Free laundry was a huge plus since we were there a week. Breakfast choices were plentiful. The pool and hot tub were adequate in size however the hot tub was not hot enough. The room was spacious and had kitchen ware so we could cook meals. Prices on incidentals were very reasonable!! Common areas were comfortable with ample seating. Being a new hotel there were a few “fix-it” issues but the engineer was prompt in attending to the matters. Housekeepers were more than willing to provide extra towels and essentials even if we did not need the room cleaned. Front desk staff were pleasant and accommodating, except for one young lady (Ana?) who worked late afternoon/evenings. She had a care-less attitude and lacked customer service skills. Definitely acted as though the guests were an inconvenience by responding to guests in a snippy voice. She spent a lot of time behind the office door, forcing guests to wait and eventually knock to be served. Everyone else was fantastic, though."

We paddled multiple Spring runs during our stay and everywhere we paddled was within 1.5 hours from the cottage in any direction. It was the perfect center hub to hit some of the best spring paddle trails in Florida. We kayaked at Weeki Wachee, Silver Springs, Juniper Springs, and Rock Springs/ Wekiva River. Vanessa was very accommodating and a great attentive host. I would absolutely book this place again. The bathroom was very nice and the place is well updated. Both bedrooms have firm beds so if you like a soft squishy bed you may want to bring a mattress topper. My wife and I slept fine on the bed.Pro tip, traffic on 50 can be a bit tumultuous but if you use the back streets you will find ways to come out to Hwy 50 at an intersection giving you a traffic light. It will save you a lot of stress and frustration."

Beautiful renovated and furnished to suit everyone's needs with gorgeous views you can see from your bed! The kitchen is cute and well equipped to cook a beautiful meal. The bathroom has been renovated recently and has a walk in shower. Downtown Clermont is a walk distance away separated by the 50 HWY. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. FWY, Studio is attached to the main house. Please be considerate and respect quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.

The Lilac Loft is nestled within the peaceful gated community of Vacation Village. It is a beautifully renovated A-Frame home and your perfect place to stay & play! You will enjoy private Lake Louisa access, the heated (year-round) Olympic-sized community pool, tennis/basketball courts, play grounds, and FREE parking, fast WiFi, smart TVs w/ cable, a full kitchen, & in-home laundry. All are less than 25 mins from Disney & other Orlando theme parks and 5 miles from the National Training Center.

The space
This 2 bedroom, 2 bath has a Modern Feel with plenty of light. The downstairs primary bedroom has a queen bed and the loft has 2 twins. There is also a sleeper sofa for extra space. Prep meals in the open kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, plenty of granite counter space, and cabinets stocked with cooking essentials. This home also has a free washer & dryer, available for your use. We have done our best to include small touches, like kids' books, games, and smart Tv's to make your stay great! The open-concept main living space is perfect for multi-family getaways of up to 6 guests.

You will also want to enjoy the peaceful outdoor patio on beautiful days. Staying in Clermont gives you easy access to the most popular tourist attractions but still is quiet & safe within a gated community. People often say this is " A hidden gem": get away from it all yet be in the center of everything!

The Day before your trip we will be contacting you with the Gate code & door code for your stay. when you pull up to Vacation Village there is a gate code box simply enter your personal code and enter.

You will pass the amenities center and pool area on your way to our unit #146. once you arrive you will find numbered parking please use Unit 146 Parking ( it is just to the right of the walkway) if you have more than one car there is extra parking in the lot as well just pick a spot without a # on it, please!

Other things to note
POOL : The key to the pool is on a key hook located on the left-hand side of the entryway. Please put it back there when done with it There is a $60 charge to replace the pool key if it goes missing.

PARKING: There is a designated spot for each unit. Please only park in space 146 ( it is to the left of the front door). If you or your guest park in another person's spot, there is a possibility that your vehicle will be towed. You are responsible for any vehicles that are towed. There are extra spaces available they are the spots with no # on them!

PETS: Pets under 20 pounds are welcome but there is a one-time $50 pet fee please let us know you have a pet directly after booking.

We are close to several parks and a man-made beach.

There are three very curious and friendly dogs that live here.  A Shih Zhu (Tucker), a Corgi Poodle mix (Stella), and a full of energy Boxer (Layla). They are free roaming when we are home and placed in their kennel when we are not and at night for bedtime.

While we are family/kid friendly, please know that the house is not child/baby proofed.  We do have a pack-n-play available upon request at no additional charge.

Welcome to our beautiful home! Our place is a gorgeous house featuring a refreshing swimming pool, 2 spacious well-equipped rooms, located in a quiet neighborhood and only a short drive to local attractions like Universal Studios and Walt Disney World. Located in the triathlon capital of the world, there's no better place to wind down after a long day of training, traveling or fun than to take a dip in the pool, kick back and relax in our private tv room or hang out with great company.

The space
Our house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood just across the street from the National Training Center with access to trails, beautiful hills, and not far from major attractions. Universal Studios and Downtown Orlando and Disney are only a short 30-minute drive away!

As guests here, you have access to the all of the common living spaces such as the kitchen and dining room, bedroom, back patio, pool, and TV/Theater room.

We are fun and friendly hosts who LOVE to entertain. We really enjoy getting to know new people, but also understand the need for peace and quiet after a long day of traveling, training, or having fun at the parks.

You will be using the guest bathroom which may be shared with other Guests.
