This property is a newly renovated 350 sq. ft. 1 bed 1 bath bungalow. It features a full kitchen, laundry, and private patio. All amenities were considered and this tiny home has everything guests will need for a relaxing vacation. Access to the property is via the rear alley and there is one dedicated free parking spot for guests to utilize. The bungalow has its own private rear entry on a coded keypad lock.

The front home to this property is also a short term rental, but there are no shared spaces between the front house and this tiny bungalow (unless both properties are booked together). The front home accommodates up to 8 guests and has it`s own private pool.

The only shared amenities are the 5 large city trash bins located behind the tiny bungalow.

There is one dedicated parking spot which fits a compact ir midsize vehicle. Any larger vehicles will have to utilize free street parking off the alley.

Gulfport is a small unique city within the St. Petersburg area. It captures the feel of old Florida and Key West. The property is less than a mile from the downtown Gulfport area which does have its own small beach, sand volley ball courts, pickle pall, several restaurants, bars, and local shops.

This is not your typical rental with hand-me-down everything. From the moment you walk in, you will feel at home in this cozy beach cottage. This lavishly redone home has a spacious master suite with jetted tub and stall shower, plus sliding doors to the heated pool. A privacy fence surrounds the pool with landscape lighting that makes you feel like you're at a 5 star resort. The master has a loveseat, two chairs, a coffee table, and a dressing table, plus a huge Tommy Bahama armoire. Relax in the large living room with wide-screen TV and electric fireplace (no mess, just ambience!), do some quiet reading in the cozy office, or hang out in the pool surround with your morning java & paper. The roomy second bedroom has its own private bath with tub shower. Both bedrooms have high end bed covers. Our small office has a desk, wi-fi, and a 3 in1 printer. There is also a very comfy loveseat, which can be converted into a twin-size bed by adding the third section. The kitchen has the latest appliances and is well equipped for those who like to cook. Don't care to cook? There is a plethora of fabulous restaurants just three short blocks from your door. The screened lanai has many lounging chairs, a table and a grill, plus lots of pool toys for kids & adults alike. Our front porch features a small seating area for two, plus a bistro table under the trees for al fresco dining. Our laundry room was refurbished in Jan. 2019 and is equipped with new washer & dryer, iron and board, and lots of cabinet & drawer space. A quiet, safe getaway perfect for a couple or family where you can walk or bike to everything you need.

Guests will experience a great night's sleep with a queen memory foam bed in the master bedroom and a hybrid memory foam coil bed in the guest bedroom. Beds are fitted with high thread count sheets wrapped in a luxurious down comforter, 4 medium density pillows, throw blankets as well as three plugs, two USB ports, and reading lights at each bedside. The Master Bedroom has a partial view of the water as well as blackout blinds.

The Wine Cellar can accommodate 6 adults. 2 adults per bedroom, and 2 Adults on the queen sleeper sofa.

All guests are required to register with Check-in Software when emailed to them after the reservation has been booked. At any time the owners can request government ID of the guest making the reservation in order to establish their Identity.

Guests will be sent a copy of the Guest Rental Agreement and will agree to it by not canceling the reservation.

The kitchen comes stocked with dishware and cups to spare, a 14-piece cooking set, baking pans, spices, coffee maker, sugar cream, coffee, blender, toaster, plenty of towels, and cooking utensils.

To ensure the comfort of our guests we have provided central air conditioning and ceiling fans in every room. The thermostat is locked between 70 and 80 degrees. please call your host for any thermostat special requests. The water is purified through a whole house filter, water softener and de-scaler.

The Wine Cellar is a two-bedroom one-bath with a full kitchen. You can enjoy the outdoors with the propane fire pit provided or sit back in the large enclosed patio enjoying the game room. Your dog will enjoy a private enclosed yard just for them. The Wine Cellar has a four-car driveway and plenty of street parking in a well-lit safe area. The driveway is big enough to fit an RV, Boat, or trailer but there are additional fees for such parking.

You can also rent another 2 bedrooms one bath Luxury unit called the "Beach House" next store if you need to book up to an additional 6 guests.

