The building has a large parking area that can accommodate a boat and trailer and both public boat ramps are no more than a 2 minute drive away.
We are located just one block behind the grocery store, shopping and dining. The public beach is less than a block away. You can't beat the location!
There is also an outdoor kitchen with a charcoal grill, sink and refrigerator and an outdoor sitting area with tables and chairs.
The Marlin is located at the corner at 36th Street and 4th Avenue and because it is not a through way and because there is no public parking, the street is hardly traveled and perfect for children.
Our pool is 31'X19'. It has a shallow end with a bench around the perimeter for sitting. The deep end is a large circle perfect for swimming and there is a 'beach' shelf which mimics sitting at the edge of the shore line. Inside the beach when unoccupied is a fountain and when occupied is a jet that created bubble rings. The pool has a four color light system which can be solid or multicolor and illuminates the pool for night enjoyment. Also, there is a HUGE deck around the pool with lounge chairs and tables.
Arriving late & don't have time to shop? Would you like your beverages to already be nice and cold for you when you arrive? We can have all of this ready when you arrive. Our fee is $25 plus 10% cost of the groceries.

Delightful private fully furnished one bedroom apartment on second floor of old Florida house located less than 100 feet from access to the white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico. The spacious master bedroom is light and airy with windows allowing a peak at the Gulf of Mexico. There is a separate dressing area connected to the bedroom with a dressing table and two closets. The living room is paneled in old cypress with exceptional light from five windows, which overlook a natural landscape and provide a partial view of the water. The galley style kitchen is small but well-equipped and accesses a small pantry. The bathroom has a tiled shower and charming vintage washbasin. A bistro table on the deck outside the living room is ideal for outdoor dining while viewing the surrounding lush landscape and Gulf waters.

The pool has a four color light system which can be solid or multicolor and illuminates the pool for night enjoyment. Also, there is a HUGE deck around the pool with lounge chairs and tables.

There is a single vanity and tub shower with curved shower rod to wash up in. The master bedroom has a king bed, 3-drawer dresser, 26” tv and full sized closet with mirror doors. Our second bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, a shared night stand and 3- drawer dresser. Each bedroom has sliding glass doors to access the back deck and enjoy the natural light. Sip your morning cup of coffee watching the sunrise on the front deck facing east or watch the evening sunset over the mangrove waters on the back deck. We provide two beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels so all you need to pack is your swimwear. Come to stay with us to explore all that the island has to give.

You have a private entrance into your home. There is a deck right outside your door with two additional chairs. A back deck overlooks the backyard lined with mangrove trees. There is also a back yard patio just for you with your own gas grill! You can fit two cars bumper to bumper on your driveway.

Other things to note
The trolley stop to head north is right across the street from us and the one heading south is only two blocks toward the beaches.
If you rent a golf cart, it must be gas powered only. We do not allow charging of any electronic vehicles.
We do allow one dog under 30lbs. This will include a pet fee of $100.00 per stay. The dog must not be left alone in the apartment unless crated and cannot be a barker or it may be grounds for removal.
