This updated 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is located in the quiet beach town of Redington Shores Florida. Just south of Clearwater Beach and just north of St.Pete Beach. San Remo is a Gulf front condo building of just 39 units. Some of the building amenities include; heated pool and spa, large cabana with patio tables, plenty of lounge chairs, 2 large BBQ grills , just steps to the white sandy beach of the Gulf, elevators and ample parking.

This newly updated unit has all tile flooring, coastal style furniture, fully equipped kitchen and laundry room with stackable washer/dryer. The oversized balcony has a partial view of the Gulf. The tranquil Gulf of Mexico sunsets are a must see and only steps away from the condo. The entire condo has a comfortable relaxing beach feel, soothing paint colors and the décor totally say's: I am at the BEACH! The master bedroom has a king size bed with beautiful coastal furniture and a work space for your computer. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has a full size pull out bed. The living room and bedrooms all have a sliding glass door that open out the balcony. Great place for morning coffee or a relaxing cocktail.

Don't worry about lugging too much stuff. We provide the following for your convenience: beach towels, chairs, cooler and kids beach toys. Upon request we can provide baby items for a small fee, i.e. highchair, pack-n-play, etc. This is a NON-SMOKING unit.

We are excited to report that our Sea Oats Resort in Redington Shores is completely restored and updated following the damages from Hurricanes Helene and Milton. We welcomed guests again on 1/25/25 and happy that the heated pool and tennis/pickleball courts are back in action!

Beautiful inside and outside

Beautifully renovated 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open concept condo with views from the balcony of the gulf beach and the intercostal waterways. The white sandy beach is steps away and it is very quiet and relaxing. The condo is fully equipped with everything you would need for a very comfortable, relaxing and stress free getaway. Condo has smart TVs in every bedroom with cable and WiFi. For our guests’ convenience we have beach chairs, umbrella, children's toys, small cart with wheels and small cooler in the unit for our guests to use. The Municipal trolley stop is within walking distance of the condo. San Remo is in close proximity to shops, restaurants, city park and day and night entertainment. The unit is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator for your convenience . The pool/spa area is very well maintained. It has 2 barbecues and cabana eating area with tables and lounge chairs. Get away from it all and come spend some time at the beach.

- "We loved our stay in Redington Shores. The condo was spotless and beautifully decorated. We all rated the beds comfy and clean. This VRBO was the most well stocked place we stayed at. If you happen to forget anything it was likely already there. the kitchen not only fully stocked with cooking wear but a blender(a nice one), air fryer, tin foil, paper towels and everything else you would need. Beach gear holy beach gear!! I double checked before we left home if there were chairs and umbrella and yes there was and so much more. It was awesome not to have to pack all that gear and have nice stuff for us to borrow. On the last day one of the beach chairs broke just from normal wear. I texted the owner to let her know and she completely understood and thanked me so she could get another one. And I'm certain there was a new one waiting for the next guest. The walk to the beach is easy and short. There is a free bird sanctuary right next door, which my girls visited almost every day. The pool was clean and the grill set up in very nice( and camping style). We went to Busch Gardens and it was an easy 45min drive. The beach is wonderful. The beach isn't crowded and you could always get a spot right in front of the complex if wanted. There is construction improvements going on when we went. For the most part it wasn't disruptive but maybe 2 mornings they started loud around 8am. We simply went for a walk on the beach and all was good. We loved Redington Shores!"

Our condo has tile throughout. The kitchen has granite counters, a pull out pantry, and stainless appliances with beautiful views of both the gulf and the the inter coastal waterway. The condo sleeps six; a queen sized sleeper sofa equiped with a built in air mattress is comfortable for sitting and sleeping. The living room also has a 55' flat screen TV that pivots and recliners for chillaxing. The master bedroom has a king sized adjustable sleep number mattress, a flat screen TV, and walk in closet. The guest room has twin beds, a view of the inter coastal waterway, walk in closet, and private entry to the guest bath. There is plenty of drawer and closet space.

