2 - Tenant and any guest of Tenant shall obey all laws of the state of Florida, as well as local laws, at all times while they are on the premises. Failure to abide by the laws of FL or the above rules may cause tenant to be asked to vacate the premises and forfeit all rents and deposits.

3 - Pets are permitted. Please let us know if you have pets.

4 - Please only park in the location designated in your check in procedures, failure to park in the designated location could result in your car being towed.

5 - Treat this home as if it were your own, please report damages to your host immediately. If damages are determined to be caused by tenant misuse, it may result in fees to make repairs.

6 - Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit and if detected there will be a $500 charge.

7 - Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat, clean, and tidy, as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in. Normal wear and tear is expected however excessive dirt on floors, rugs or furniture may require additional cleaning and charges will apply.

8 - Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets, flushing anything like feminine products, wet wipes, plastic, etc... could result in a back up and potential fees charged at the end of your stay, please report plumbing issues to your host immediately.

9 - Please use black makeup towels provided. If towels are stained, there will be a charge of $5 per towel charged upon checkout.

10 - Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other properties.

11 - Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of 25.

Our Industrial chic guest house is located in Seminole Heights. There is approximately 700 square feet of living area; which includes a large bedroom with a queen size bed, full size kitchen, and one large bathroom. For additional space, the backyard has a patio area for your enjoyment.

Since the guest house is located in our backyard, you can have as much privacy as you need; keeping in mind that the backyard is a common area. We live in the main house and both work at home. Therefore, we are almost always personally available. Otherwise we can be contacted via text or phone call for assistance or emergencies.

The Space:
Welcome to "The Stella Maris," a three-bedroom haven with one bathroom that effortlessly combines historical charm and modern comforts. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and furnished with comfortable beds - two kings and a twin trundle bed. Unwind in the large living room equipped with a smart TV, perfect for evenings spent in relaxation.

The open-concept layout of "The Stella Maris" is inviting and homely. Prepare meals in the fully renovated kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances you could need. Enjoy these meals in the designated dining room, where memories are sure to be made.

Step outside to the fully fenced backyard, a sanctuary of tranquility and charm. Inspired by French gardens, the outdoor space is an oasis of calm, offering an original bocce ball court for some old-world fun. Don't worry if you've never played; we're more than happy to teach you! For your convenience, the property also comes with a garage.

For your convenience, the property comes with a garage that houses a washer and dryer for guests' use. Please note that this garage is not intended for vehicle parking. There is parking in the front of the home for two vehicles and extra parking in front of the garage.

Guest Access:
24-hour access - no restriction or curfews, guests receive a personalized PIN code for door access, good from arrival through departure dates/times . Please check your app messages and/or personal email for detailed info and instructions from the host!

• Laundry is located on the exterior of the home in the garage.

On tables, on shelves, in the bedrooms, all over the kitchen... as an avid reader, I loved it so much (there was even a fairy tale book in one of the rooms that was identical to one I had as a child). The home has tons of windows, letting in beautiful Florida light, no matter what time of day it is - I found myself *not* turning on lights, and just enjoying the sunshine. The home is spacious, with lots of different options to spread out if you come with a big family. The kitchen has every single thing you don't even realize you need, including many small appliances, and a pretty well-stocked spice rack, and an icemaker in the freezer. The bedrooms were large, not over-full of furniture that makes navigating the space annoying. Both sides of the bed had a nightstand, each bedroom had a TV with a Roku, and a small dresser; also ample closet space. "

This Tampa bungalow is centrally located in historic Seminole heights and is close to everything that Tampa has to offer. This oasis was designed with comfort and convenience in mind . fully equipped with a smart TV ,premium mattresses and linens, high-speed Wi-Fi and a fire pit , This place is Paradise ! Enjoy the local scene of breweries restaurants and shops or venture to local attractions like the aquarium, Busch Gardens, Ybor or the Riverwalk in downtown! You will have the whole place to your self , but we do have an additional unit on the property. Privacy is a priorty so we want to ensure to keep everything seperated to accommodate all of your privacy needs. (PLEASE do not bother the other tenant as there privacy is just as important)
The back deck of the home will not be included in your stay but you will have your own outside area still with plenty of yard space , fire pit , corn hole and couch to hangout on . Absolutely NO parties allowed , there is a $500 non refundable fee for parties . You will immediately be asked to vacate the property with no refund for your stay, and depending on the damage you will be charged accordingly.

As some have mentioned, it is fairly close to a major highway which generates a bit of road noise, but after a day or so, it just becomes white noise. Also, that highway can take you just about anywhere that you would want to go in the city and from the house, you can be in on it in about a minute and half- so the location is very convenient. All in all, a great vacation spot and I would definitely stay again."
