- "We loved the themed rooms! The plunge pool was a fan favorite among my toddlers and nice to have since the big pool was closed for a day or two due to a poop incident. The mini golf was a pleasant surprise. The location is very close to a Publix, and twistee treat ice cream which was the biggest hidden gem of our trip! 10/10 recommend the ice cream taco. Close to many restaurants and only 25 min from Disney if you don’t miss any turns like we did :)"

I think this is an independently owned condo in this building, the condo looks amazing, but the resort in general could use updating. First floor bedroom : carpet was getting wet during the rain, which indicates some water leak ( flooding from outside or ground ? ) 8. No control stick on vertical blinds which prevent to use properly the door to the pool ( unable to move the blinds ) Overall, 4 star is given as a wish of the owner rather. This is 3 star property, which in fact has one the worst location on entire estate. Good for the money, with some horrible issues."

The TV in the master bedroom didn't seem to have any connections to be able to use.One afternoon returning from Universal, there was a couple fixing the loose netting around the pool and cleaning the pool but were there until after 8pm which held the kids up jumping in the pool. And it states across the street from Universal, which it is close but not like walking distance. They did let us check in a little early without charging us extra. It is a house/duplex located in an older neighborhood. it was comfortable and had full size washer and dryer. No ceiling fans in the kids or smaller bedroom, had stand up fans but one was too noisy to use. bit warm in the evening but I like having a celing fan blowing while I'm sleeping."

- "Loved the place! Had all the necessities you’ll need! The pool was a little small but was very pleased I was accompanied with a grill that wasn’t there before. The water park in the residential area was awesome!! My kids loved it! Even my teenage lol The only other problem I had was parking! If you stay out late chances are you will not be able to park in front of your place and may have to park around the corner and walk to you place. Other than the small pool (in the back of the house) and parking wonderful stay!! Will definitely come back!!"

- "We arrived with our family of 5 to this cottage with the expectation of having a relaxing family vacation by the pools at Margaritaville Resort. Upon arrival there was 1 roll of toilet paper for the entire cottage that has 3 bathrooms. No other paper products, garbage bags, hand soap or dish soap available. Also there were no dish cloths or tea towels. Upon arriving at the pool we were turned away and told that because we have a Code Access rather than a card to our cottage that means NO POOL USE. Manager was NO help, our children were devastated. We even offered to pay a day access fee and were turned down. The owner replied with “can you screenshot where it says pool access”. You would think all people staying at this resort could use the pool. Paper products were delivered on the third day after we had already had to go buy paper items and garbage bags as we couldn’t go days without. The back patio only had two small chairs and a side table unlike the pictures showing a full dining area. In my opinion there is some misleading advertising here. Although the cottage was clean and spacious, we feel disappointed and were forced to go spend more money that we had not planned on due to not having a pool. We will not be staying at Margaritaville Resort again in the future."
