The kitchen is fully equipped and with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher). It is fully stocked with pots/pans, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, silverware and Keurig. Plastic plates and cups are provided for use outdoors and around the pool. The kitchen island has a breakfast bar with 4 bar stools.

All guests as well as any guardians of minors staying at the property take full responsibility for their own safety and the safety of minors, and release the owners/hosts of the property from any personal injury that could occur during their stay.

NO GLASSWARE ALLOWED IN POOL AREA. For your own safety and the safety of the next guests, please use plastic cups and plates. Broken glass inside the pool or in the pool area will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Enjoy our state-of-the-art pool heater. Unlike many others that have inadequate heating our heater guarantees a truly warm and enjoyable swim the entire year.

- **$25 per Day:** For a warmer experience at **86°F**.
