Between the free nightly entertainment at the squares, 40 low cost executive golf courses, endless activities and clubs at over 100 recreation centers, you will not be able to do everything! In order to access all these amenities you have two options. For guests staying under 30 days, a Guest ID is available upon request. Guest passes are free and allow you to do most everything. Occasionally you can’t get into popular classes at the rec centers. As a guest you do not have access to sports pools. For golf, with a guest pass you have to pay an $11 greens fee if you walk and $15 if you use a cart and tee time must be booked same day. You can usually get a tee time if you want to golf late but there are so many courses to choose from, just call the courses in the morning to see what is available.

For guests staying 30 days or more, a Temporary Resident ID is available upon request with 30 days notice. The fee is $50 total for up to two passes and provides access to the full amenities available to any resident - free golf if you walk ($4 trail fee per person if you use a cart), all classes, sports pools, regular pools, etc.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW
~The Villages is an age restricted community for active seniors 55+. Visiting families are always welcome, however, there is a 30 day consecutive limit for visitors under the age of 18. Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age. There are also some age restricted facilities, for example adult pools are Ages 30+.
~All renters must send copy of photo ID to verify identity and age requirements. Drivers license required to operate golf cart.
~Guests are responsible for Golf Cart use during their stay. Guests are required to sign Golf Cart Use Agreement/Waiver and provide copy of driver's license.
~This is a no smoking/vaping/cannabis property. We ask that you do not smoke anything inside or outside the home, on the lanai, or in the golf cart.
~This is no guest pet property. However, the home is visited occasionally by our hypoallergenic goldendoodle.

Home is to be kept neat and clean and care is to be taken to not damage anything inside the home or on the property. If any deductions are taken for damages, guest will receive an itemized list of charges including cost of parts and labor at $50/hr. If a technician is requested during your stay and no issues are found, there will be a $150 service fee. There will be no new occupants or pets without landlord’s written permission. There will be no smoking or vaping of any kind or the use candles anywhere on the property. Blinds provided can present strangulation hazards to children and animals. Appliances and furniture may not be fastened to the wall and if climbed on, present a fall hazard. Please use caution. Upon discovery of any maintenance need, please notify host as soon as reasonably possible.

The second bedroom is set up as a den. The Lay-Z-Boy sleeper sofa with high quality air mattress converts the room into a bedroom, when needed.

We have 'cut the cables' so the home does not have a telephone or cable TV. We use high speed internet and the TVs have streaming devices. Subscriptions to Netflix and a live streaming TV service provide thousands of movies and TV series plus live sports and news at your finger tips. Both subscriptions are included in the rent.

This beautiful home has 144 feet of golf course frontage that is tucked back away from the putting green of Orange Blossom Golf Course #1 and the T-box on #2. Watch the golfers from green to tee. The wildlife abounds in the ponds or in the trees. There is an outside porch, a screened in porch and a Florida Sun Room, all with stunning views. It is a mobile home but you would never know it. There is a large refrigerator in the 14X14 laundry room which is for extra food or beverages. A golf cart garage is attached to the laundry room so you can keep dry if it should rain.

- "My husband and I stayed at this property, in the Historical area of "The Villages" in Lady Lake, for a full month. The house itself has a great layout, very spacious and easy to live in, with two large bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need and more. The back yard overlooks the golf course with the most amazing view and the best place for morning coffee and newspaper . The location is convenient for groceries, shopping using the pool and other amenities in the area. It is also a short drive by golf cart to the Spanish Springs Village for restaurants and outdoor nightly music from 5-9pm. Our host, Kelly, was very attentive and checked in with us to ensure our stay was pleasant and offered suggestions for places to eat and explore. Guest access
Located near the center of Spanish Springs Town Square, which is one of three town squares in "The Villages". The Villages is America's premier Active Adult Retirement Community located in sunny central Florida.

For guests wanting to access the pools, recreation clubs or golf, a Guest Pass is needed. Guests will need to send me the names, date of birth and address of all guests. I will have your passes available when you arrive.

If you require a Resident Pass, a fee of $50 will be extra. A temporary resident will have full resident member access to the amenities with resident rates. A guest pays guest rates for golf, tennis and other amenities. Without a resident number, the guest will not be able to request advance T-times. A guest will not have access to sports pools or the woodworking shop and may experience difficulty accessing some shows and classes that allow resident's entry first and then allow guests when there is available space.

Gate Cards

As a renter you will receive a Gate Card. Gate Cards permit renters to go about the community freely when going into a gated area. If you lose the gate card you will be required to pay the $50 fee to obtain a new gate card.
