For a family of 4 it was soooo spacious. Unfortunately with the corona virus we decided to leave early and they were EXTREMELY accommodating and gave us a refund. For that alone I would stay again. Anything in the apartment is yours to use. Make yourself at home once you arrive. While traditional cable TV is not included in your stay, we do provide Roku TV's with apps like Netflix, Prime, Hulu, and more! Feel free to use these services with your own login and enjoy!

Guest Access:
You can access the building anytime after 3pm by using the lockbox to obtain the keys. We ask that you respect our home and the quiet hours of the community. Our home is not baby proofed, and may not be ideal for families with very small children; however, children are welcome at your own discretion.

Interaction with Guests:
Most of our guests prefer to let themselves in with our lockbox entry system; however, we can be available upon request and are always available via phone call or text message should any questions or issues arise.

Noise Monitoring
To ensure we’re being good neighbors, this suite is equipped with a noise sensor that measures decibels. There is no recording of audio, the device is active 24/7 and is located in the living area. If the noise exceeds a reasonable level, our Trust and Safety team will receive a notification and message you. To comply with community regulations, if the noise sensor becomes disconnected we will notify you if we need access to your stay to reconnect it.

Parties are Not Allowed
Disturbing other residents in this building will not be tolerated. While a rare occurrence, following warnings from your host triggered by the noise sensor or a complaint from a neighbor, you may be asked to leave at your own expense. Local law enforcement will be utilized if necessary.

No Smoking
We are a smoke-free community. This goes for balconies and in or around the building too. No smoking also includes vaping devices and candles. If evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fine will be assessed.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed. We likely would love your pet, but there will be a $500 fine for having a pet in the suite if not required by local regulations.

Professional Photo and Video Shoots
Commercial shoots of any kind, will not be tolerated. While we do encourage showcasing your stay on social media, chances are, if you are using professional equipment or your content will make a profit, it’s not allowed.

Mind the keys
The lockbox must remain locked at all times (if applicable). Some stays have auto-locking doors so keep the keys on you. If the keys are lost or unreturned a fee of up to $300 dollars will be assessed. A $75 fee will be assessed for overnight lockout service.

Packages and Mail Delivery
Please do not send anything to the suite. We are not responsible for receiving, lost, or undelivered packages.

The number of guests must match the number of guests on your reservation. We arrived to two dirty freezing rooms that smell like mold and mildew, had no hot water, no heating, and an uncontactable host. We paid separately for parking on their online portal and there were no parking spots, and the parking pass which was reportedly required was never given. When trying to contact the host about the lack of heat or hot water, they were unavailable. We were forced to leave and get accomodations elsewhere. Upon request of a refund, the host "Brittany" finally called and was vulgar and hostile, very unprofessional and suspicious for scam. This property should be deplatformed from expedia. The apartment/condo was well furnished, clean, and had all the amenities you would need in a place to stay for a long weekend. They even included dish soap, extra trash bags and laundry detergent along with some cooking essentials like salt/pepper and a few other spices. Beach towels and chairs were provided, and they even had a few yard toys for visiting children. The walk to the beach was 2.5 blocks and several local restaurants were walkable as well. We enjoyed ice cream from the Kooky Coconut most nights we were there (1.5 blocks away). We had a little trouble with the door code when we arrived and had to call for assistance. The manager was very responsive and was able to reset the code while we were on the phone. She also walked us through how the keypad worked. My ding on the communication is only because the instructions for getting into the place were a little outdated and mentioned a lockbox with a key inside for which there was none. There were dedicated spaces for parking right in front of the building and even a few spaces in back. This is a great little place in a great location. I fear that in giving them 5 stars people will find out about it and it will no longer be available when we want to come visit. We loved this place and hope to be back soon! Thanks to the owners for a great stay! "

Our condo is located in a low-key, beautifully landscaped, gated community on Tampa Bay. Each building is just 2 stories with 4 condos up and 4 at ground level. The residents are working people and active retirees. Our condo is furnished in natural and Key West tones. There is a 200 sq.ft. partially covered patio where you can eat, relax and enjoy the view. Everything you need for a 3-6 month stay is here.

Running every 15 minutes, the shuttle makes exploring on foot a breeze!

The Nautical Tarpon has a few different options for sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. It all depends on what makes you and your guests comfortable. The property is quiet and peaceful for all ages including children. We have 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each room and the third room is also considered a shared living room space. I have 2 twin foldaway beds that can either go in a bedroom or living room as well as a pack and play. The couches are also very comfortable themselves. Each Bedrooms has smart TV’s that fold onto the ceiling and the living room area has a television also. I can also accommodate a desk if you are in need of work station in a private bedroom. The property is entirely fenced in to keep your family safe! Most of all it is equipped with a life size chess board for family fun!

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a washer dryer laundry in the unit, a living room, full kitchen, a peaceful patio with lounge chairs as well as a dining area. We also offer 1 free parking spot. A secondary parking spot will be a $150 fee if needed and Will have to be scheduled in advance to ensure there is secondary parking availability.
