The Sponge Docks has gift shops, restaurants and boat tours out to one of the islands, you might see dolphins and manatees. Explore the River, Bayous and The Gulf of Mexico. All are a perfect setting for boating, fishing and swimming or just communing with nature. A quick 1.6 mile drive/ride to the Pinellas Trail (over 50 miles of paved cycling/walking trails covering the whole county). Free bicycles are available for use at my place.

We are two blocked away from many fine restaurants , craft breweries and antique shop. We are a mile from some of Florida's most beautiful beaches. The entire private apartment (1,200 sq ft) above this historic home in Tarpon Springs Fl. is yours to enjoy. Located minutes from some of the countries most beautiful beaches. Walk to our famous Greek Village and sample some of the worlds best seafood and Greek cuisine. This home is only steps from Spring Bayou where you can watch the manatees frolic in the water. A short walk will bring you too our Antique district or the Greek Village where you can shop or eat to your hearts content. This apartment home is located in a quiet area and includes two bedrooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen, one bath,a large private deck for sunbathing. There is a private entrance to the second floor. There are stairs to access the apartment so some with disabilities may have trouble navigating. Welcome to Esperia! This lovely Mediterranean style guest apartment is situated in the midst of the original Greek neighborhood of Tarpon Springs where all things are within a few blocks walk. Park the car in our driveway for your stay as there is little need for a car here. The historic Sponge Docks are a five minute walk away as well as manatee viewing at Whitcomb Bayou or shopping for antiques on Tarpon Avenue. Some of the finest in Greek Cuisine is within walking distance as well as outstanding seafood restaurants, pubs and cafes.
You don’t really need to spend extra going out to eat though as Esperia is a self catered apartment with a full European style kitchen with all you need to enjoy cooking, so pick up some fresh fish at the dock ... or even better, treat yourself to a deep sea fishing trip and cook up the catch of the day!
There is a lovely outdoor dining area as well as a charcoal and gas grills to take advantage of a nice evening. This is an excellent place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
The apartment is tastefully decorated in the Mediterranean style and has generous accommodations that include a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and full bathroom, washer and dryer, family room with internet as well as cable tv (if you are bored!).

This house is located only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 minutes from other Tampa Bay attractions. • The Sewage System of our home will be damaged if products other than toilet paper are flushed. The following are a few examples of items that cannot be flushed: diapers, bones, sanitary products, coffee grounds, band aids and dental floss.
TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv.
Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation.
• We allow up to 1 pet for an additional fee of $100.00. Our homes will only accommodate up to 1 pets, per reservation. If pets are brought in without our knowledge then a $500 daily fee will be applied or result in immediate eviction with no refunds for remainder of your stay. Please keep pets on leash and please clean up after your pet and dispose of pet waste properly.
• The Barbeque grill has propane. Please clean and turn off tank after each use.
• Please wear shoes at all times when walking on shells in side yard as they are sharp and can cut your feet.
• Please note that Lawn maintenance will be done between the hrs of 7am and Sunset dependent on weather any day of the week.

The Nautical Tarpon has a few different options for sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people. It all depends on what makes you and your guests comfortable. The property is quiet and peaceful for all ages including children. We have 2 bedrooms with 1 Queen bed in each room and the third room is also considered a shared living room space. I have 2 twin foldaway beds that can either go in a bedroom or living room as well as a pack and play. The couches are also very comfortable themselves. Each Bedrooms has smart TV’s that fold onto the ceiling and the living room area has a television also. I can also accommodate a desk if you are in need of work station in a private bedroom. The property is entirely fenced in to keep your family safe! Most of all it is equipped with a life size chess board for family fun!

This is a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment with a washer dryer laundry in the unit, a living room, full kitchen, a peaceful patio with lounge chairs as well as a dining area. The coffee bar is an essential touch also that we include. Lastly, we added a life size chess board to our exterior backyard of our property in hope to bring families together to enjoy quality time! We also offer 1 free parking spot. A secondary parking spot will be a $150 fee if needed and Will have to be scheduled in advance to ensure there is secondary parking availability. Back out across from the kitchen is where you will find the second bedroom with Queen Size bed, rocking chair, dresser, and spacious closet.

The house has three floors. Host occupies the 2nd and 3rd floors for our private living. There is a separate and private entrance for your use only. Guests have access to the spacious first floor open concept studio. This includes the cabana area, back yard, patio, fire pit and pool. Private entrance leads to large open floor plan with full bathroom. The bedroom features a queen size bed and full-size futon. Kitchenette features microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and refrigerator. For entertainment we have a large flat screen TV and board games. Kayaks are available for use with availability to launch in back yard.

Walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico, this second story apartment is just minutes from downtown Tarpon Springs and the world famous Sponge docks. The master bedroom includes a king size bed, LED TV and private bath. The second bedroom includes a queen size Select Comfort adjustable bed and LED TV. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway. The living room couch pulls out to a queen size bed for additional guests. Whole apartment WiFi included.

The space
This apartment was constructed as a mother-in-law suite. It is 1800 square feet with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan that makes the space feel huge. Mike and Jill did all of the finish work on this apartment. Their love for hand made wood is evident throughout. From the oak parquet floors to the hand made oak kitchen cabinets are all part of the warm wood feeling. They tried to use recycled materials where practical as you will see in the fence material salvaged after hurricane Irma incorporated into the master bedroom furniture and the decorative wall.

Tarpon has many scheduled events to offer vacationers. Enjoy the free concert on the beach the first Thursday each month. The first Friday of each month join the downtown street festival with live music, food and beverages available for purchase. If your looking for July 4th fireworks look no further. The annual display is launched from Sunset Beach, all you have to do is walk out the front door to enjoy the display. If you are vacationing in early January you don't want to miss the Orthodox celebration of the baptism of Jesus Christ held at Spring Bayou.
