This recently remodeled mother-in-law suite is on a shared piece of property with a cute bungalow with a lovely view of the plant filled front yard. The unit is in one of St. Pete's safest neighborhoods, Woodlawn, and sits a quick bike ride or drive of 1.5 miles to downtown Saint Pete.

The trundle bed pulls out to become a full for two adults.

This Guest Suite is a large Studio Apt(360 sq ft) attached to our home. It has a private entrance, a large bath, large bedroom with pool view and private deck. Also includes a kitchenette with full size fridge, toaster, coffee maker and microwave. No Stove. Complimentary breakfast snacks including Coffee, tea and biscuits. Relax on the deck and watch the birds on the bird feeder or grab our bikes, beach chairs and head to the beach. Grill available. Please read house rules before booking.

Clean fresh accommodations our priority. The Guest Suite is attached to our house with private entrance and deck. The Suite is a 20 min walk to the beach. Restaurants, sports bars, 2 parks 10 minute walk. Drug Stores, Grocery Stores, Banks, Laundry Mat and many other amenities a block away. We are on the bus-line. Free Wifi and cable including Netflix. A 45 mile scenic trail is close by for walking or riding bicycles. We have two for guests.

Guest access
Guests park free in our driveway and access the apartment through a private entrance at the back of the house. You will be given your own door code so you can come and go at your leisure. You will have use of the Pool and Jacuzzi and back yard table and lounge chairs. We do use the pool occasionally so you may see us there for short periods but we usually leave it to you if you come out to use it.
