4 bedroom Villa named 'Paradise Found' is located on a lake with privacy. The lanai has a south facing heated pool with ample area for lounging around it. The pool has solar heating which is free. The pool also has gas heating as a supplement during the winter which there is an additional charge for if you want it. . There are lots of birds and other wildlife to enjoy as the property borders on a conservation area. Imagine a location like this and only 20minutes from Disney!

The spacious master bedroom with a king size bed has a flat screened TV. It has an adjoining bathroom and sliding door to the pool area. A second bedroom features a queen size bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds. The fourth bedroom has a. Queen size bed.

The family room is adjacent to the kitchen and has a new large flat screened TV with Netflix included. There is also a separate spacious living room which adjoins a large dining room for family meals. == RENTAL POLICIES ==

- No smoking (min $250 fine)
- No pets allowed (min $250 fine)
- No events, parties or large gatherings
- Primary renter MUST be at least 21 years old to book, must be staying at the rental property with other guests, and is responsible for all guests and visitors
- Submission of Photo ID or Passport may be required (simply upload into Guest Experience portal)
- Signed Rental Agreement required for each booking (sent by email and text to be signed electronically by primary renter)

Pool Heat is not included in the reservation. The cost is $30.00 per night with a 3 night minimum required. Please let us know if you would like to add this amenity to your reservation.

The Grill is INCLUDED in your reservation for this property. This is a great savings, as most properties charge a fee to use the grill.

Toiletries and Household Items: We provide a starter pack for each reservation (including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish tabs, laundry detergent pods, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion). Any further items needed will need to be provided by the guest.

Guest Access:
NO SHOWS, LATE ARRIVALS, EARLY DEPARTURES: We will not refund any monies should a guest decide to shorten their stay. Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. No shows, late arrivals and early departures will be charged the full amount for the entire reserved stay.

LATE CHECK OUT/EARLY CHECK IN: Check in time is 4pm, Check out time in 10am. These times are STRICT due to our operation schedule. Guests who do not check out of the property by 10am are subject to a $150.00 fine. Also, guests who arrive to the property prior to 4pm are subject to a $150.00 fine. Any check in/check out times other than 4pm and 10am MUST be approved by De Paula Realty.

NO PETS: No Pets are allowed. A $250 per pet fee will be charged if there is any report of pet hair on bedding and sofas. The violation of any terms of this pet policy subjects the guest to additional fines or termination of the rental period.

NO SMOKING: No Smoking is allowed in any of the properties and there may be a fine imposed ($450 charged to your credit card) or immediate removal from the property.

MINIMUM AGE: We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.

PROPERTY DAMAGE: If you damage the property you will be charged accordlingly. If any issues should arise, please be sure to contact us IMMEDIATELY.

CLEANING:The departure cleaning fee will also be required on all reservations and will be applied to each property booked. If a guest is staying more than one month in the same rental unit, the fee will only be charged on the final month. A thorough cleaning of the property will be carried out before and after occupancy. It is expected that you will leave the property in a reasonably clean and orderly condition. Guests will be charged for any damage, loss or breakage in the homes or on the premises during your stay, including stolen items. If you have not vacated the unit before the cleaning crew arrives, and they are unable to clean the unit, you will be assessed an additional extra night. There is no daily maid service. You can always add services during your stay for additional charge.

The master bedroom has a king sized bed along with a queen sized pull-out sleeper couch and a pack n play, and a large walk in closet, master bathroom has double sinks, private toilet, stand up shower and a soaking tub. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of twin sized bunk beds with 1 extra twin sized pullout trundle (which can accommodate up to 5 guests) along with a large closet. The 3rd and 4th guest bedrooms has queen sized beds with large closets. The Loft features 2 queen sized sleeper sofas that can accommodate 4 guests.

Lower level of the home has a open living and family room (one of the couches is a pull out sofa bed) large fully stocked kitchen, dining room, full bathroom (shower), and laundry room. Our home has more than enough space to accommodate all of your guests. -The pool has Solar and Electric. Solar is free to use. If you wish to heat the pool with Electric (mainly in the colder months) there will be an additional $100 to heat the pool for 12 hours. The bedrooms offer comfortable accommodations, including a King bedroom on the ground floor with a shared full bathroom featuring a shower.

