- "Upon arrival, the desk clerk was super friendly and helpful. I believe he said his name was Luis. He had only been working for a couple of weeks but he was AWESOME! When we checked in our room, we did our normal wipe down, antibacterial spray, and check the bedding. Well, we discovered bugs that were extremely tiny and would normally be brushed away like lint but one moved which is what caught our eye. This is not a complaint but a highlight to the hotel staff, specifically Maggie, who came to our room and changed all three beds with fresh bedding. She was so friendly. Once we got clean beds, we had an awesome experience. Each day we interacted with staff, they were very friendly and helpful with which beach we should go to, where to eat, and how to catch the trolley. I would definitely come back. "

Guests have access to the entire resort during their stay. The common areas include a tiki hut in the main courtyard, multiple tables and chairs with umbrellas which are great for picnics or quiet dinners. We have 3 charcoal grills throughout the property, as well as 3 dog walking stations for the canine companions. Nestled along the pathway to the beautiful private beach are 3 relaxing hammocks to laze away the day. We provide beach umbrellas in each room and beach chairs and loungers for guests to take with them while they enjoy their days on our sandy shores.
Across the small Casey Key Rd on the intercoastal waterway side of the resort is our private swimming pool and seating areas for hours of poolside fun. The docks just below feature 6 boat slips which are available for rent at only $20.00 per day. They are outfitted with underwater fish lights for a spectacular night time show of the underwater sea life.
The intercoastal is a great place to fish, lauch a boat or canoe, or just enjoy the wildlife all day long.

The space
Palm Tree Villas offers a portfolio of unique 1950's resort rooms ranging from small studios to three bedroom villas with three bathrooms. We would love to host you for a wonderful quaint enjoyable vacation. Conveniently close to the trolley line for a quick bite at many great eating spots around the island and close enough to walk to the beach in two minutes. Park your car and enjoy the island. This offering is a small studio that is extremely popular. Two studios are available.
The two studios offer a more affordable solution for a couple seeing solace, tranquility and a close proximity to the beach. The basics are here. We do not offer a washer and dryer as there is no room . There is a small kitchenette with most everything you will need.

Guest access
All of the resort is available, including swimming pool with sun-loungers, umbrellas, tables and chairs to sit by the pool with family and friends. There are several bbq grills scattered around the property for all guests to use as well.

For your day at the beach, we supply a complimentary beach wagon and beach towels.

This villa is "turn-key" furnished. Towels and bed linens are included. You have also a back up set of sheets in the closet. You have enough towels for your stay stocked in the bathroom.

Enjoy outdoor cooking on the grill. If you need an additional propane tank, please inform us promptly. If we are gone for the day, we will bring one the next day.

Lounge on the patio in the sun or under a pool umbrella or in your private back yard patio.

Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Iron and ironing board provided. Washer and dryer is not provided for the small
studios.

We provide limited "starter supplies" including soaps, toilet paper and paper towels, k-cup variety, sugar and creamers. We will not guarantee that these items will be replenished during your stay. Please come prepared to re-stock if needed.

Parking is for a maximum of one vehicle for this small studio.

The beach is one block from this resort. Head west out of the resort, walk one block and you will be at the beach.

We provide a notebook with property information including check in and check out details and local information for your stay.

In the event there is a major hurricane and we require you to evacuate, We will issue you a credit for your remaining stay for a future booking.

Management has the right to move you to an equal villa or an upgrade at no extra charge to due unforeseen events. This is at managements discretion.
