Between the free nightly entertainment at the squares, 40 low cost executive golf courses, endless activities and clubs at over 100 recreation centers, you will not be able to do everything! In order to access all these amenities you have two options. For guests staying under 30 days, a Guest ID is available upon request. Guest passes are free and allow you to do most everything. Occasionally you can’t get into popular classes at the rec centers. As a guest you do not have access to sports pools. For golf, with a guest pass you have to pay an $11 greens fee if you walk and $15 if you use a cart and tee time must be booked same day. You can usually get a tee time if you want to golf late but there are so many courses to choose from, just call the courses in the morning to see what is available.

For guests staying 30 days or more, a Temporary Resident ID is available upon request with 30 days notice. The fee is $50 total for up to two passes and provides access to the full amenities available to any resident - free golf if you walk ($4 trail fee per person if you use a cart), all classes, sports pools, regular pools, etc.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
~The Villages is an age restricted community for active seniors 55+. Visiting families are always welcome, however, there is a 30 day consecutive limit for visitors under the age of 18. Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age. There are also some age restricted facilities, for example adult pools are Ages 30+.
~All renters must send copy of photo ID to verify identity and age requirements. Drivers license required to operate golf cart.
~Guests are responsible for Golf Cart use during their stay. Guests are required to sign Golf Cart Use Agreement/Waiver and provide copy of driver's license.
~This is a no smoking/vaping/cannabis property. We ask that you do not smoke anything inside or outside the home, on the lanai, or in the golf cart.
~This is no guest pet property. However, the home is visited occasionally by our hypoallergenic goldendoodle.

Home is to be kept neat and clean and care is to be taken to not damage anything inside the home or on the property. If any deductions are taken for damages, guest will receive an itemized list of charges including cost of parts and labor at $50/hr. If a technician is requested during your stay and no issues are found, there will be a $150 service fee. There will be no new occupants or pets without landlord’s written permission. There will be no smoking or vaping of any kind or the use candles anywhere on the property. Blinds provided can present strangulation hazards to children and animals. Appliances and furniture may not be fastened to the wall and if climbed on, present a fall hazard. Please use caution. Upon discovery of any maintenance need, please notify host as soon as reasonably possible.

There is a large refrigerator in the 14X14 laundry room which is for extra food or beverages. A golf cart garage is attached to the laundry room so you can keep dry if it should rain.

- "My husband and I stayed at this property, in the Historical area of "The Villages" in Lady Lake, for a full month. The house itself has a great layout, very spacious and easy to live in, with two large bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. The back yard overlooks the golf course with the most amazing view and the best place for morning coffee and newspaper . The location is convenient for groceries, shopping using the pool and other amenities in the area. It is also a short drive by golf cart to the Spanish Springs Village for restaurants and outdoor nightly music from 5-9pm. Our host, Kelly, was very attentive and checked in with us to ensure our stay was pleasant and offered suggestions for places to eat and explore. We would highly recommend this property and hope to be able to come back again. If you are looking for "The Villages" experience, you will not be disappointed."

Welcome home! Each day you will wake up to an assortment of fresh fruit, bread, juice, tea and coffee. Don’t be surprised if you have fresh cookies outside your suite upon your return home, as I love making your experience above and beyond. I have reserved a shelf for you in the fridge and are welcome to cook in the fully equipped kitchen of zap a quick snack in the micro. You will also have access to the den with a large flat screen tv and a printer. We offer outdoor seating in the enclosed back yard so you can enjoy the swaying palms and the chirping birds eating hungrily from our feeders. The pool is just a block away. Guest passes available for pickleball, tennis, pools and more!

The living room offers plenty of comfortable seats and a 65" flat screen TV. The master bedroom has a high-quality comfortable king size bed, large walk-in closet, 50" flat screen TV and a private master bath. The master bath offers a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom offers a comfortable queen size bed and private bath with a tub/shower. The screened lanai and private courtyard are perfect for many hours relaxing to enjoy your morning coffee while reading the paper and planning your days activities. It is the perfect place to dine with friends before heading off to the FREE nightly entertainment at one of the Town Squares.

This amazing home includes a Yamaha gas golf cart, stainless BBQ grill, cable tv & WiFi internet. With the purchase of resident ID cards you can use any of the 39 executive golf courses with no greens fees. These executive golf courses are not your typical 'pitch & putts.' They present some challenging par 3's and the occasional par 4, with three sets of tee boxes to accommodate golfers of different skill levels. You pay resident rates for greens fees at the 11 Championship 18 hole courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult (30 or older) swimming pools, organized activities, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, horseshoe pits, billiards tables, tennis & pickle ball courts, basketball courts, sand volley ball and over 1000 organized activities every week through the Villages recreational centers.

There is no access to the garage or kitchen, except for filtered water from the sink and the dishwasher. This patio villa is in a great location only two miles from beautiful Sumter landing and nightly entertainment 365 days a year.This two bedroom , 2 full bath has washer and dryer and full functional kitchen. It has central air and a enclosed lanai. Cable tv and high speed internet .

The space
Nice backyard and no houses behind which makes it very quiet .Orlando's theme park only 1 hour and beaches 90 minutes away.

Casa Bella is located near the Polo Fields in The Villages. It is close to Spanish Springs and Lake Sumter Landing. Come and enjoy the many activities that The Villages has to offer! I am retired and live here with my cat, Dewey. I've been here for 17 years, so feel free to ask any questions. There is a pool in walking distance in addition to many restaurants. If you are staying 2 weeks or more, I will get you a guest pass. My golf cart can be rented for $25/day. Welcome to The Villages!