Gulfport Beach is a hidden treasure in south St Pete. We have our own beach on the inter-coastal with professional volleyball courts on white sand. You can just see the beach down the street if you look from the bedroom window or the front of the home. Wood Ibis Park has a scenic lake walk one block from the house. Our Main street is full of shops, restaurants, breweries, and bars. We are two blocks off the main street in a safe and quiet neighborhood.

The home features an open floor plan and plenty of sitting areas inside and outside, that are great for entertaining, relaxing and spending time together. The outdoor space has a large back yard covered in artificial turf, has a private putting green and 4 person hot tube to enjoy. Plenty of space to relax and play.

The home is centrally located just 11 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg, 9.0 minutes from St. Pete Beach, just 39 minutes from Clearwater Beach and only 30 miles to downtown Tampa. The area offers many wonderful parks for biking, beaches and walking trails, playgrounds and sports courts.

The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. The game room is also equipped with a Roku Smart TV

The master bedroom has a king bed and large closet space. The second bedrooms has two twin beds for additional guests and family. Adjacent to the bedrooms is a share bathroom with double sinks and a tub/shower combo. We provide quality toiletries (body wash, shampoo, conditioner & lotion).

A Pack & Play and a highchair are available upon request.

The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot, a Keurig, a French Press & a milk frother).

Guests will have access to the entire home including the outdoor space.

There are two bikes available for use and exploring the Gulfport area. Additionally Beach Chairs are available to take with you for the day.

Our place is cozy, private and convenient to all Gulfport and St. Petersburg has to offer. This one bedroom private cottage has just been recently renovated. It's two blocks from Stetson University Law School, 8 min walk. Drive to Gulfport water front and the best beaches in the country in 10 minutes. Fabulous downtown St. Petersburg with all of its art and culture and the hip Edge District is also 10 minutes away. The scenic Pinellas bike trail is literally in our backyard.

- "My boyfriend, our 5 month old, and I stayed at this adorable little cottage over the weekend, while in town visiting family who have a nearby condo. It was absolutely perfect for what we needed! The hosts were absolutely lovely and accommodating, gave excellent directions on accessing the property, and ensured we had everything we needed. The cottage had a full size fridge, which was a lifesaver, and allowed us to refreeze our cooler packs for the trip home. The smart TV was also perfect, as I was able to login to our services for access. There were only 2 things, which are 100% just personal preference, that were less than ideal to me. The pillows offered were down, which I very much dislike. I typically travel with my own pillow anyways, but of course forgot it for this trip. And the shades, while great for privacy, did not block light very well. However, I am used to blackout curtains. And again, I realize this is totally personal preference, so it's not a complaint. The location was great, only 2 miles from where we were visiting our family. And close to lots of places to eat and things to do! Overall, it was an EXCELLENT stay, especially for the extraordinarily reasonable price. We will definitely hope it is available for any future trips to the area!"

Built in 1935, the house was renovated into a duplex; two private units in 2017-18. Unit E where you will be staying is a one bedroom cottage featuring five rooms with an old Florida feel and modern day conveniences. The house features a fully equipped kitchen, modern appliances, living room with 55 inch television/roku remote, comfortable queen bed, full sized bath with tub and shower, sitting room/office and indoor laundry room. Your comfort is assured with central air conditioning and heat at your control.

Unit W - on the other side of the house is a studio apartment with its own separate entrance, patio, parking and laundry facility.

- "I booked the cottage for a visit with my daughter who goes to college in St Pete. The communication with Jacqueline and David was quick and helpful prior to and during our stay. This is a great location to park and be able to walk everywhere! There's a great coffee shop (Gulf Perks) right around the corner, you can walk down to the waterfront for great views and lots of restaurants and bars. The Tuesday market is fantastic, as well! The cottage is super clean and cute with everything you need! Huge tv in the living room with Netflix and other streaming services, plenty of kitchen utensils (and a great coffee maker WITH coffee), a convenient office space, lots of towels and bath supplies, nice little outdoor space, I can't say a single negative thing and I will definitely rent here again! Thank you!"
