The design is uncluttered and elegant, free of decorative clutter or themed décor. Bedrooms include comfortable king beds, with bathrooms conveniently located for easy access. Cable TV service is not available. All television content is provided via streaming apps and local over-the-air HD channels.

High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A washer and dryer are provided for guest convenience.

After a sunny day at the beach our private outdoor showers are a welcome possibility to cool off. Take a dip into the large heated saltwater pool or relax in the shade under the pergola. The pool temperature is preset to approximately 80 °F, the spa to 99–100 °F. The spa heats up within 15–40 minutes depending on outdoor temperature. It can be activated daily between 1 PM and 10 PM to allow proper pool heating and filtration time. Operation cannot be guaranteed during very cold weather or in case of equipment failure. Pool and spa heating are provided as complimentary amenities and do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation in the event of limited operation or downtime.

This beautiful and luxurious condo at the top rated Tortuga Inn on Anna Marie Island is a must stay destination for a Gulf beach and poolside vacation. The resort has 2 pools along with a private beach on the gulf, and this unit has a view of the Gulf from the lanai. There are 2 bedrooms, each with their own bath, and a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer in unit. There is also a sleeper sofa in the spacious living area. Great place for families, and the private beach on the gulf is amazing!

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed. No dates will be held for reservation requests in which no deposit has been paid or without express written consent of Manager. Reservations are only confirmed upon receipt of deposit and receipt of Booking Confirmation. It is the responsibility of the guest to ensure accuracy of dates confirmed. After booking confirmed, rates or dates of reservation will not be adjusted for any newly published rates applicable to dates of existing reservations.

Standard payment schedule is payments are due 50% due at time of booking and 50% due 60 days prior to check in unless otherwise previously arranged. When reservations are booked and paid directly through third-party website, any additional payments due will be requested and must be paid through the website used to book. Service fees depend on website used to book reservation and are paid directly to website at time of booking and not paid to owner/manager. As a result, total amount due included in the Booking Confirmation does NOT include service fees nor can these be refunded or adjusted by the Owner/Manager.

Cancellation Policy : All cancellation requests must be initiated in writing by the guest through website in which they booked. Cancellation requests received prior to 60 days from arrival date will receive a refund minus one night's rent plus tax. Cancellation requests received inside 60 days from arrival date for cancelling the entire or portion of a reservation, refunds of deposits or full payments, no shows or early departures after check-in will result in a 100% loss of all funds remitted to Bali Hai Beach Resort. If your check-in date is greater than 60 days out, you may opt to move your reservation to any available dates (with same rental requirements) within 1 year plus the difference in current rate, if any. Cancellations for any number of nights for non-arrivals, late arrivals, early departures or alterations that result in a loss of revenue will receive no refunds. Manager/Owner reserves the right to cancel any reservation for any reason subject to issuing a full refund without penalty or responsibility for providing lodging elsewhere.

- "This was a lovely two bedroom unit as close as you could possibly get to the beach. A easy walk from the doorstep of the condo to the shoreline. I traveled with my blind mother who easily navigated walking from one location to the other. In our lakefront luxury resort (12,500 sqft) we offer three separate ground level apartments with a large outdoor area that can be rented together or separately. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, fully equipped kitchen and outside seating area or spend time as a group at the large, Mickey Mouse-shaped, heated salt water pool or spa.

Our lakefront property is situated at 604 North Shore Drive, the prime location in Anna Maria, close to Bean Point. The most beautiful part of the white sandy beach is only a few steps away across the street.

Go fishing, observe Manatees or use one of our kayaks for a trip from the private dock on Vista Lake right behind the house. Spend precious time with your family while enjoying a barbeque or lounging in one of several outdoor seating areas.

The Turtle Suite (front house facing North Shore Drive) has one bedroom, the other 2 units, the Manatee respectively the Pelican Suites (rear house facing Vista Lake) have 3 bedrooms each. Although each unit has its own private terrace/patio/pergola with private outdoor furniture and grills, there are plenty common areas like pool deck, giant chess board, putting green that can be used by all guests.

After a sunny day at the beach our private outdoor showers are a welcome possibility to cool off. Take a dip into the large heated saltwater pool (automatic heat pump set to 80°F in cold season) that boasts a hot tub (Spa hours: 1PM-10PM, heat-up time 20-40 minutes, target temperature 99°F) in a tropical paradise setting. A perfect motto for a family picture. Relax in the flat water area or go for a swim in the large pool.

Our ground level suites with wide doors and low raise showers are handicapped friendly and welcome guests of all ages. To make your stay even more comfortable, we constantly maintain and renovate our property and provide you with all amenities of modern living like highspeed Internet via WiFi, private dishwashers, full sized washers and dryers.

Outside air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Multisplit Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 78°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC tech recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around the pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise is prohibited by local ordinances and can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property. Due to local noise ordinance, pool/spa equipment must shut off between 10PM-8AM.

Due to health conditions in the Owner's family, pets (including service or emotional support animals) are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property.

- "Neat process" - "As advertised!! Right on the beach with a great heated pool and courtyard. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating!! Rooms cleaned everyday, and the on property laundry service was a big plus for our long stay. Very close to downtown and Pine Street, and having bikes at your disposal was ideal in addition to a bus stop outside the front door. Didn't try out the massage services, but you have to leave something for next time. We'll be back!!!"

Our unit includes all the amenities of a hotel stay combined with the comfort of home. Our unit is complete with beds for up to 6, in unit washer/dryer, outdoor sitting and eating area to soak up all the sun! You won't want to miss the beautiful pool area with cabanas, ping pong, and plenty of chairs for sun bathing. Right near by the pool you'll find white sand volleyball courts (open games every morning at 9am), a small playground, huge pavilion that hosts many activities and entertainment throughout the year. The resort also gives you access to a library a fully equipped gym, two dog parks, kayak launch and rentals, mini golf, basketball, tennis, pickleball, and more!! Feel free to bring your furry friend with you and bring bikes for the kids to ride through the neighborhood.

The unit has high-speed internet, and the resort offers an internet Cafe with a printer and nearby complimentary coffee machine, making this a great work-cation destination!

Outside the resort you'll find a grocery store and The Paradise Grill less than a mile away to accommodate whether you want to stay in or go out! Siesta Key and their white sand beaches are 15 minutes away. Go walk around downtown Venice for a day out - just 10 minutes away, a great variety of restaurants are within 10-15 minutes so you never have to go to the same place twice, and Anna Maria Island is only 30 minutes away.

We did have some communication issues to begin with, but the owner was out of town and this was a very short turnaround. Once we got connected, things went smoothly. Palm Tree Villas offers a portfolio of eight unique 1950's resort rooms ranging from small studios to three bedroom villas with three bathrooms. We would love to host you for a wonderful quaint island getaway vacation. Conveniently close to the trolley line with many great eating spots around and close enough to walk to the beach. This offering is an extremely popular 2 bedroom fully equipped condo with dining and living area and a private backyard patio with barbecue grill.
