Welcome to Gulf Gardens' newly renovated Cozy Cottage! A 1-minute walk right across Gulf Blvd to the beach! Take a dip in our large heated/cooled pool or relax and enjoy the sun poolside in one of the many lounge chairs. BBQ grills are available under a shaded cabana with a picnic table for outdoor dining. Slightly less than a mile to John's Pass Village. Airports, Busch Gardens, d/t St. Pete, Tampa nightlife, are all a within a short drive. There is onsite, free parking for guests.

Cozy Cottage is efficiency-sized but comes equipped with a full-sized fridge, microwave, air fryer, portable 2-burner cooktop, toaster, as well as plates, silverware, new pots and pans, and all the basic kitchen necessities. The space is fully furnished and comes with queen bed that has a Nectar mattress. The bath has a full-sized tub/shower. Storage is plentiful. Central heat and air distributes the AC evenly throughout the space. Vaulted ceilings make this cottage feel big! Games and books are available for rainy days. Madeira beach has one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida. You can visit John's Pass and make sure you take a boat ride deepsea fishing 60.00 with Hubbards Marina. You will be able to fish then they prepare the fish and you can eat it at friendly fisherman next door with fries, fish and salad for around 10.00 you will love it.

The fully equipped kitchen is located next to the living room with seated dining as well as counter seating. The master bedroom attaches to the bathroom and has a sliding door to access the balcony. From the balcony you can see a partial view of the inter-coastal waterway and the marina below.

There are TVs in every room, WiFi, parking pass for one vehicle (no exceptions) and beach essentials including beach towels, chairs, umbrella and a buggy. There is a fully equipped gym and a year round heated pool and spa. Madeira Beach is across the street (public crosswalk) and a short walk to the Boardwalk at John`s Pass.

We are a dog friendly condo so please bring your bestie if well behaved. There is a non refundable pet fee and 2 dog maximum. If any damages are incurred due to your pup, those are not included in the fee.

Madeira Beach is a beach town full of activities and attractions, along with our nationally renowned beach. This condo building is in heart of it all. It is directly across from the beach, with easy access within a 2-3 minute walk, a block from John`s Pass Boardwalk and walking distance to dozens of restaurants. There are a ton of marinas and watersports in the area as well, you can rent jet ski`s, boats, charter fishing boats, dolphin tours or parasailing. If you want something laid back, do not be concerned! You can relax on the beach or enjoy the peaceful views of the marina from your private balcony.

This condo is walking distance to almost everything Madeira Beach has to offer. There is one parking spot included, but they are strict about only allowing one car. If you need to park an extra car, there are multiple paid garages and lots in the area. Uber/Lyft are easily accessible here, so if you choose not to rent a car you should be just fine.

There is free parking at the property. It’s easy to walk or bike in the area, but guests may need a car to get to further destinations outside of Madeira Beach. Uber and taxis are also available.

- "First time we stayed in Madeira Beach. The beach is not crowded at all. Very private beach, although there is a public beach nearby. There is a surf rake that cleans the beach each day in front of the buildings. The condo was very clean and so comfortable. It looks just like their photos. Bathrooms are both very modern and tiles look great. The balcony is big and it’s a corner unit so lots of light. Kitchen is well equipped and we cooked most meals. It’s a quiet enough spot but on weekends you can hear the band playing across the street. It never bothered us and didn’t keep us awake. There are plenty of beach towels and linens. The pool and hot tub had only been opened two weeks because of hurricane damage. They are pristine with beautiful new landscaping. They do have some construction going on but we didn’t hear them at all. There were no sea weed or jellyfish during our stay. The water was so clear and warm enough to swim. We found lots of sea shells and the grandchildren loved it. Lots of beach toys, umbrellas and chairs. We will definitely hope to stay next April."

Your host has provided an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish detergent, etc.. In addition to regular towels, the host also supplies beach towels. Other things to note
•The property has access to open water without a gate, which could potentially be a safety hazard for children. As a result, it is important for parents or guardians to always be present and attentive when their children are playing outside, especially near the water.

• For the protection of your belongings, luggage drop off isn’t allowed. The cleaning crew cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of guests’ belongings. Thank you for understanding!

• Number of guests in your reservation must be an accurate count. Should that number change before arrival, the reservation will need to be updated to reflect the correct number. MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IS EIGH. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest maximum is exceeded.

• The primary booking party must be a minimum age of 25 years old. Host reserves the right to terminate a reservation if guest does not meet the age minimum.

This cozy studio unit with its own screened-in large private patio is the perfect getaway for up to 2 people looking to enjoy the beautiful beaches of this area. Located in a quiet neighborhood on a private cal-de-sac, it is the perfect place to rest and recharge between trips to the most beautiful beaches in the world. This location is just a quick 5-minute drive (2 miles) to the Madeira Beach access and a 10-minute drive to the famous John's Pass Village and Boardwalk.

The space
This studio unit sleeps 2 comfortably on a Queen-sized bed. Make yourself at home in our kitchenette which includes a fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, portable cooktop with 2 burners, and a Keurig coffee machine (Note: there is no oven). There is also a large gas grill on the private screened-in patio for you to use anytime. Kitchen basics along with grilling supplies included. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, and beach towels to bring on your trip to the beach.

This studio unit is located in a large house with 2 other units inside of it (both are also my Airbnb listings). Each unit in the house is private and each has its own entrance with a specific door code. They are all completely separated and they are not accessible to each other within the house. You will have access to your own walkway and private entrance along with your own large private screened-in patio.

The backyard area is shared with all 3 units. There is a gas grill, plenty of seating, a large outdoor table with chairs, a giant Connect Four game, Cornhole, and a Giant Jenga game. It is a quiet, peaceful area with new landscaping and large, old Oak trees beyond the fence. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine at the end of a long beach day. We do have string lights on the fence so you can relax in the evening.

