- "Very good " - "very good" - "I could not say enough good things about this place. People were so nice, short walk to beach, nice pool. Room was clean and had everything we needed. For a family of 4 it was soooo spacious. Unfortunately with the corona virus we decided to leave early and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and gave us a refund. For that alone I would stay again. We visited the tiki hut across the street at the Thunderbird, the beach, R Bar, Walgreens, a souvenir shop, and made two runs up to Clearwater (30 minute drive) for more shopping and restaurants. The staff recommended the St Pete Pier to the south which was really fantastic, a sunset cruise near Clearwater, which we did, and it was wonderful! I can not say enough about location and staffing!"

- "Love this place always a great place to stay" - "Quick couple days to start spring break. Front desk staff (Hi Michelle) were great! Having water and coffee ready all day was perfect and kids enjoyed grabbing ice cream from the lobby store. Loved the live entertainment and the frozen drinks from the tiki bar. They are continually working to improve the property and its location and price was perfect for what we wanted. Hope to make our way back another time. Only thing to note was the small - dare I say tiny- bathroom. If you are over 5 10” - showering has to be next to impossible. No exhaust fan either. "

- "Great place! Great location! Friendly staff!" - "The property was great. The beach was nice, but the water wasn't clear while we were there. Locals said it was because of recent storms. That was the only thing that was a bummer for us." - "I loved the theme and the fact that there is so much to do right here on the property. Right across the hall from the breakfast room. In room fridge and microwave in breakfast room. Bed was so comfy, shower was hot with great pressure. This room did hear the traffic of people passing at night and in the morning. Also close to street so passing cars mag shine light, the room had blackening curtains! They provided us a steamer for my dress. Coffee available all day. So many cute spots around the property to relax and unwind. In room drinks were reasonably priced: bottle of wine was $30, beers were $7. Other options available and the soon to open restaurant will offer even more I am sure! We ended up using the inn for pictures and the results are wow! I will add them here if i can. Kayla and Jessica were amazing hosts!! We will be back many times over and highly recommend a stay here! Super walkable to many gulfport hotspots - pias is two doors down. Oh lord, if you havent been RUN THERE NOW! We could not have dreamt a better newlywed experience and have nothing but good things to say about the Peninsula Bed and Cocktail. "
