe a scam"

There were no towels, paper towels, barely any soap and the space was dirty. Had to go to Walmart and buy cleaning supplies or my anxiety would have not let me work. Overall a good place to be depending what you require. All I needed was WiFi and it was hard getting in touch with the property owner but by the end, I was good. "
