- "We’re very happy with this condo. I almost don’t want to tell anybody about it for fear when we’re ready to come down again it won’t be available. The halls and elevator pool garage, were always tidy and clean. Parking not under cover but real close. The air conditioning fan went bad. We called the owner who got the property manager right away a HVAC repair man came on a Sunday evening and told us he would have to return in the morning with the part. By 9am we we had air again. Appreciated the use of beach towels chairs and umbrella too."

- "We enjoyed our stay very much! The view was beautiful, and the condo was stocked with everything we could need. It was very clean, and everything was in great shape. No complaints. The location was awesome; it wasn’t crowded but was located close enough to John’s Pass that my family walked there most days. The only downside was the slow, slow elevator in the building. We had to wait a long time, several times and even opted to start using the stairs to go down instead of waiting. Other than that, perfect!!!"

Johns Pass offers Shopping, restaurants, water sports, tiki boat tours, bars and Fish Famous Wild Seafood Market at Dons Dock. Come watch a commercial fishing boat unload their catch on the boardwalk above Dons Dock. Or take a quick 5-to-7-minute walk down the boardwalk to our beautiful beach for a day of fun in the sun or to wind down and watch one of our stunning sunsets.
