- "Neat process" - "As advertised!! Right on the beach with a great heated pool and courtyard. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating!! Rooms cleaned everyday, and the on property laundry service was a big plus for our long stay. Very close to downtown and Pine Street, and having bikes at your disposal was ideal in addition to a bus stop outside the front door. Didn't try out the massage services, but you have to leave something for next time. We'll be back!!!"

Cancellation Policy: All cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by the guest through website in which they booked. Cancellation requests received prior to 60 days from arrival date will receive a refund minus one night's rent plus tax. Cancellation requests received inside 60 days from arrival date for cancelling the entire or portion of a reservation, refunds of deposits or full payments, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a 100% loss of all funds remitted to Bali Hai Beach Resort. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may opt to move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.
Trip/Storm Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance including comprehensive trip cancellation insurance due to unforeseen eventualities including hurricane or tropical storms. Hurricane season is June 1st – November 30th. Weather or beach conditions cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given from monies which have been paid or for providing lodging elsewhere unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations. For any day(s) that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order for in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently staying; any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the “Warning” is lifted; and any advance rents collected for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Warning” period.

This beachfront ground floor Two bedroom suite is the only of its kind offered at Bali Hai.
