We took a risk being the first booking and so glad we did.The property itself is a gorgeous, secluded, safe w quick easy access to the beaches.The amenities this property offered were FAR superior to those in the area from every appliance and cookware provided, to the amazing scent of the linens,seriously.The provided snacks,condiments and assorted bath products were of high quality and that was SO appreciated after a long day at the beach. We didn't get to partake in all the property amenities which just assures our return.. The pool was large, clean and available to us. The walk to the waterfront was well cared for and she even provides bug spray and a thermacell which is great! There were also iSups and a brand new inflatable kayak, more things we loved, but didn't get a chance to use. The bedroom was huge and the bed was comfy albeit a little noisy from the protective coverings,totally understandable in a rental. The screened in porch with access to grilling were AMAZING to have! This was a WELL DONE rental conversion space. It is a shared but separate home so you will hear noise from owners, a first for me, but in no way a deterrent from me booking again. I think we found our new spot to stay! HIGHLY recommend you give it a chance on your next trip to the island area! "

Having used VRBO many times we have never run into having someone’s personal items all about the condo. There was a considerable amount of food in the refrigerator and cabinets. And a cabinet full of alcohol? One closet contained clothing but luckily we didn’t need that space. Aside from this initial discomfort feeling, the unit was clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The facilities office manager folks were great when we stopped in to obtain our gate pass. I would definitely recommend going there and working with Steve as an owner. He was fantastic. I know we would surely consider going back there and probably for a longer term if it was available. "

The front yard is large and you will park ONE CAR close to your private sidewalk( My driveway will only accommodate ONE CAR) furniture in the studio is brand new .A a bigsize Frige /Freezer ,a range /oven ,a Microvave and a Keurig cofee maker will be provided as well as cooking pots ,plates ,silverware and glasses.A small desk to accomodate your laptop is also available together with Wi Fi connection.A brand new Samsung Tv with selected programing is available in the Studio.
THERE ARE NO COMMON AREAS SHARED WITH THE HOST.

As stated earlier the room is private to you with it's own private sidewalk ,and entrance .There are no animals on the property nor accepted with /as Guests and the interaction with me, the host is volunteer/unnecesary , unless in case of emergency or special ocasions /circumstances.The CHECK IN is 3 PM the first day and Check OUT 11 AM the last day .Extending stays might be permited if the booking is not reserved at the time of your departure.
At Check in you will meet us to receive the key ,or other arraingments can be done.
Sometime we might not be available ,I will send you a notification before Check in with instructions to get in the apartment.
For Check out
we can arange to meet the same way uppon your departer OR ,you can drop the key in our MAIL box located in front of our house. It is a requirement ,that the guest's ONE CAR have no oil leaks .In such case we will accomodate different parking spot .

In order to use the amenities such as the clubhouse, pool, gym, spa, tennis, Pickle ball, and golf there's a $650 fee for the length of your stay to be paid to Lakewood National Golf Club, which can be payable to me so that I can help with the paper work or you can do this on your own at least 2 weeks prior. There's free access to a smaller pool in front of the building

Shorewalk boasts of having 30 acres of serene grounds to enjoy strolls along the provided pathways. Take advantage of all that is offered, including the use of 2 heated pools and spas, 2 tennis/pickleball courts, 2 shuffle board and bocce ball courts, basketball and kids playground, clubhouse, pool and ping-pong tables, BBQ grills and picnic benches, all within a 2 minute walk from our condo.

Other things to note
If you don't have a car, no problem. Within a 5-10 minute walk are groceries(Publix), restaurants, a bowling alley and other entertainments including a golf course across the street (Cortez Rd.) for those who swing a club.

If you have a car, parking is free and you have easy access to what makes
Shorewalk and the Bradenton area so special. For beach-goers the white sands of Anna Marie Island including Cortez, Bradenton and Holmes beaches are a 10-20 minute drive away. Beach chairs towels and umbrella are provided to keep you comfortable while enjoying the beach. For nature lovers, enjoy a beautiful walk at Desoto National Park. At Robinson Preserve kayak and stand-up paddle board rentals are available, or enjoy hiking or biking.

For additional off-site sporting endeavors, IMG Academy and GT Bray Park are only a 5 minute drive away. GT Bray park offers a full complement of workout facilities, 8 clay tennis and 20 pickleball courts(both of which may have competitive events for many levels of play throughout the year), sports fields etc. , with nominal daily or monthly fees for non-residents. Numerous golf courses are available throughout Bradenton/Sarasota counties.

If you are looking for what Sarasota has to offer, it is only a 30 minute drive away to enjoy the many dining opportunities and cultural events available throughout the year.
