- "The spa is absolutely wonderful!" - "We booked this resort for a trip up to Clearwater for a concert. Because I originally booked only 1 night but added another, we had to move, but both rooms were very nice. The Superior room was massive! With 2 balconies and a great view of the bay. It's a bit confusing because of separate "towers" and we couldn't find any ice in one of them, but the resort is lovely. The staff is very helpful and very nice. We stayed for the Sunday Brunch which was amazing! Entertainment, Mimosas and wonderful food. It was like a step back in time. I believe it was built in 1924, or around then, so just thinking what a beautiful site it was back then, was really cool. Right in the heart of Safety Harbor, restaurants, shops, water, all within walking distance was great. I would definitely stay there again and again but longer next time."

Casa del Tren, the Spanish name for the Train House, is fondly named because of its unique location. Safety Harbor is an old railroad town and as such, one remote end of Casa del Tren's yard is bordered by the railway. Yes, a train does come by every now and then, typically 6 to 8 cars, that come and go in less than a minute. You may stay for days and never see or hear a single train. Beautiful light fragrance, ceiling fans in every room, gorgeous decorations, and the most comfortable bed I think I have ever slept in makes this a definite winner in my book. The sheets were so soft and luxurious. Every other accomodation I have stayed in has paled in comparison. I love the Safety Harbor area, very pretty. We found a great place for breakfast called Rodie's Restaurant & Pancake House on McMullen Booth Road, just 8 minutes away....super yummy."

The Carriage House is nestled in Old Town Safety Harbor. In 3 minutes you walk to the Pier on Tamps Bay, the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa, the Post Office and Starbucks. There are seven Restaurants within a 10 minute walk including the 'Almost Famous' Whistle Stop Grill where you will find outdoor seating , a laid back atmosphere and live music at least 3 nights per week..
The Carriage House' unique architecture and fenced back yard will make you feel like you stepped back in time..to a slower pace. ..Built in 1925 the Carriage House was originally just that- 'a carriage house 'not far from Green Springs Resort. It is the oldest wooden structure in Safety Harbor.
Step out on the brick patio for breakfast and have a drink on the wood deck at night. The bedroom is a second floor large loft with a large window to view the Bay about 100 yds away.

There was an issue with the refrigerator leaking and Sharlene replaced it. She was very easy to contact and responded right away. From our checking in to checking our we never had any issues. - "The room was exacrly as pictured and described. It was a super cute room with a queen bed, small table for enjoying coffee or a meal, a kitchenette with a small fridge, microwave, and cooktop. I never used the cook top. With so many cute places to eat nearby, I'd bet few people do. The room is very clean and the bed was soft and comfortable. I liked the fact that it had a digital door lock so i didn't have to worry about a key. I stayed 5 nights in july and the wall AC kept the room very comfortable and the ceiling fan kept the air moving. I'd absolutely stay here again."

All check in was done through email and was quick straight forward and EASY! We arrived minutes later to find the MOST AMAZING room. It had absolutely everything we needed and then some. It was super clean, freshly painted and beautifully decorated! The bed, to die for comfortable! We are in Florida for a few more days and have a different hotel (not in this area) for the rest of our stay and we are wishing we could cancel that room and come back here to stay for the remainder of our vacation. We will definitely be back to stay here."
