- "I almost didn't book based on the reviews, but this property has seemingly come a long way since the storms impacted it. The grounds were lovely and we had a great time playing croquet on their manicured field, volleyball on the sand pit, life size chess, and enjoying the pool and hot tub. The room was decent, though the space heater did throw us for a loop. It was clean though and the beds were fine. A few rooms down from us they were renovating, but we never had any noise or inconvenience. The rooms could use a bit of sound-proofing as we could hear the tv from the room next to us, but was not that big of an issue. The location next to the activity center can't be beat and we loved swimming with the manatees! "

Washer and dryer facilities located within the resort as well as a very nice heated pool. boat/trailer parking at unit. Closest boat ramp across street manatee pub and marina. They have boat slips/docking. We own 2 units side by side so plenty of room for all.
