Transferal of Membership for a fee of $642 per rental period even if you rent more than a month the fees will remain the same. Dining options at Tiki Bar and the new club house just built and operational with multi cuisine food options. The Turtle Suite (front house facing North Shore Drive) has one bedroom, the other 2 units, the Manatee respectively the Pelican Suites (rear house facing Vista Lake) have 3 bedrooms each. Although each unit has its own private terrace/patio/pergola with private outdoor furniture and grills, there are plenty common areas like pool deck, giant chess board, putting green that can be used by all guests.

After a sunny day at the beach our private outdoor showers are a welcome possibility to cool off. Take a dip into the large heated saltwater pool (automatic heat pump set to 80°F in cold season) that boasts a hot tub (Spa hours: 1PM-10PM, heat-up time 20-40 minutes, target temperature 99°F) in a tropical paradise setting. A perfect motto for a family picture. Relax in the flat water area or go for a swim in the large pool.

Our ground level suites with wide doors and low raise showers are handicapped friendly and welcome guests of all ages. To make your stay even more comfortable, we constantly maintain and renovate our property and provide you with all amenities of modern living like highspeed Internet via WiFi, private dishwashers, full sized washers and dryers.

Outside air temperature and humidity in Florida can reach very high levels during the summer months. Our Multisplit Air Conditioning Systems are regulated for both heating and cooling to ensure consistent and safe operation of the unit during your stay. Our AC thermostats can be set to cool at a minimum of 72°F during the summer and they can be set to heat the unit up to 78°F during winter months. These parameters are based on manufacturer and AC tech recommendations and they ensure that you will have the best possible stay with us, without interruptions.

You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping noise to a respectful level. Please be mindful of loud music and loud voices or activities, especially around the pool area. Excessive and unreasonable noise is prohibited by local ordinances and can deprive people of the peaceable enjoyment of their private property. Due to local noise ordinance, pool/spa equipment must shut off between 10PM-8AM.

Due to health conditions in the Owner's family, pets (including service or emotional support animals) are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of guests. Any pet(s) found in or about the Rental Property will be grounds for the guest's immediate eviction, forfeiture of all monies paid. Guest will be made liable for specialized cleaning costs and any potential damage to the property and/or the health of other persons caused by the animal's presence on the property.

Driveway, pool equipment, pool/spa area, lake view under video surveillance with motion activated recording. Of course no cameras inside the buildings.

The property was completely renovated in 2021. Environmentally friendly solar roofs were added in 2022.

Visit AMI Beach Lagoon, one of the few remaining ground floor luxury properties located in prime location on North Shore Drive, the most wanted region at the northern end of Anna Maria Island.

There are 3 units each with a separate door to the pool deck which is in the middle of the 3 units. The pool is not huge but was all our family needed. The location is about a block from the beach.
