- "Condo was absolutely beautiful with a view that was awesome. Beautifully decorated with everything we needed for our stay. The building itself is way overdue for some maintenance. Elevator was out of order for almost a whole day. Tried calling maintenance on duty at the building to fix washer and dryers that weren’t working but the 3rd party company that services the laundry machines never came out to fix the washer and dryers. Ceiling in parking ramp is littered with chipped paint and rust with various fixtures dangling down from ceiling. Overall a great stay just won’t be back till the building itself gets some TLC."

Only downside, that I can think of, which is 100% not the owners fault or responsibility, is the pool was hot. Not refreshing at all. Water Temp was 97 degrees. Hardly anyone used it. So just be aware of this if you come in the summer. The pool is pretty much out. I'm just mentioning it bc it was a big necessity for us with the kids, and so wanted others to be aware. That being said, it was still a 5 star experience. I highly recommend this great little condo. 😀"

Watch the dolphins splash and play in the early morning. This property is located right on the beach, and we are conveniently located on the second floor. Relax in our beautifully furnished living and dining area with comfortable sofas to lounge in and tropical dining decor. Have your meals on our Spanish-tiled table on the balcony overlooking the beach or sip your wine sitting on our balcony patio set, watching the gorgeous sunset. Sleep soundly in our two, comfy, full beds with lovely quilts.

We are proud owners and we make upgrades every year. In January 2024 we completed a beautiful, full bathroom renovation. Everything was upgraded including a new bathroom vanity, raised toilet, tiles and hand-held shower. It's now a luxurious and practical bathroom. Please see our photos. Along with this renovation, we also changed the lighting in the kitchen and the kitchen bar area with new canned lights with dimmer switches. Previously, we replaced all our windows and balcony sliding door with hurricane impact ones in December 2019. In January 2020 we replaced the Master bedroom blind with a new pull down one. We've also repainted the entire condo as well as replaced the air conditioner with a new one.

• All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property.
• Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach.
• Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.

Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. - "Lovely beach front property quiet location walking/biking distance to a couple places. Over all enjoyed the stay" - "Spent two days at 53 steps for R n R after a convention. Location was great, even though property is somewhat close to the road, it was fairly quiet, there was a liquor/convenience store across the street, if you need something quick. The apartment is on ground floor and a short distance through parking area to the beach (didn’t count if only 53 steps). The beach entrance has a deck area with table/chairs and lounge chairs. You can’t see the beach real well but it is a nice spot to get out of sun and still be outside and hear the waves. The apartment has a nice fenced private entrance with a picnic table. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, toys and coolers which others have left behind, there is no guarantee of availability and condition as they are not provided but rather available from previous vacationers. The apartment is not quite a studio, there is a partial wall separating the bedroom and bathroom from living room/kitchen space. Furniture is comfortable and kitchen is well appointed. A laundry facility is just out the back door and two doors down. Rental comes with two parking spots out front (not the covered parking area). Beach area on weekends is very busy (lots of locals) and somewhat crowded compared to weekdays (vacationers or owners). This a lovely location for two adults and maybe 1 or 2 smaller kids, 4 adults would be tight but doable if they don’t mind sleeping on pull out and cramped seating. I’d come back again, it is a very nice place!"

New living room, oversized sofa with memory foam mattress, new bedroom furniture, new mattress on the daybed in the Florida room. You will feel right at home! Indian Shores is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach.
Beach is directly across street with intercoastal waters on the backside of the complex. The beach itself is sandy and endless, shallow enough for kids with plenty of shells to collect and wildlife to observe.
The condo is a one bedroom, one bathroom, max 4 with a pull out queen couch/sofa. There is also an additional daybed in the Lanai. Well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops and comes with full sized appliances, microwave, fridge with ice-maker and stove. Coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, blender are also included. Bakeware, pots and pans and all utensils and glassware are included. Beach chairs, kids toys, water toys are in the closet. Linens, towels and beach towels are provided.
The bedroom has a queen size bed with new pillow top mattress and new LCD TV. New bedding.
Internet connection is in the sunroom.
The bathroom has a walk in shower with glass doors. Wall mounted hair-dryer. Please do not have small children play with the glass doors. Other items included are iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum and cleaning supplies. Beach toys, chairs etc.
This is a self-catering unit. You are responsible for any other supplies you may require.
Laundry is coin operated and is located at the end of the walkway. You can get quarters at the front office, grocery store or local bank.
The pool is heated and overlooks the intercoastal waters. There are grills(gas Barbeques) around the resort.

Our Key West style Condo in Indian Shores is an immaculate one bedroom; ground floor unit located in a popular resort. Barefoot Beach Resort is located on the Intracoastal Waterway of Indian Shores. The property is beautifully landscaped and has beach access leading to the white sands of the Gulf...the beach is 160 steps from our door! You can enjoy the large heated pool, private fishing dock and gas grills just a few steps from our door!

The Condo is decorated with Pottery Barn and Eddie Bauer white wood furniture and white rattan furnishings. It has ceramic tile floors, and crown molding. The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa and an entertainment center with a 32 inch TV/DVD/VCR connected to cable.
