Extremely Clean, upgraded linens, cozy; easy access to the pool; easy access to the beach; great value. Our guests like it because opens to the back courtyard where there are picnic tables and easy access to the gas grill. They also like it because it's a nice clean inexpensive option in a fabulous location with great staff. It accommodates up to four people but it's most comfortable for two adults or two adults and two children
