Our charming Key West style 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage has almost 700 square feet and was refurbished in October 2012. Our cottage offers beautiful oak hardwood floors, a tiled kitchen and bath, a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat, a comfortable side chair, coffee and end tables in the living room, and seating for four in the dining area. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has two twin beds which can be converted to a king upon request. In the living room, there is a brand new sectional coach that converts to a sleeper sofa. And if you need a little in-house entertaining, we have a few board games for your entertainment. The cottage is located in Treasure Island, Sunset Beach, 1 block from the beautiful sandy beach featuring the best sunsets and the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The entire cottage was recently renovated, new paint, all new floor tiles, a total beach theme. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator, a microwave, cooktop and range, blender, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and knife set. The cottage has FREE wireless internet and a Smart Samsung 60" HD ROKU TV located in the living room and also 32" ROKU TV's are in each bedroom. YouTube TV is our streaming service for your use for FREE as well as all the other streaming shows are available on the SmartTV's. There is an iron and ironing board for your use as well. We recently added a Pool Heater keeping the pool warm year-round and the Spa heats in under 15 minutes to up to 104 degrees...so relax and enjoy!

The cottage is within walking distance of several bars and restaurants like the Caddy's Beach Bar, Ka Tiki (locals favorite), Ricky T's, SeaDogs and Sloppy Joes. Free Beach Ride & Island Hoppers offer a free ride for a tip to and from all of these local establishments if you prefer to ride. Uber k&^ Lyft also service the area and are another very convenient means to getting to downtown St. Pete, Johns Pass, Madeira or farther - frankly, once you are on Sunset Beach, you wont want to leave, for there is no reason too. The property is entirely fence in so it is very private. The exterior of the property is under video surveillance for your and our protection. The nicely updated bathroom with walk-in shower is furnished with plenty of towels. Our one bedroom, one bathroom cottage is on Gulf Blvd in Treasure Island, Florida. 300 steps, less than a 2 minute walk from the beautiful sand of Treasure Island Beach and 5 blocks from the world famous boardwalk, shopping and restaurants of John’s Pass in Madeira Beach. We are also less than 1 mile from a major pharmacy and a major grocery store.

We have a crosswalk conveniently located in front of the cottage. You can stop traffic with the push of a button to safely walk across the street toward the boardwalk pathway that leads you to the beautiful sand and water of Treasure Island Beach. One block, 1 minute walk, from the condo is a community boat ramp for boating, paddle boarding, kayaking, jet ski and other water activities. To get to John’s Pass, walk on the sidewalk and walk path that takes you over the drawbridge. The drawbridge has scenic lookout areas to enjoy the view, the breeze and the beauty of Treasure Island and John’s Pass. John’s Pass is known for shopping, restaurants, microbreweries, dessert shops, water sport rental shops, dinner cruises, pirate cruises, parasailing, fishing and much more.

We just finished a full remodel of the cottage. It has new bedding, linen, furniture and appliances. The bedroom has a comfortable KING sized bed and a large screen smart television. The living room has a new sofa, chair and large screen smart television. The kitchen is equipped with appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and all the items you need to cook. There is a small dining table and chairs. Our Wifi is secure, fast and free. We have Spectrum cable service with tons of channels as well as an ability to log onto all of your app based subscriptions. The bathroom shower is low profile for ease of use and safety. Our one story building means there are no stairs or elevators to navigate. Parking in beach towns can be tough, but not if you stay at our place. While staying at our cottage, you get the use of one private off street parking spot located at the cottage.

You will LOVE our fully remodeled (2023) beach cottage on the Gulf Coast of Florida! We are a one-minute walk to the beautiful sugar sand and blue waters on Sunset Beach in Treasure Island! The cottage is perfect for a family of 4-6 but is also well suited for two couples who want more space, privacy and amenities than a hotel could possibly offer. It is a FULLY FURNISHED 2-bedroom, 2 bathrooms, over 900 sq. ft. single-family home with a very rare completely enclosed private yard with a deck, patio seating for 6-8 people and barbecue. All the furniture is brand new including the mattresses. The Master bedroom features a king-size bed with TV, the second bedroom has queen-size bed with TV and both bedrooms have large closets for storage. Comfortable living room which features a nice space to lounge and an island which seats up to 4 people. FULLY EQUIPPED brand-new kitchen with all new cabinetry, countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. Dishes, utensils, cookware, bakeware, Keurig, and all appliances, large and small. We supply a beach trolley, beach chairs and an umbrella. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine on our front porch, or on the deck in our beautifully treed yard!
We have room at the cottage to comfortably park three to four vehicles. The cottage is located on a quiet street, but only a few steps away from the fun! Just a 3-minute walk from the cottage, is the famous Caddy’s on the Beach with indoor and outdoor dining, bars on multiple levels, chair rentals, full menu beachside, drink service, cabanas and beach games. Right across the street from Caddy’s, and only a two-minute walk from the cottage, is Ka’ Tiki, a locals’ favorite in a massive tiki hut with indoor and outdoor seating, bar food, drinks and great live music 7 days a week!
Additionally, within a 15-minute walk, or short drive, are other restaurants like Sea Dog, and Shrimpy’ s with beautiful views of the intracoastal waterway. There is a Publix grocery store a mile away and too many great restaurants and shops to mention in St. Pete Beach which is a five - minute drive from the cottage. We are a short drive to downtown St. Petersburg, home of the Tampa Bay Rays, multiple museums and galleries, fine dining, pubs, breweries, a lot of live music and many festivals. North of us, only 5–10-minute drive, is John’s Pass in Madeira Beach where you can find all sorts of water sports, shops, restaurants, and fish markets. Two blocks away from the cottage you can hop on the Suncoast Beach Trolley that runs from Treasure Island all the way to Clearwater Beach!