The condo is in Redington Towers which gives you access to a heated pool, beaches, exercise room, ping pong tables, a library, covered parking, 24 hour security, a community grill, planned activities, and more. There are laundry units on each floor. Two elevates insure a short wait for access to our unit on the 12th floor. Monthly rentals are required, but you will find that the monthly rate is comparable to charges for two weeks at other locations. We are close to many restaurants, a convenience store, a bank, a fishing pier, a bird sanctuary, and the pinellas trail for biking or skating.

The unit is fully equipped with plush towels, bedding, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, etc. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, barware, coffee maker, toaster, blender, panini press, etc. The condo has wiifi available in the unit and a Wii with games for rainy days. The TV is equipped with a sound bar that allows for Bluetooth connection to play your favorite music.

The 2nd large Master bedroom includes a king size bed with luxury white linens, white dresser, and a walk in closet. The 2nd bathroom is located directly across the hall from the 2nd Master and includes a large vanity sink as well as a Tub/Shower. This dual Master layout is ideal for two couples to share the unit together while still having their own Master sleeping rooms.

This is the best private building on the beach with only 48 total units, a large beautifully maintained pool, private beach access gate, and some of the widest flat soft white sand beaches in Florida. The unit is on the first level above the parking level. One flight up the stairs or take the elevator. The unit also has a very unique private spiral staircase from the balcony down to the pool and beach, a special feature only available on these 1st floor units. One covered reserved parking spot at the very front of the building is provided with the rental. Additional uncovered parking is available.

Inside, the unit was completely remodeled the last two years with new floors, kitchen, shower, and paint. Alexa provides home automation, control of the nest thermostat, weather, local information, and relaxing music and the front door can be locked and unlocked via your cell phone. The living/dining area includes a full size leather sofa sleeper, a recliner, and a glider. A large flat screen TV with cable and smart streaming TV with Netflix, HBO on Demand, Showtime on Demand , and many other streaming channels included. There is also a very nice wood burning fireplace with your first set of starter logs and firewood included. The dining table is ample enough to seat 6 people comfortably and there is a bar with an additional 2 bar seats. All kitchen appliances, dish settings, cookware, bakeware, electric devices are provide. Luxury kitchen and bathroom towels and bed linens are included. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, and some beach toys are provided. The unit includes a full size laundry washer and dryer.

The true centerpiece of this unit is the large balcony that overlooks the excitement happening in the pool and Gulf of Mexico beach front and angles around the unit providing a calmer view of the village of cottages next door. The covered balcony includes a ceiling fan to keep it cool and four rocking chairs.

There is a video security survelliance camera located on the balcony and facing the balcony spiral staircase access point onto the balcony. A small portion of the pool as well as the backyard and beach is in view of this camera. As a guest, you can request that the camera be turned off during your stay if desired.

The unit is intended for maximum of four adults, 2 adults per bedroom.

You will need to sign a monthly lease agreement for the month of rental and a required condominium application prior to your stay which is submitted to the Condo association. The Condominium rules are shown below:

- "What a great stay! Karyn met us and provided us with breakfast food and many tasty treats. The furniture is so comfy (esp. the recliner), as are the beds. My husband wants the pillows! The kitchen has better pots, pans, bowls and storage containers than I have at my own home! The TVs and viewing options are first class. Nice beach chairs, towels, umbrella, and cooler are available. Outside, the pool is beautiful, the deck is huge, and the views in daylight and especially at sunset are breathtaking! The convenience to get to the pool and beach is one of the things that will make us return. I’m very glad the condo is on the first floor (although still elevated a bit) since the elevator was out for most of the stay, but it never bothered us a bit. You can’t beat the location and the nice condo complex, and you can walk to some restaurants or to get ice cream. Thanks Karyn and Chip, for a great stay!"
