The Florida room has a comfortable seating area, and table. The living room has a queen size pull-out sofa bed and TV. The home is air conditioned and has heat. Clothes washer in home, along with a full size, fully equipped kitchen! The resort has a heated pool, hot tub, splash pad, tennis, pickle ball, volleyball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting green, a fitness center, and more. Located on the Myakka River, there is a fishing pier and a boat ramp for both freshwater and saltwater fishing. A short 10 mile drive to Venice Beach, you will soon realize why Venice is "The Shark Tooth Capital of the World." Famous Siesta Key Beach is only 16 miles north. Historic Downtown Venice has streets lined with shops that define quality shopping and dining, less than a 10 mile drive. Easy on and off access to I-75. Wellen Park is less than 2 miles away.
