We are situated in a rural area of Homosassa, Florida. We are very close to many wonderful things to do like, shopping, restaurants, Manatee tours, Kayaking, fishing, Scalloping, and the Wild Life Park.

In addition to the Tropical Master Suite guests have access to the living room just outside the room. Guests also have access to a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, skillet and coffee maker. Just outside there is a lovely sitting area on a nicely decorated covered deck where you can enjoy the country ambience.
We have fast WIFI and each room is equipped with a Roku. We have Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video accounts.

Although we love interacting with our guests, we are considerate of any guest who desires privacy.

We are always available, either text or call.

We are 2.6 miles from Walmart, and gas stations . We are close to many restaurants. The Homosassa wildlife park is also within 5 miles away. We are close to swimming with the manatees, scalloping, fishing kayaking, and many more fun things to do!

We do not have an oven or stove top. What we do have is a microwave, a George Foreman grill, and an Electric Skillet for your convenience. Silverware, plates, and cups are provided.

We provide a continental breakfast. The Breakfast provided is for breakfast only, including the juice and coffee.

So sorry, no pets allowed. We strive to keep our place allergen free for those guests that have sensitivities.
Please keep the doors and windows closes at all times to keep the Florida humidity and pollen to a minimum.

Additionally: check-in is between 2pm - 8pm.

Checking in after 8pm, the guest will be sent Self Checkin instructions.

We have 2 other separate listings in this home: The Scallop room and the Manatee room (all under Pleasant Days). Each room has its own living room. The dining room, kitchen, and outdoor areas are shared spaces. The Manatee room and Scallop room share a bathroom.

On the other side of our property is our Southwest cottage. It is a private, stand-alone unit. It is beautifully decorated in a southwest theme.

Due to insurance purposes (Horses on the property; very friendly horses), we require all persons coming on the property to sign a Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk.

The Beasley is a private studio, less than 2 miles from beautiful downtown Crystal River. You'll enjoy privacy, a mini-fridge & microwave plus free coffee.

Your stay includes a safe place to park your boat. If you come with a boat, we provide a hose/sprayer to wash your baby.

There is a private electronic entrance to your unit, which has its own AC and heat and a high quality TV with plenty of channels.

The space
The Beasley is a about a 300 sq foot studio, ideal for 2-3 adults or an adult and child.

An Aerobed is in the closet for an extra sleeper if needed.

You'll have a private room with electronic door access. In the unit there is unlimited hot water due to our tankless water heater.

Outside is well lit with a street light over the driveway and light outside the door.

Guest access
You will have the entire suite to yourself, but no access to the main house. There is no kitchen access, but you will have your own mini-fridge and microwave as well as free k-cup coffee with sugar and creamer.

You'll have your own private entry code for the electronic door lock, which you'll receive 48 hours before your stay.

Other things to note
There is NO smoking or vaping inside the unit. If the unit smells of smoke there will most likely be additional cleaning fees assessed.

For guest convenience, we provide a basic 3-in-1 shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for the shower area. We’ve chosen a gentle, fragrance-free formula to suit as many guests as possible.

If you prefer specific hair care brands or products, we kindly recommend bringing your favorites along to ensure your best experience. Thank you for understanding!

Your visit includes an easy to access place to park your boat (if you're pulling one) as well as a hose and sprayer to clean up your boat before turning in.

The space
Enjoy the setting from the covered outdoor patio w/ fish cleaning station, outdoor shower, freezer, fridge, seating, etc. There's parking for vehicles and boat trailers, bordering natural salt marsh and wetlands.

Guest access
Use the entire 2/1, 700 sq ft guesthouse and 500 sq ft private, covered patio with access to the open backyard and views of the bordering wetlands and wildlife.

Other things to note
Relax in the jetted bathtub and use craft ice spheres to cool drinks without watering them down! Rinse your salty days away with the outdoor shower after enjoying local recreation. Wild turkeys, bunnies, and turtles are regular guests here as well, so get your cameras ready while relaxing on the private, enclosed and covered outdoor living room with kitchenette.

Our tranquil getaway! Whether on vacation or traveling for work, this is the place to stay! With a beautiful pool and gigantic screened in area with comfortable patio furniture and a place to have your meals outside, you can't beat our guest house for enjoying Florida's weather. Inside, we have just added a stunningly comfortable new Queen sized bed with a "Purple" mattress on an adjustable frame. We have hi speed wi-fi and a large screen TV with Amazon Prime, Netflix, and more.

The space
Our pool house is attached to an over 1000sqft screened in patio and 33,000 gallon salt water pool. It's located on a large property with a countryside feel although only 10 minutes from our walkable "downtown" area with several restaurants and stores.

Guest access
You are welcome to the pool, patio, and yard, and will have the pool/guest house all to yourselves!

Other things to note
You'll have a separate parking area and entrance to the pool house, which is yours exclusively. The pool house opens up to the 33,000 gallon salt water pool and 1000sqft screened in patio where we have a table set up for meals, fresh pool towels, sunscreen , and a fire pit table. Also, a large grill is ready for propane or charcoal grilling. We strive to provide everything you may need for a fun and/ or relaxing stay.

The Marlin Cottage is a clean, comfortable place to stay while exploring the Nature Coast. Minutes from the Gulf of Mexico and the Withlacoochee River, you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, boating and so much more. Convenient to the nearby springs in Crystal River and Dunnellon. Bring your boat, there are numerous boat ramps nearby and we have boat parking available. The Marlin Cottage is part of the Nature Coast Inn & Cottages so additional units are available if needed for large groups.

The space
The cottage given its name for all who want to catch that one big fish.

Guest access
The pool, grounds and fire pit are shared with other guests. There are also laundry facilities available for stays 3 nights or longer.

We are a smoke free facility, we have designated areas.
We supply toilet paper and paper towels, you stay longer than 2 weeks you will need to purchase your own.

We require our guests to have verified their government ID with Airbnb. If they have not, we will require a copy to be sent after booking.
