- "Overall visit was great. Had a nice time. Place was very clean and very pretty." - "This was a great little guest suite for my stay of 10 days. The decor and style was gorgeous and everything was new. Wendy was so friendly and she was so quick to respond to my messages. I loved the shower, little patio area outside, and the TV in the bedroom. There were a few things to note however: the pillows on the bed were pretty hard, so if you like softer pillows like me they might be uncomfortable. There was no oven, and no dresser/shelves (there is a closet) for folded clothes which I should’ve double checked prior to arrival but it would’ve been nice to have. Finally, it seemed like the front door is not properly sealed as there were small gaps letting in light around all sides of the door. This might’ve been the reason we had a cockroach and a gecko inside which was really not ideal! Other than that though, this place was excellent and I do highly recommend it!"

Again only, "sorry for the inconvenience.". Could have easily been 5 stars and a perfect stay."

- "Amazing just what I needed. Exactly as listed" - "It was a nice clean place where I felt safe. There were plenty of useful items available if needed but no clutter at all. It was also very close to any shopping or other conveniences you may need. The apartment is attached to a residential home. I could hear some voices through the wall behind the kitchen table Sunday morning but it was quiet overall. One thing in the listing that's not accurate is the photo that is captioned "view from property". It is definitely not what you see anywhere around the property. The property is in a residential area about 3 or 4 blocks off the highway about 25 minutes from beaches. Because of my discounts it was a very good value. I'm glad I picked this one!"

- "While I cannot review this property directly my experience overall was not great. We were booked to have this property and then told just a few hours before our check-in that we could not have it because the previous guest could not leave for three or four more days. This left us in quite the bind since we had nowhere else to go. The host was able to set us up in a nearby property, however, and we were told that the property was of similar amenities and condition. However, that turned out not to be the case. Originally we were supposed to have this two bedroom that slept six and we ended up in a single bedroom efficiency and had to request an additional air mattress in order to sleep six. In the additional property we dealt with a leaking kitchen sink, a semifunctioning toilet, cabinet doors that were taped closed, trash and glass in the yard, damaged flooring, and holes in the kitchen counters. People in neighboring houses told us to make sure we didn't leave anything outside or it would get stolen."

This home is centrally located in Pinellas Park, just minutes from Madeira Beach and St. Pete Beach, about 30 minutes to vibrant downtown St. Petersburg and Clearwater Beach, and less than an hour from downtown Tampa. The area is filled with beautiful parks, biking and walking trails, playgrounds, and sports courts, making it a perfect spot for both relaxation and recreation.

The 55" Roku Smart TV in the living room is equipped with extras like Netflix and Hulu. Just log in to your accounts to enjoy your favorite movies and shows. Additionally there are Smart TV's in each of the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed, dresser storage and closet space. The second bedroom has a King bed, dresser storage and closet space. The third bedroom also has a king bed, dresser storage and closet space. The fourth bedroom has full size bunk beds. Both the private and shared bathrooms have single sink vanities sinks and tub-showers arrangements. We provide quality toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.

The kitchen is fully stocked with good quality dishes, bowls, cups, glasses, pots & pans, utensils, tapware, bakeware, baking sheets, a Nutribullet and more. Enjoy coffee your way (coffee pot).

Guests will have access to the entire home including the outdoor space.

Please be thoughtful of your needs, I work a 9-5:30, and the house is small. if you are regularly up working, taking calls, making meals etc. early morning or late evening that can be disruptive. I try to be super quite from 10pm to 8am, but am also generally courteous all day long. if you are just coming in from work/showering and going to bed (like a traveling nurse) that's ok.

my house is small so we will likely run into each other. There is a private entrance to your room through the patio, but most chose to enter through the front door.
You have your own microwave and dedicated pantry and fridge space so it can really feel like it's your own little hotel room.
It's rare that I have personal friends over and would check with the guest first if I did. I ask the same of my guests.
As mentioned please be thoughtful before you book. I work a 9-5:30 and have quite hours for myself and guest from 10pm to 8am (midnight to 10am on weekends). if we are both up, whatever, just have to have a guideline because of past guests behavior. Coming in and out, showering, quietly, I have no problem with, going all out making food, slamming doors and such at 6am or 1am in the middle of the week is disruptive.

A: Most definitely yes! This is part of my home where I live. So you will hear the traditional noises made in a house. Best way to describe it is: you're staying in a guest area connected to our home. And we actively live in our home! Not only will you hear us, but we will definitely hear you. So our property is probably not best for any honeymooners, or locals meeting up to party. And most importantly, we love to cook! Luckily for you, we don't make a lot of seafood. But if you're a vegetarian, and partial to the smell of pan fried steaks at dinner time, or bacon for breakfast, my place is going to be a bad idea for you! Read our reviews on this subject, there's a lot of negative feedback regarding us cooking and talking!

Q: Will I have to pass through any public spaces to get to the apartment.

A: No, the apartment has a private entrance.

Q: Do you allow pets in the apartment.

A: Our child has a severe pet allergy, and we live in this house, because of this we do not allow animals.

Q: Do you have cable TV?

A: We do not! But we do have a Smart TV which includes movies and local TV applications.

Q: I'm going to be working from your AirBnB, is your WIFI strength Suitable for this?

A: No! it isn't suitable to work out of! My guests are guaranteed a clean place to shower, cook, sleep and enjoy the beautiful surroundings this side of Florida has to offer. It isn't designed as a place for work. IF you are coming here purely to work out of our home, we would highly recommend you find a place that specializes in this service. I do have Wifi, but I don't guarantee it. e.g. if the power goes out, or you don't know how to connect to it. I will not offer any support to fix matters like that.

Q. Can I smoke, or burn incense in your home?

A. No way! There's a patio outside. You can smoke there as long as you're respectful enough to close the door when you light up!

Q. I have more than one vehicle, is there room for two vehicles?

A. No! We only allow one vehicle. Our neighborhood has very strict policy about this. DO NOT PARK A SECOND CAR ANYWHERE NEAR OUR PROPERTY.

Q. How would you compare your place to a five star hotel.

A. I wouldn't! It's a guest room in a home, not a five star hotel! We're surrounded by many of those. If that's what you are expecting you should definitely not book my place!

Q. Do you serve dinner or breakfast?

A. No, we don’t have a license to prepare food for our guests, nor are any of our kitchens approved to be commercial.

Here is a valid description of our place: A private apartment that has your very own kitchen, stove, refrigerator, bathroom and shower. The room is comfortable for two. The Apartment is connected to a home that is occupied by the property owner. Centrally located. Minutes away from beaches and shopping. 80 minutes from Disney! We've done a ton of updating to the bathroom, and upgraded our nightstands to some very cool charging stations, with Qi charging capabilities. The mattress is brand new, and that investment was based on the times my parents come to visit, and I love my parents dearly! A lot of my upgrades were based on the feedback I received from guests. Based on that, I hope my FAQ's didn't scare you off. I do take hosting as a serious business. But I also hope you understand that I have to see my guests more than just 'guests'. I have to see them as 'family', because at the end of the day, you're staying in my home. When my family complains about something in the house, i'm either like 'we'll save up to make it better' or I might say, 'well you'll just have to live with it until we move'.
