Close to Tyrone Square Shopping Mall, Salvador Dali Museum, Sunken Gardens, St. Petersburg Downtown, Fort De Soto Park. Tampa International Airport is about a 35 minute drive. Busch Gardens and Tampa Bay Aquarium are about a 45 minute drive. Clearwater Beach and Marine Aquarium are about 25 minutes north of us. We are approximately 2 hours from Disney World, Sea World & Universal Studios-Orlando.

There are 5 parking spaces in front of our building (A thru E). All of the spaces are the same width, but different lengths due to the angle of the building. Please park in the space that best fits the length of your vehicle. Parking space E is best suited for guests with full size pickup trucks or suburban type SUVs. Please note parking is limited to 1 vehicle only. If you choose to park in space E and there is a guest with a larger vehicle than yours, you may be asked to move your vehicle.

Laundry closet is located next to the center courtyard and there is no charge to use the machines.

Inside, the first thing you'll see as you make your way up the spiral stair case is the incredible tongue & groove vaulted ceiling, and then your eye is drawn to the gorgeous professionally decorated, open-concept living and dining area, with an adjoining open style kitchen. It's only 915 sqft, but you'd never guess, as it feels much bigger! The master bedroom features a comfy king-sized bed, with windows overlooking the pool outside. The second bedroom features a cozy queen bed with plenty of extra space.
The living room also features a full/queen sleeper sofa. Linens, pillows, blankets, towels, and an extra set of each item are included and can be found in the bedroom closets. Parking space next to the back door. 10min GORGEOUS stroll to beach. The condo is near Treasure Island’s popular restaurants. Many guests walk to/from the beach and restaurants! This is a place for relaxing, overlooking the breathtaking Intracoastal waterway.

Or take a drive up to Clearwater, or go to museums in St Pete, or head to Busch Gardens! Close to it all!

The space
This community of 14 condos is tucked away from the noise...peaceful at all hours. The condo has everything you need and you might not even make it to the beach :) The views from bedroom are gorgeous. Beach access is 1 mile walk away but there is also a large parking lot by the beach. Lots of fish to be caught right outside off the deck, so bring your fishing poles and catch your dinner. Relax and enjoy everything gorgeous around you!

Boat slip rental for additional nightly expense. Limited spaces. Please let me know ahead of time so that I can reserve a slip. No trailers on the property, no exception. Trailers must be stored off the condo property (at a marina or boat ramp).

You'll have access your private COVERED parking, the pool, the community private dock and patio, and the entire condo. You'll use a passcode I give you for entry. No keys to lose!

No Pets Allowed. This is a new policy. If you are a prior renter with a dog, I am sorry we cannot accommodate.

Kitchen is furnished with cookware if you want to go to Publix market (0.7 miles away) and cook at home. We provide first roll of toilet paper and paper towels. Since we have guests that stay a couple days or a couple months, just the first roll is on us.

This one bedroom, one bath condo is located in the Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right across the street from the beach. Free WiFi & free parking is available.

Sunset Cove is located in Treasure Island and the property has a solar heated pool onsite with lounge chairs and Tiki huts. In the back of the property there is a dock that you can fish from, picnic tables to hang out, a water entry to launch a kayak or paddle board and a grill that can be rented for a nominal fee.

The Twins Inn has a 100% nonsmoking, family friendly atmosphere that gives you a total beach vacation experience. One of our favorite compliments we received was from Sandy of South Carolina.
