- "Everything was as advertised. Only one bedroom, out of the three units we rented, equaling 9 total, had been missed in getting clean sheets put on. A family member stripped the bed and washed the sheets herself, so all was good." - "This was an expensive condo and was not smoke free as listed. There was a stale smoke smell we noticed as soon as we walked in the condo. It was raining so we opened the door & windows and notified the staff when we went to dinner. I got a text saying - they didn’t smell anything & if we smelled smoke is was probably coming from the neighbor smoking on the balcony so keep the windows and doors shut. We tried closing everything up but the smoke smell existed so I asked for an air purifier several days and they kept saying they would check in to it and I didn’t ever hear anything back. I used an air purifier (that I purchased) in our bedroom that helped some. I have allergies and asthma and am very sensitive to smoke. They did not try to help with the problem. Sitting on the balcony was also limited to the smoke smell. Also - you only get one or two sets of towels per room so you either pay $20 to get another set or you are washing towels at least every other day."

-Report any damages, water leaks, or issues immediately upon check-in, or when issues occur.
-Follow San Remo Resort rules.
-No hanging towels or clothing on balcony railings.
-No grilling on balconies.
-Do not add, move, or remove furniture.
-Do not sit on furniture while wet.
-No sunscreen or oils in the beds. Sunscreen oil stains the sheets and they will need to be replaced.
-Keep balcony sliding glass doors closed after entering or exiting the patio.
-Return the Air conditioning to 74 upon checkout.
-Keep Air conditioning fan mode set to "auto".
-Place all trash in bags and into appropriate trash bins upon checkout.
-Wash all dirty dishes or place inside dishwasher and start the cycle upon checkout.

Any violation of the house rules will result in a $500 fee and forfeiture of the security deposit. In addition to the fees and forfeiture, a Violation may also result in cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract. A cancellation of the Host Services/Reservation Contract means the Guest is no longer a guest and must vacate the property immediately. This cancellation will not result in a refund of any unused portion of the reservation. The Host, or his agent, will notify you by message in your inbox with instructions to vacate the property and such other instructions as may be necessary. These instructions to vacate the property shall be enforced through notification to local law enforcement that your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled. Your continued presence on the property after this notification may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. See Chapter 810, Florida Statutes. Once your invitation and guest reservation has been cancelled and you have been notified to vacate the property, local law enforcement may forcibly remove you, charge you with a crime, arrest you, or give you a notice to appear in court for trespassing.

Our condo is a 3 bed 3 bath unit that has been completely updated with brand new appliances and quartz counter tops in the kitchen and all bathrooms. Brand new furnishings, bedding, and beach decor throughout. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped so you feel at home. Step out on to the large wrap around balcony from the front bedroom or the living room. You have a beautiful view of the beach and stunning sunsets.

All guests have access to the year round heated pool, jacuzzi, and grills. On the balcony we have an outdoor storage container with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach toys. We don't have a washer and dryer in the condo, however Laundry Rooms are located on each floor.

Other things to note
Laundry room is located down the hall by the elevators. You will receive 2 parking passes. We supply you with the basics to get you started. After that, you have to provide your own things.
We start you off with: travel sized shampoo & conditioner, towels and 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 4 beach towels, bedding, dish soap, 1 dishwasher pod, sponge, and garbage bag.

Accommodating up to 6 guests, our 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit offers a luxurious King bed in the Primary bedroom, a unique bunk - Queen below and Twin above in the second bedroom, and a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. A spacious kitchen, equipped with counter seating, is stocked with everything you need. The living area extends out to a balcony, the ideal spot for that morning cup of coffee or the perfect vantage point to bask in the mesmerizing hues of the sunset. For added convenience, the bathroom, featuring a shower/tub combo, can be accessed both from the hallway and the Primary bedroom. Outside there is a shared space for grilling and ample covered parking.

Beyond the comforts of the home, the location promises tranquillity on an uncrowded stretch of white sandy beach. Dining and entertainment are just a short walk away, while a trove of attractions like Johns Pass, Treasure Island, St Pete Beach, Downtown St. Pete, and Tampa are within a short drive or trolley ride.
