What we intend to become our retirement home in a few years, our 1300 sq. ft. home is on the Anclote River between the Greek Sponge docks and the Gulf.
Grill fresh fish and set up dinner on the dock, then boat out to the keys. Play golf nearby, hike or bike the Pinellas Trail that slips through the center of old Tarpon Springs.
With 2 bedrooms, 4 beds, we are set up for a very comfortable relaxed vacation for 4, with a pull-out queen in the living room for the occasional visitor.
We have replaced all the appliances. Our HVAC is sterilized at the intake with a UV filter to keep the environment healthy even for sensitive souls, like us. A laundry room and garage keep things comfortable. The best place to spend time is on our dock with a floating platform, which allow easy access onto our kayaks, or a small deck for grilling or relaxing

We have two bicycles for your use, and a great Necky tandem kayak as well as a solo that give you intimate access off our dock to the river and bayous.

Per Tarpon Springs zoning regulations our minimum stay is now 42 days.

Howard Park with a beach, picnic sites, kayak trail through mangroves, walking trails and a lot of BBQ sets. The Sponge Docks has gift shops, restaurants and boat tours out to one of the islands, you might see dolphins and manatees. Explore the River, Bayous and The Gulf of Mexico. All are a perfect setting for boating, fishing and swimming or just communing with nature. A quick 1.6 mile drive/ride to the Pinellas Trail (over 50 miles of paved cycling/walking trails covering the whole county). Free bicycles are available for use at my place.

This quiet studio /efficiency with everything in one room, including the bedroom, dining room, living room, and kitchen with private bath is located within walking distance to the sponge docks. It is attached to the main house, and centrally located to nearby beaches such as Clearwater and St. Pete. You're approximately 30 minutes to the Tampa Airport, and Busch Gardens. You can also enjoy a walk or run on the Pinellas Trail that is located just across the street, in front of the home.

This is a small efficiency with a kitchenette containing a full size refrigerator and stove. It is perfect for a couples getaway or to just stay the night. There is a daybed that is a single with a trundle underneath that can be pulled out and raised to make a double bed. No separate bedroom. This house is located only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 minutes from other Tampa Bay attractions. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, therefor we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach.

Neighbors value the serenity of a quiet neighborhood. Please follow all Parking, pet restrictions and property boundaries as well as monitor occupancy and noise levels to ensure consistency.
**Do not set the temps below 70 degrees. This will cause the ac to freeze up as they will not be able to cycle on and off. In Florida weather all ac’s can only cool so far with doors constantly being open and closed.**
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping of any kind and the use of medical marijuana. If smoking outside, please dispose of butts in appropriate containers and do not litter gardens or the yards.
• Garbage and recycling Day is Monday and Thursday. Please place garbage containers curbside on Wednesday night.
• The Sewage System of our home will be damaged if products other than toilet paper are flushed. The following are a few examples of items that cannot be flushed: diapers, bones, sanitary products, coffee grounds, band aids and dental floss.
TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv.
Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation.
• We allow up to 1 pet for an additional fee of $100.00. Our homes will only accommodate up to 1 pets, per reservation. If pets are brought in without our knowledge then a $500 daily fee will be applied or result in immediate eviction with no refunds for remainder of your stay. Please keep pets on leash and please clean up after your pet and dispose of pet waste properly.
• The Barbeque grill has propane. Please clean and turn off tank after each use.
• Please wear shoes at all times when walking on shells in side yard as they are sharp and can cut your feet.
• Please note that Lawn maintenance will be done between the hrs of 7am and Sunset dependent on weather any day of the week.

Our home is a spacious 2 bedroom/1.5 bath with a beach country feel. Large kitchen and family room look to fenced back yard with covered hot tub, gazebo and grill. Our home is high above and yards from Lake Tarpon with private access at the end of our street with dock, boat ramp, and picnic table. Highlands City park within walking distance with playground and board walk through old growth cypress trees to the lake. The north end of the Pinellas Trail is directly accessible from our home. The beaches are only 4 miles away. The sponge docks and lots of delicious Greek food are even closer.

Guest will have access to our fully remodeled and updated1958 ranch home through the front door. The fenced back yard, gazebo and hot tub are all private for you. We do have apartment that is rented and has its own entrance that is totally separate. The apartment tenant has no access to our house or the backyard. Key pad on front door.

We're a quiet, small, serene old neighborhood on the end of a cul-de-sac and nearly floating on a lagoon! Florida nature at it's finest. The home is just 4 feet off the sea wall so the home is best suited for adults that are looking for that quiet get-a-way. Upper has 2 beds & a tri-fold mattress. Our driveway is shared so we can accommodate for one vehicle and it must fit under our carport and there is no street parking. No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs permitted.

