Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

Noise Monitoring
To ensure we’re being good neighbors, this suite is equipped with a noise sensor that measures decibels. There is no recording of audio, the device is active 24/7 and is located in the living area. If the noise exceeds a reasonable level, our Trust and Safety team will receive a notification and message you. To comply with community regulations, if the noise sensor becomes disconnected we will notify you if we need access to your stay to reconnect it.

Parties are Not Allowed
Disturbing other residents in this building will not be tolerated. While a rare occurrence, following warnings from your host triggered by the noise sensor or a complaint from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.

No Smoking
We are a smoke-free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. No smoking also includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed. We likely would love your pet, but there will be a $500 fine for having a pet in the suite if not required by local regulations.

Professional Photo and Video Shoots
Commercial shoots of any kind, will not be tolerated. While we do encourage showcasing your stay on social media, chances are, if you are using professional equipment or your content will make a profit, it’s not allowed.

Mind the keys
The lockbox must remain locked at all times (if applicable). Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. If the keys are lost or unreturned a fee of up to $300 dollars will be assessed. A $75 fee will be assessed for overnight lockout service.

Packages and Mail Delivery
Please do not send anything to the suite. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation. - "From the moment my mom and I walked in we both instantly felt relaxed. It was a hot day and there were two cold water bottles waiting for us. You can tell every detail through out the home was done with the guest in mind. Richard was on his own much needed vacation but it didn’t stop him from sending a text the day prior and another one checking in mid week. His property manager Peter came and introduced himself the moment we settled in. He was super nice and made sure we were comfortable. Now the location is just amazing. This charming loft apartment is located on sophisticated Beach Drive, the road that leads into the heart of town. It is in an area of grand homes, tree-lined streets and best of all . . . sparkling Tampa Bay is less than a block away. Many of our guests have enjoyed rising early to photograph the stunning sun rises at the end of the street.

From this location,​ you can easily walk to festivals in the park and even downtown. It is about 20 minutes to the Vinoy on foot. About 5 minutes by car and somewhere in between by bike. (We have bike storage on site and there are many bike shops that will rent them by the day and week.) About four houses down, pick up the waterfront path to town or stroll through a neighborhood of historic craftsmen and Mediterranean style homes.

The entry to Little Pearl is through a pair of antique verdegris gates and under a bougainvillea covered arbor. An​ old hex block patio is lined with colorful Mexican pots and flower boxes. Garden bench and chairs with small table provide outdoor seating. Follow the private outdoor stairs to the entry deck and door.

This unit has been described by others as "too stinkin’ cute". And it is. With multiple windows,​ you see the old homes framed through the fronds of cabbage and coconut palms. The small foyer with closet for hanging opens to a unique bathroom (with shower) on the right. The funky vanity is from the South/West part of the country. An antique mirror from a local French flea market hangs above. The owner rescued three glass transoms from an old home. One is over the bathroom door and the other two are embellishments between the kitchen and bathroom. Adds extra light and character. On the left of the foyer is the sleeping area with a queen size bed. The antique headboard with decorative spool spindles has been painted in a McKinsey Childs-fashion with lots of patterns and color.

In the living room, the carpenter built a curio cabinet using arched top doors from Europe. Below is a colorful shelf made from old tin ceiling tiles. A cool shell mirror hangs on the wall. Grass rug completes the coastal look of the room. Like all open floor plans,​ you see right into the kitchen. Bedroom available in a 2bed/2bath condo located on the second floor. The unit is approximately 10 min from downtown St Pete and St Pete Beach. Close access to 2 Publix shopping centers, Fort Desoto State Park, Eckerd College, and i275.

The bed is a full size and includes the displayed dressings (4 pillows, comforter, and several sheets). TV in the bedroom is 55” and includes an Apple TV for connecting with Netflix, Prime, or the internet cable television.

The space
Clean and neat condo with all of the necessary amenities and provisions. Living area includes all needed utensils, microwave, oven, stovetop, and toaster oven. Dishwasher and washer/dryer are also available in the unit- laundry/dish detergent is included.

Guests have access to full kitchen, dining room, living room, and balcony. Mini fridge w/ freezer included in bedroom for private food storage needs.

During your stay
The door has a keyless entry lock. Access will be sent upon confirmed booking. Bedroom keys will be in the room.

Other things to note
I work from home and will likely be in the other room throughout the day. Interactions, if any, will be minimal if preferred.

Five important things to note:

1). You are responsible for any dishes you dirty up. It’s okay if they stay in the sink for a day or two but it will start to smell and attract bugs. Please load them into the dishwasher as soon as available. Do not dump pan/cooking oil down the sink. Please dispose in the trash can.

2). Please do not leave laundry in the dryer or washing machine for days. This restricts access to other guests.

3). Please do not cut anything directly on the kitchen countertop. There is a cutting board in the cabinet to the right of the stove.

4). Please do not flush any paper products other than toilet paper down the toilets. Make up remover and flushable wipes will clog the toilets. They aren’t meant to be flushed.

5). Quiet hours so to speak are from 11pm to 8am. This is mostly for the downstairs neighbors. 6” inches of concrete slap separate the two units but loud thuds or music will disturb them late at night.

We are located in a quiet neighborhood and not the loud downtown or very trafficked beach districts. But only a 10 minute drive from St Pete or Gulfport downtown, and 15 minute drove to most close gulf white sandy beaches. Bus stop 50 feet from apartment. Free beach and downtown bus 9 blocks away. Please let us know anything you think you need before arrival. We are eager to please and love making your stay as comfortable as possible. As world travelers ourselves, we know it's the little things that make a house a home. You have a bus stop in front of the main house but most all attractions are a short car ride away. Beach are 15 minutes and downtown is 10 minutes by car. Bus stop 50 feet from apartment can get you anywhere. Free beach and downtown trolley/ bus 9 blocks away, short 10 minute walk south.
