You will love Ocean Breeze Cottage! The 1938 cottage has an "old style Key West charm"! is located in a quiet neighborhood and is close to everything you need. The beautiful white Gulf Coast sandy beach is right across the street and the world famous John's Pass Village is only short walk where you will find an abundant amount of shops and restaurants, along water activities. The cottage is perfect for an individual, one couple, two couples or a small family.

The cottage is filled with amenities to make your vacation an enjoyable stay and includes Spectrum WiFi internet, washer and dryer, outdoor shower, AC and heat , and parking for two cars.

The courtyard is set in a tropical landscaped setting and is lined with Augusta bricks from the historic Ybor town. There is a Weber grill to cook a nice meal and plenty of seating to just relax. There are plenty of beach equipment available to use for those beach days.

There is an additional one bedroom / one bath beach cottage (Bay Breeze) that is perfect for a couple that is located on the back of the property with its own separate gated entrance and parking. The cottage, could Use a little updating but everything is there and it is nicely Labeled so you are able to find everything. John was awesome. We had an issue with my husband's dialysis machine. And he was very understanding and allowed us to check out a little late. We will be going back again. Oh, and no bugs! I did not have to worry about insect repellent at all. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer or bought the property LOL that's how much i loved it!"

Mad Beach Cottage is a single family home in the Surf Song Resort on Madeira Beach 60 flip-flop steps to SAND! No streets, boardwalks or stairs! You'll enjoy a heated pool, 3 Weber grills, shuffleboard and sundeck with lounge chairs for gazing at spectacular sunsets every night. It's located across from famous John's Pass Fishing Village Boardwalk for shopping, dining, ice cream, coffee, live music, brew pubs, dolphin/fishing/sunset/pirate boat cruises, wave runner/kayak rentals. 5* LOCATION!

The space
Our cozy beach cottage is 660 square feet with a dedicated parking spot directly in front of the unit. It is the only stand-alone condo located on the Surf Song Resort property. It is close to the BBQ area, 25 steps to the pool and about 75 steps to the beach! We have 4 children and made it very family friendly. There is room in the master bedroom at the foot of the king size bed to set up the pack-n-play (provided) and/or a crib! The dining table seats 8 adults. There are several tables outside near the BBQ area as well. There is a sleeper-sofa and a work desk in the open dinning/family room area. The flat screen HDTV is on a swinging wall mount so it is view-able from anywhere in the kitchen/dinning/family room you wish. We have flat screens and Blue-Ray DVD players in both bedrooms as well. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for action with full sized appliances.

Guest access
You will have complete and private use of the entire beach cottage during your stay. You will have access to the heated pool, an assigned parking space and guest parking for visitors or overnight guests, shuffleboard courts, sunset patio, 4 Weber BBQ gas grills, laundry facilities and a world class beach.

There are 3 laundry rooms with pay washing machines and dryers located in the resort. We keep a big bag of beach toys, two beach chairs and two beach umbrellas in the unit for your use. There is free WiFi throughout the resort. We have a Tesla Charger upon request.