*Additional Instructions:
The home is in a quiet older neighborhood so no noise after 10pm. Although there is no smoking/vaping on the premises, the neighborhood is great for quick walks for smokers to enjoy. The road is very narrow (caution - only wide enough for one car so be prepared to pull aside and many blind spots that may host pedestrians with strollers) with no street parking and we are a shared driveway, so there is limited parking. The Reef is a studio guest house secured behind a gate with a private outdoor space. The wood deck has a seating area and gas grill. Our local cats are super friendly and will come visit from time to time. The brown cat is Brucie and the White cat is Kitten. We have a 41"x75" plush velvet futon couch, mini fridge, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker & 32" Roku TV. The Reef has a private bathroom with a full size step in shower, sink and toilet. Beautifully remodeled Airbnb vacation studio rental in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Only 8 min driving from the beach. We love this space and did everything we could to make it perfect for our guests. It offers a comfortable one queen bed in an adorable interior setting.

The space
We have done all we can to make this home as beautiful and comfy as we could. This is a triplex unit. It is light and airy with modern boho furnishings. Every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present an experience. The home has a kitchen and dining area with a bed and living space. The kitchen has been remodeled and a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for a lovely stay, Kitchen is loaded with all the cooking essentials i.e. coffee maker, pots, pans, cooking utensils, baking set, salt, pepper, spices, oil.

This is a TRIPLEX. Bedding is new and comfy. Queen bed is comfortable for two adults and we can provide a pack and play for other guests. We provide free WiFi and parking. This is a triplex and only the outside parking area is shared. This house has a small private yard that is not shared with others. There is seating to enjoy your morning coffee out front. Our carefully designed retreat home is the quintessential Florida getaway, central to many of the adventures found under Florida's expansive skies. Perfect for family fun, family beach days, visits to Sponge Docks (less than 5 mins away), dolphins and fishing tours and many other activities for our guests!
The location is EXCELLENT ! You’re only a couple of blocks away from central downtown Tarpon Springs that has many festivals especially for Christmas and during springs; great Greek culture and food, the weekly Farmers Market, Sponge Docks, Fred Howard Beach; an amazing aquarium and splash park all within 5 mins of the location.
We are by the Pinellas Trail which you can take and bike or walk for hours and even hit bars and breweries.

NEARBY:
Pinellas County has so much to offer including world class beaches such as Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Treasure Island (great touristy area to catch some sun and fun, great bars and dining, great water tours, water sports, and so much more); Weeki Wachie is about 30 mins and it is a great area to kayak the springs and go down the river.

THEME PARKS:
Disney and Universal theme parks are about 2 hours away. Busch Gardens and Adventure Island are 40min away. Dinosaur World is 1.5 hours away and Legoland.

NIGHTLIFE, SHOPPING & WALKING:
St. Pete downtown has an artsy vibe and is great for shopping, dining and festivals.
Dunedin & Safety Harbor downtown (about 20 min each) has lots of festivals and farmer markets. It has a pier and you can take a trolley from our place to get there. Lot of small shops, ice cream shops, bars , breweries and restaurants. Both have Christmas parades and boat parades.
Armature Works has great restaurants and you can walk the Riverwalk to more restaurants and stroll by the river.
St. Pete pier is amazing for a stroll and enjoy drinks and live music.

KIDS:
We love the Glaziers Museum and Great Explorations for indoor playgrounds. There are multiple amazing playgrounds around and a splash park at Dunedin Kiwanis Sprayground and Tarpon Springs Splash Park (2min away). There is a bouncy house 5 mins away. Lowry Park zoo is an amazing zoo. The aquarium in Tarpon Springs is very close by but there is also Clearwater Aquarium and The Tampa Aquarium. This suite although attached to the main house, is completely separate and private, with its own private entrance on the side of the home, and is well insulated from noise going on both inside & out.

We are as concerned about your health as our own; we had UVC installed in our new HVAC system, which is deemed to kill c-19, mold, bacteria, etc- in the air, and on surfaces. We recommend that you still follow health safety guidelines, however, so we provide sanitizer, wipes and masks for you, in your space. We also added a whole home water filtration system, (Aquasana) which includes a water softener, and filters out 99% of contaminants, so you can fill your water bottles straight out of our faucet! (For instant ice cold water filtration: use the system on the bathroom counter!)

**Plz excuse our "dust": our neighborhood was hit by, and greatly impacted by both hurricanes Helene & Milton, and we are in process of rehabbing our lawn as a result. We thank you in advance for your understanding!

We're in a tropical setting with various tropical creatures like lizards, geckoes, and frogs; their presence is beyond our control. Unconfirmed cancellations will result in a strictly NO REFUND.

Built in 1925, this renovated 800 sq. foot one-bedroom one-bathroom cottage is clean, quiet, airy and bright, and available for stays of 7 days or longer. Situated between two beach parks (Sunset Beach .5 mi and Fred Howard Park 1 mi), the neighborhood is friendly, safe and walkable. Downtown Tarpon and the Sponge Docks are appx. 3 miles away. Laundry room and pool are shared (when owner is home). The property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. You must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

The space
This space has a well-lit private entry, a large living/dining area, a well-stocked kitchen, one bedroom with either two twin beds or one king (your choice), and a private bath with combination tub/shower. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has brand new Electrolux appliances and is shared with the owner. The salt-water pool is also shared.

Guest access
Guests park on the street immediately in front of the property (25-ish steps away), or in the driveway if the owners are out of town. Access to the pool is around the front of the house (yes, you can walk on the grass!), and in through the screen door facing the street. The front porch is yours, and is a nice little spot to relax and enjoy a sunny afternoon.