Very active neighborhood but good for walking the dogs around the block a few times. Pool was big and could fit all of us. Yard was small but perfect to let the dogs out to go pee. - "This property ruined our vacation! We are a family of 12 with infants, small children and adults. Upon our arrival, the instructions provided to enter the property and close the property were not clear, I had to call the host to ask additional questions. When we entered, we discovered all 5 bathrooms had no electricity and the exterior lights, front and back, did not work. We called the host many times. When someone answered, they asked us to reset the panel. The host was informed of a breaker that kept shutting off when we tried to turn it on, and it sparked. We were without electricity throughout all bathrooms on 5 occasions throughout our stay. Every time the host was contacted, the response time took longer. There was a leak that streamed out of the air vent into the kitchen on two occasions. The property is infested with ants, the beds are rock solid, and there is nowhere to hang your towels unless you hang it on a hanger within the exposed closet. The property is advertised for 14 ppl with towels and pool towels provided, yet there were not sufficient towels for 12. The water heater doesn't support 14 ppl, many cold showers were taken. There was no mop to dry up the streaming water coming from the kitchen ceiling nor a vacuum for the carpets, just a broom The maintenance person sent did not speak English/Spanish. Repairs were never made and response from the host became worse with every issue. Don’t rent here! "

- "We had a great stay at this Storey Lake condo. The condo unit was very clean and had all of the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The owner is very responsive and communicates well during the stay. The location is great as it is close to all of the Disney parks, but away from all of the traffic and noise. A Publix, Target and Wal-mart are all just a few minutes away. The Storey Lake resort has a great pool and lazy river area, although it was super crowded during our Spring Break stay and didn't have enough lounge chairs for everyone. The amenity area also has a very limited food and drink service and doesn't allow outside food/drinks to be brought in. This was our only disappointment, but is outside the control of the condo rental owner."

• It´s forbidden to smoke inside the house. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection.
• The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it.
• We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.
•Pet fee : 95$per pet.
•If you have unauthorized pet during your stay a $250,00 fine will be charged.
• Pet weight maximum 35 lbs.
•Maximum of 03 small pets.
• The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $35/day for a minimum of 3 days. Just let us know and we'll turn it on (6-9h to heat). Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. it will be turned on and set to 90ºF - 95ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 8-12h hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)
• Due to the Pandemic we stopped offering wash clothes for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own.

All our vacation homes are self-catering. Which means the guest is responsible for shopping during their stay. For your convenience, we provide a complimentary starter supply of toiletries, including: 1 dish sponge 1 dish detergent, 3 dishwasher pods, 1 roll of paper tower, 1 garbage bag per bin and 3 extras for replacement, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 small bar soap per bathroom, 1 shampoo/conditioner/body wash set per bathroom Housekeeping: Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered, and that daily housekeeping services are not provided.

The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized prior to each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

My only complaint was the stove wasn't working for the first 3 days of our stay. Meals had to be "take outs" during that time. Would definitely stay there again. • TRASH DISPOSAL
Please place trash in the bench or bin daily to keep a clean home. • It´s forbidden to smoke inside the house. We have a smoke detector and an alarm that will sound upon smoke detection.

• The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $40/day, a minimum of 3-days is required to turn it on. Just let us know in advance and we'll turn it on for you (it takes 8-12h to heat). We won’t refund this amount based on the climate change.
The maintenance company might appear during your stay to clean the pool without prior notice.

• The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it.

PETS
• We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.

• FOOD AND CONDIMENTS
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.

• ONLINE PURCHASE
If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. Only UPS, DHL and FEDEX delivers them. In some resorts the packages are delivered to the clubhouse. Fees may apply. Some resorts may not accept them. Keep in mind we are not responsible for unexpected issues with your online purchases. If you have any questions, please contact us.