We offer free laundry to our guests and the laundry room is located in the back of the house. It is shared between the 3 units. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, and fabric softener sheets.

We provide WIFI and parking for 1 vehicle (Note: there are 2 steps to get into the unit). We also offer a courtesy EV charger for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles.

There is also a small binder in the unit which includes house information, local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and some information about the area. And I am always available to provide any information!

Please note two VERY IMPORTANT house rules:

PLEASE READ---Our super small and cozy space is very comfortable for 1 or 2 people. There is a queen bed, a nice desk space for remote workers or eating a meal. ****There is a small kitchen space that has some basics but is ****NOT A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN****. There is NO full size oven/cook top, but we do have *Coffee maker, *Toaster oven, Fridge/Freezer and small stainless steel sink to do small amounts of dishes. Additionally we have a nice Private back yard seating area that is fully fenced in as well as a shared court yard that overlooks the canal full of boats.
What this small apartment complex lacks in luxury, it more than makes up for with convenience to attractions and the beach.

This fun and casual beach apartment has all you need including 2 beach towels and 2 beach chairs. We have one assigned parking spot ready for you, which is a hot commodity in this awesome little town

Guest access
You have the whole apartment to yourself. You have a private entrance and a small private fenced back yard area with a small table. Additionally there is a large court yard out behind the apartment with some lounge chairs, a hammock and a couple docks that you can enjoy. The docks and courtyard area are a shared space so you may see some other guests out there as well.

Other things to note
We are willing to host guests with children, but when bringing a child you will need to request to book. We just want you to confirm that you understand there is unfenced access to the water. We want to ensure kids are closely watched and kept safe :)

**** Please note, this apartment has been fully renovated after the hurricanes came through last year. Recovery efforts are ongoing and most businesses and activities are up and running again. The property has some way to go still but great progress has been made. The docks are not currently useable and are roped off until a dock company becomes available to replace them. The grounds and some of the other apartments on the property are currently being worked on each day and will come back better than ever! Thank you for your understanding with this.

The space
It is a place to relax, sit on the pier in the morning, watch for stingrays and sharks drift by. The short one block walk to Madeira’s famous sand beaches awaits. There are few hotels in Madeira and sparse public parking which means uncrowded beachs. Afternoon, a coffee bar, the famous “Caddy’s” and several popular beach bars are within a two block walk. Return and find solitude, this is not a crowded hotel, just like minded travelers. The early evening views of the bay offers another treat, the changing twilight against the homes that ring the bay is when dolphins usually appear. Nighttime is nighttime, a quiet serene room to unwind in, far from crowded hotels.

This entire unit has been completely renovated and updated to create a beautiful tropical atmosphere that is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day at the beach. Make yourself at home while streaming your favorite shows on the 75-inch TV in a relaxing tropical ambiance. There is also a charming coffee bar that is there for you to start your perfect beach day!

Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and a Keurig and regular coffee maker. Kitchen basics along with coffee are included.

This unit sleeps 4 comfortably. It includes 1 bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and a brand-new Queen sleeper sofa with gel foam mattress in the living room. In the bedroom there is a dedicated workspace with a desk to work remotely or to be productive on vacation! There is also a 50-inch TV to enjoy while you wind down for the night. There are also plenty of outlets and USB ports within the house.

The bathroom in this unit has a walk-in shower with a removable shower head which makes it easy to spray the sand off from the day. We provide plenty of bath towels, toilet paper, and hand soap. NOTE: The bathroom is attached to the bedroom. If there are guests sleeping on the sleeper sofa they will have to enter the bedroom to use the bathroom.

This unit is located in a large house with 2 other units inside (both are my Airbnb listings as well). Each unit in the house is private and each has its own entrance with a specific door code. They are all completely separated and they are not accessible to each other within the house. You will have access to your own private entrance which you will enter into from the back of the house. You will park in the driveway, follow the path to behind the house to the backyard, and your door is located on the left.

The backyard area is shared with all 3 units. There is a gas grill, plenty of seating, a large table and chairs, a giant Connect Four game, Cornhole, and a Giant Jenga game. It is a quiet, peaceful area with new landscaping and large, old Oak trees beyond the fence. It is a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or relax with a glass of wine at the end of a long beach day. We do have string lights on the fence so you can relax in the evening.

We offer free laundry to our guests and the laundry room is located right next to your unit. It is shared between the 3 units. We provide laundry detergent, fabric softener, and fabric softener sheets.

We also provide beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, beach towels, and beach toys to borrow for the beach! This unit offers free WIFI, parking for 2 vehicles, and a courtesy EV charger for both Tesla and non-Tesla vehicles. If you need a highchair or Pack 'n Play just message me and we can set it up in the unit before your visit!

There is also a small binder in the unit which includes house information, local restaurant recommendations, things to do, and some information about the area. And I am always available to provide any information if needed!

Please note two VERY IMPORTANT house rules:

1. There is NO SMOKING of any kind (including marijuana and vaping) inside the house.

2. NO PETS of any kind are permitted.

Guest access
You have access to the 3rd unit of the house located on the right side of the house. Your entrance is in the back of the house which you can get to by going into the backyard. Your door has an electronic lock and we will send you the door code and check-in information the day before check-in so you can enter at your own convenience. NOTE: Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am sharp, especially during peak season. This is to ensure our cleaners have enough time to do a deep clean of the apartment between guests because your safety, health, and satisfaction are important to us! We may be a little more lenient during "off-season"; just message me and I can see if we can offer some flexibility. Thank you for your understanding!

One is a studio unit and the other is a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. Feel free to book some or all of them for larger groups of people!
