You will love Ocean Breeze Cottage! The 1938 cottage has an "old style Key West charm"! is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything you need. The beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beach is right across the street and the world famous John's Pass Village is only short walk where you will find an abundant amount of shops and restaurants, along water activities. The cottage is perfect for an individual, one couple, two couples or a small family.

The cottage is filled with amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable stay and includes Spectrum WiFi internet, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, AC and heat , and parking for two cars.

The courtyard is set in a tropical landscaped setting and is lined with Augusta bricks from the historic Ybor town. There is a Weber grill to cook a nice meal and plenty of seating to just relax. There are plenty of beach equipment available to use for those beach days.

There is an additional one bedroom / one bath beach cottage (Bay Breeze) that is perfect for a couple that is located on the back of the property with its own separate gated entrance and parking. The cottage, could Use a little updating but everything is there and it is nicely Labeled so you are able to find everything. John was awesome. We had an issue with my husband's dialysis machine. And he was very understanding and allowed us to check out a little late. We will be going back again. Oh, and no bugs! I did not have to worry about insect repellent at all. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer or bought the property LOL that's how much i loved it!"
