- "I almost didn't book based on the reviews, but this property has seemingly come a long way since the storms impacted it. The grounds were lovely and we had a great time playing croquet on their manicured field, volleyball on the sand pit, life size chess, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The room was decent, though the space heater did throw us for a loop. It was clean though and the beds were fine. A few rooms down from us they were renovating, but we never had any noise or inconvenience. The rooms could use a bit of sound-proofing as we could hear the tv from the room next to us, but was not that big of an issue. - "Booked a D&J Properties reservation through Hotels.com for a trip in April. A few days before my stay, I received a message directly to me (not on Hotels.com) that the location is not available. After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. Then I received an email that I need to provide my full address, full credit card information AND PHOTO OF ME HOLDING MY LICENSE BESIDE MY FACE. WHAT? Why would they need that? My address? When they know I am 4 hours away from it? My cc, when I was paid in full? A photo of me with my DL? Is that to charge that card thousands of dollars and provide the cc company proof of purchase because of the photo? When I texted “no way I am canceling”, a flurry of texts and calls came through (while I was at work) demanding that I need to speak with them over the phone. WHY? Is that to add recordings to whatever they needed my address, cc and photo? Yeah, I told them that if I didn’t receive a refund I would be writing negative reviews They threatened to retaliate if I left a review! This experience has been negative. The only way to turn this around was not pay for something I never got, duh. I’ve stayed at many bookings through Hotels.com, never needed to provide info off the app. Every charge goes through the site because they are safe and secure. The icing on the cake, the new location is up for sale everywhere."

- "I loved this property! We went to the cabins to celebrate my birthday. We knew ahead of time that the cabin we rented did not have AC, however, I called the owner to let her know our ETA, and we found out the cabin with the AC (runs on a generator) was available, and she was so accommodating and allowed us to stay in the comfort cabin instead. The property grounds are beautiful and quiet. There’s a nice dock where you can enjoy the river and watch the boats go by. The property also offers kayak, paddle board, and a pedal boat. The property owner was available for questions and gave great guides on the area and things to do. The cabin was well equipped with everything we needed. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the cleanliness. The patio was a mess. You could tell it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was garbage, dust and cobwebs everywhere. It could have been a bit neater. Otherwise, we had a fantastic time and will be back! Tip: we purchased a portable shower for 40$ on Amazon and it worked like a charm! Make sure you have lots of water with you. "

Come relax and escape from it all in real Florida. The Ozello keys are a string of islands on Floridas nature coast that are fully accessible by car. Nestled between Homosassa Springs and Crystal River. This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath stilt home sits on a peninsula. It is fully furnished with all of the creature comforts of home including linens, dishes, spices, etc. It has a full kitchen, washer, dryer, 2 x flat screen TV's, wifi, Netflix, DVD player, grill, and covered parking. It can sleep a maximum of 7 with a queen bed in each bedroom, a full size electric air mattress, and a twin size sleeper loveseat in the master bedroom. There are 2 elevated decks outside to enjoy as well as a large fire pit down by the water to make memories at. Also included are 3 kayaks for your use as well as limited fishing equipment and tackle. Kayaks and small boats can be used from the back yard. There is not a dock and due to a low bridge most boats can not get from the gulf to the house . Boat ramp and marina is less than 1.5 miles away. Lots of things to do if you are looking for activities. Year round there is great fishing and nature watching from the back yard as well as seeing dolphin and manatees wondering through. Go down to the marina and see the area on an airboat tour. A quick trip up the road for a meal at either Backwater Fins or the historic Pecks restaurant. Maybe go explore Homosassa Springs and Crystal River, each about 10 miles away, there is always something going on. Little over an hour from Tampa or Orlando. Must be ok with friendly dogs because neighbor dogs will almost always come over to say hi. No gatherings or events over 12 people. Dogs are allowed with a fee but they cannot jump on or sleep on the furniture. This may waive your deposit. There is a small elevator but has been disconnected and cannot be used by guests for liability reasons.

Admire Crystal River from elevated porch area in this private stilt home. Feel like you are on the water even from inside...windows offer lovely vistas from the great room and kitchen! Enjoy light flooring and nautical decor with all the amenities, internet and entertainment center. Downstairs is a screened area for grilling which overlooks the dock and cleaning station.

2026 Winter is booked by the month only. Jan. 1 - 30 available. Special rate is $4100, one time cleaning fee $150 and 11% tax.

Please do not encroach on neighboring property or dock. Our neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Room to park cars and boat trailer on the grass DIRECTLY across from our home. Dock accommodates motor or sailboat....wide deep canal. Boat ramp is about a mile past our entrance and takes only 6 minutes to drive your boat around to the dock. Home is about five houses from mouth of river on the west side. I am told that the latitude is 28.90281 and longitude is -82.62089800000001; however I don't have any idea if that is correct! But I do know that you will love the location, 2835 N Seneca Pointe.

Some tour boat operators will pick you up at our dock. One is at FloridaFishingAdventures.com 352-601/1963. We have a fishing guide residing on our canal. Socrates is popular and should be booked in advance at 352/895-9502. Other operators/guides are available if you look on the internet. Holiday weekends are a three night minimum. 2026 Winter months available: Jan 1 - 31, February 1 - 28. $4250 a month, $150 cleaning fee. There is an 11% tax. Message me and I will send you he special offer to reflect those figures.

We leave recreation equipment in the screen room downstairs and expect you to be respectful REPLACING our things free of damage and mud. Boat and Kayak users need to tie up at dock to accommodate the two ft. tide change.

Our kayaks, life vests and bicycles need to be replaced AS THEY WERE FOUND. Do NOT leave kayaks in the sun. They will warp. For boats, we recommend a spring line to keep boats from sliding under dock or there may be a damage to the boats and/or to the dock!

After staying in many vacation homes ourselves, we can say confidently that our home is above-average in all ways! We ask that you treat all furnishings with respect. Please supervise children and do not allow them to pull the tags off the Beanie Baby collection. The collection is for children five years and up.

We are hoping to add a small separate efficiency room on the north side of the property, mostly for our use. We are in the early planning stages. It would only share the stairway to a separate entrance. ...not connected or part of the main home. This room is not included in the rate quoted but could possibly be added later. It takes a LONG time for any building approval in Citrus County, Florida.

Scalloping Regulations in the Crystal River area: 2 gallons per person (10 gallons max per boat) or 1 pint of scallops shucked per person (1/2 gallon max per boat). It is illegal to dump scallop shells in the canal. Open Gulf water, it's ok. Our season usually begins July 1st and runs through September 24th. Check updates on season dates for Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida.

This space is a 2/1.5 and is 1 unit of a duplex. The house sits on approx 5 acre lot with lots of room for parking for cars or boats, trailers, motorized toys or whatever.

Although the site is only 3 miles to Kings Bay water and 3 miles to many brand new mega stores, restaurants and shopping/services, its private and not on a busy road.

• Any Guests booking to stay at the properties AGREE to waive any rights to file claims, lawsuits or complaints against property owner or host requesting monetary or any other forms of compensation for personal body injury or personal items damage

• All Guests coming to stay at the property assume full responsible for any expenses from accidents, injuries or personal property damages
