- "This cottage is in the perfect location. They're not wrong when they say steps from the beach. We were also able to walk to several restaurants, shops, coffee and ice cream! The house is exactly as described; clean, well decorated and plenty of room. We really enjoyed the pool and courtyard. Some suggestions would be to add keyless entry (more convenient), some storage containers in the kitchen (there were none) and some beach chairs/umbrella (we bought some and left them behind). Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!"

The vintage '71 Airstream is parked close to world-famous beaches, Publix & restaurants, family-friendly activities, and everything you might need. You’ll love our large pool area with a comfy California king-sized bed, heated, salt-water pool, spa, hot tub, rock water slide, keystone coral fire pit, and private parking/entry. It is a perfect getaway for couples and solo adventurers. The space is centrally located just over the bridge from beaches, and a short drive to lots of activities.

***This large property has a total of 4 vacation rentals - this Airstream, the main house, a tiny house, and a loft apartment. The pool, spa, bar, and backyard areas are shared spaces. ***

We designed our space to be open and full of bright, natural light. Our remodeled '71 Empress Airstream is equipped with lots of windows, a moderate kitchen, hidden storage compartments, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a stovetop, and a TV for movie-watching. It's parked beneath an oak tree canopy with an outdoor hangout area, hot tub, keystone coral fire pit, and heated, salt-water pool and spa. We’re just a short walk from Palma Sola beaches and less than five miles from world-famous Anna Maria Island beaches.

The Airstream features a comfy California king bed and a couch that can double as a twin sleeper. Our space is ideal for 2 guests but will sleep 3 if you don't mind close quarters.

There is a full, private bathroom with a shower and large tub available to you in the pool area less than 50 ft. from the Airstream. Please note that the bathroom is not located inside the Airstream. The original bathroom inside was removed during the remodeling process to maximize space and keep the concept open and airy (plus, who likes going in a cramped trailer bathroom anyway?!).

Things to note:

The bathroom is separate from the airstream less than 50 ft away. There is a key for this bathroom in the lockbox upon your arrival. It is not air-conditioned.

During the cooler season, a space heater is available.

The kitchen sink in the airstream has only cold water. Warm water is located in the bathroom if you need it.

We're located 20 minutes from the SRQ airport and 45 minutes from the St. Pete Airport.

Guest access

Guests will have access to a gravel driveway, private entry, a large heated, salt-water pool & spa, a rock grotto with waterfall, water slide, keystone coral fire pit, hot tub, and big backyard space with a play place for kids.

We have super fast 1 GB wifi and a wire-mesh network for coverage over the whole property.

Other things to note

NO parties, events, or loud music on the property for the sake of our neighbors!

Washer and dryer are available for use before 11 a.m. and after 3 p.m. to allow our cleaning team to prepare for guests' arrival.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.

Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
