Welcome to the Lotus Flower Trail home, a peaceful, sparkling clean new development house in Wesley Chapel at the border of Zephyrhills just 10-15mins from Skydive City and everything you need! The room faces the sunny front of the house and has a dresser, closet, desk, TV and storage in the hallway and garage if needed. There is access to a shared full bathroom and living areas with laundry and a water view. Enjoy shopping, restaurants, highways and easy access to shopping, Tampa, and beaches

The space
This is a 4 bedroom house that has 2 full bathrooms, a picturesque backyard with water views and plenty of wildlife, and outdoor seating. The home is currently occupied by the host and two quiet and respectful long term housemates. The guest is welcome to interact or keep private as preferred. Our neighborhood is safe and very well kept, and our neighbors are friendly.

Guest access
Guests have access to a private bedroom with key lock, a shared bathroom , laundry room, hallway kitchenette, water cooler, patio, backyard, and free parking in driveway or in front of house. The kitchen and living room are shared and kept clean. The kitchen is stocked with appliances, pots, pans, plates and utensils. They key fob gives access to the community pool and recreation area, which has sun loungers, a basketball court, picnic tables, a corn toss, and children’s play area. Beach towels, chairs, umbrellas available for guests in the garage by request.

I travel frequently but when home, work from my room or am out meeting with clients. I’m available thru text or app whenever assistance is needed.

The entire townhome is yours to enjoy. You have so many restaurants around you to choose from since you are right by the premium outlet mall. Quick access to the freeway and a quick drive to the crystal lagoons. This host will get your first entrance into the lagoon complimentary! Friday-Sunday. This townhouse has three bedrooms two and a half bathrooms a full size kitchen with all the pots, pans, plates ect..you need to cook and feed a family of six. You also have a one car garage and driveway.

The space
You don't have to settle for just a room. You get a whole private townhouse fully furnished including kitchen supplies. The master bedroom has an attached bathroom and a walk in closet. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom located in the hallway a few steps away from the bedrooms all three bedrooms are spacious with closets. The laundry room is upstairs with a side by side washer and dryer the third 1/2 bath is downstairs in the living room. A 1/2 bath means that it only has a bathroom and a sink to wash your hands. The kitchen is spacious and the patio is facing a beautiful lagoon and has a view of the pool in the distance. The garage is attached and fits one car and a second car can park in the driveway for free. Parking is not allowed on the street.

Guest access
The pool is gated. The community is well lit easy to get around and has onsite security cameras including the pool for added protection. The pool is accessible so as long as the HOA is not servicing or fixing something. The walking trails are on the right side of the community if you are facing into the community through the front gate. Open from 7:30am to 9:30pm

Other things to note
No formal check in process needed we have a coded entry and you will be able to come and go at your leisure check in time is anytime after 2pm and check out time is at 11am. No events or parties allowed. No loud music or noise after 9pm. We are pet friendly.

If you would like to use the resort’s main swimming pool, you can purchase a day pass which is $20 for adults and $15 for children. The number to call to book courts and golf is ( will give it to you when you book )which is the Pro Shop. To buy a day pass, please visit the hotel front desk.
